Abstract

Waste management is a major problem in Indonesia that requires a comprehensive assessment. This study utilizes data from 2024 obtained from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) managed by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK), with performance indicators including the level of waste management and waste handling. The technique applied is K-Means Clustering with the use of the Elbow Method to determine the number of the most efficient clusters. The findings indicate that the most efficient clusters consist of three categories: cluster 0 (low-performance areas), cluster 1 (medium-performance areas), and cluster 2 (high-performance areas). Areas that show high performance are characterized by a high proportion of managed and handled waste that is almost 100%. Based on the analysis results, Bogor Regency is included in the group with the best performance in waste management, so it can be used as a reference for other regions in implementing successful and sustainable waste management strategies.

Abstract

One important strategy used to increase the efficiency of ongoing business processes is by using applications that can integrate all departments and their functions, known as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). AAC Motors Workshop is a business operating in the automotive sector and still relies on conventional business system activities such as bookkeeping and recording reports manually. So, owners often experience difficulties when they need to report data on incoming and outgoing goods, and there are often discrepancies in the amount of goods data in the records with the existing physical stock. This puts additional pressure on the supply chain (supply chain management) on business processes, where this pressure is not a current target, but is dynamic and continuous. By using Odoo ERP to implement supply chain management (SCM), it can provide a solution to problems experienced in the company's business process activities, purchasing admins who can monitor the AAC Motors workshop business can easily control, schedule and collect product inventory data more efficiently. Rapid application development (RAD) is a method or model of software development process with a short, short and fast development cycle so that this method is suitable for implementing Odoo ERP at the AAC Motors workshop.

Abstract

Proses pengadaan barang dan jasa pada perusahaan membutuhkan sistem yang terintegrasi, efektif, dan transparan untuk mendukung kelancaran operasional. PT. Kamigumi Logistics Indonesia masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan purchase requisition (PR) dan purchase order (PO), seperti keterlambatan verifikasi dokumen, kurangnya akurasi pencatatan, serta potensi duplikasi data. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan aplikasi purchase order berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Aplikasi ini dirancang agar purchase order dapat dibuat secara otomatis berdasarkan data purchase requisition yang telah divalidasi. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan prototype sehingga pengguna dapat memberikan umpan balik secara berulang hingga aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu mempercepat proses pembuatan purchase order, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta memudahkan proses monitoring pengadaan melalui fitur pencatatan digital yang terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam manajemen pengadaan barang di PT. Kamigumi Logistics Indonesia.

Abstract

PT Shippindo Teknologi Logistik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pengiriman barang. Permasalahan yang terjadi proses pengiriman barang pada PT Shippindo Teknologi Logistik masih menggunakan pengisian data secara manual oleh pelanggan melalui formulir pengiriman, yang kemudian diinput oleh bagian admin ke dalam sistem. Proses ini sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pengisian formulir serta kesalahan penginputan data pada sistem yang berdampak pada keterlambatan dalam menentukan kurir untuk pengiriman barang. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi pengiriman barang merancang sebuah sistem yang lebih terkomputerisasi, sehingga dibangun pengiriman barang ekspedisi pada PT Shippindo Teknologi Logistik menggunakan metode prototype. Dalam metode tersebut direncakan, pelanggan akan dapat melakukan penginputan data secara langsung ke dalam sistem dengan mengurangin keterlambatan pengiriman. Hal ini mengatasi keterbatasan waktu dalam proses input data. Sistem yang direncanakan ini akan membantu admin dalam pengolahan data pengiriman barang agar efisien.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged various educational institutions to shift from manual systems to more effective and efficient digital systems. Library management is one important aspect that requires digitalization so that the process of recording, information retrieval, and service to users can run more optimally. To support these needs, this study designed a web-based E-Library system with the aim of improving the quality of library services, providing faster access to information, and facilitating collection management and borrowing activities. This study used a prototype method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter framework, PHP, MySQL, and UML design, then tested using Black Box Testing. The results of the study indicate that the E-Library system built is able to improve the efficiency of library management, reduce administrative errors, accelerate the activity monitoring process, and provide digital book reading access for users. However, several limitations were still found, such as the lack of access rights settings for downloading e-books and the lack of a reading history feature, which are recommended for development in the next stage

Abstract

Petty cash reporting is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. Problems often occur such as late payments, errors in calculations, physical documents causing difficulties in data retrieval and potentially resulting in lost and damaged documents. The purpose of this research is to design a Petty Cash System to provide fast, timely and accountable financial reports. The research method is Research & Development (R&D) and the establishment of the Petty Cash Imprest Fund System. This system is made web-based and uses the Codeigniter framework. The results of the study show that the petty cash information system is useful in managing petty cash more effectively, accurately, safely, and efficiently in the financial administration process, as well as minimizing the potential for errors and data loss in petty cash reporting.

Abstract

Futaba Industrial Indonesia merupakan perusahaan Manufacture Automotive untuk Chassis Parts, Body Parts dan Exhaust Manifolds berupaya melakukan proses manufaktur secara baik agar menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi dengan biaya yang rendah. Sebagai salah satu pelaku dalam industri ini Salah satu aspek krusial dari proses operasional sehari-hari adalah penyusunan laporan produksi. Namun, seperti yang telah diamati, proses ini seringkali disertai dengan sejumlah masalah yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan efisiensi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Kesalahan - kesalahan kecil seperti salah penulisan part number (kode barang) atau pencatatan jam produksi yang tidak tepat seringkali terjadi. Meskipun tampak tidak terlalu berarti, kesalahan semacam ini memiliki konsekuensi yang signifikan. Misalnya, kesalahan dalam pencatatan jam produksi dapat mengakibatkan perhitungan biaya produksi yang tidak akurat, sedangkan kesalahan dalam penulisan part number dapat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam identifikasi dan pengelolaan stok barang. Untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan platform Google AppSheet dan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dianggap sebagai solusi yang menarik dan efektif. Aplikasi ini dapat mengoptimalkan proses pencatatan, pengolahan, dan visualisasi data produksi secara lebih efisien dan akurat, dengan data disimpan menggunakan spreadsheet.

Abstract

Aplikasi pencatatan Identitas tanah yang diterapkan dalam program ini dilengkapi dengan sejumlah fitur utama, seperti konversi dokumen fisik menjadi format digital, pencatatan aktivitas atau perubahan kepemilikan tanah, serta penyediaan informasi yang dapat diakses secara langsung dan cepat (real-time). Desa Mangunarga di Kabupaten Sumedang merupakan salah satu contoh wilayah yang mengalami tantangan tersebut. Sehingga, diperlukan sebuah solusi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan keamanan dalam pengelolaan data pertanahan. Permasalahan administrasi pertanahan di tingkat desa seringkali dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala, seperti birokrasi yang rumit, ketidakjelasan status kepemilikan, serta risiko kehilangan dokumen fisik. Kondisi ini tidak hanya memperlambat proses pelayanan, tetapi juga mengurangi kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap sistem administrasi pertanahan. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini mengimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi pencatatan Identitas tanah digital yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung proses administrasi pertanahan di Desa Mangunarga pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan, peserta merasakan kemudahan yang signifikan dalam memahami serta menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Masyarakat kini dapat lebih cepat memverifikasi status kepemilikan tanah, mengurus perubahan data, dan memperoleh informasi yang akurat tanpa harus melalui proses yang berbelit. Sementara itu, pemerintah desa memperoleh kemudahan dalam hal pencatatan, pelacakan, dan pengelolaan data pertanahan secara terpusat dan efisien. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam modernisasi sistem administrasi pertanahan di desa.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a web-based accounting information system for petty cash at PT. Jasa Marga Jalan layang Cikampek in order to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing petty cash transactions. The problem faced by the company is that petty cash recording is still conducted manually, which leads to potential errors, loss of transaction evidence, and delays in report preparation. This research applies a descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The system is developed using the CodeIgniter framework, designed with Unified Modeling Language (UML), and supported by a MySQL database. The results show that the developed system simplifies the recording process of cash inflows and outflows, enhances data accuracy, and produces financial reports more quickly and systematically. In addition, the system supports internal control through integrated and well-documented data management. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based accounting information system for petty cash provides an effective solution to improve the performance of petty cash management within the company.

Abstract

Technology plays a crucial role in facilitating human activities, including in the agribusiness sector. Vegetables, as a primary food commodity, require a fast and accurate sales system to meet consumer demands. The Via Fresh Vegetables store still applies conventional sales methods, resulting in suboptimal sales management and customer service. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based online vegetable sales information system that can assist the store in improving operational efficiency, information accuracy, and expanding its marketing reach. This study uses the Unified Process method, which applies iterative and incremental stages to understand requirements, design, build, and test the system repeatedly. This approach was chosen because it can produce a system that better meets user needs. The result of this research is a web-based sales information system that provides features such as product management, online ordering, transaction history, and customer management. The developed system can help Via Fresh Vegetables improve the effectiveness of its sales process, accelerate services, and provide more accurate information access for customers.
