Abstract

Drainage is a way to dispose of excess water that is not in an area. In other words, this drainage also works in controlling checked areas, puddles, and also flooding. Flooding is an event when excessive water flows overland. North Jakarta is an example of the city area in Indonesia that often experiences such flooding events with a repeated frequency every year. With low topographic conditions and also located in the northern coastal area of Java Island, resulting in a large flow of water through North Jakarta. One of the areas that always experiences flooding is Jalan Gaya Motor, Sungai Bambu Village Tanjung Priok sub-district. Flooding in this area caused major losses in economic mobility in North Jakarta because the road is the main access to an s considerable automotive factory area in the Jakarta area. Drainage systems in the area need to be designed to accommodate water discharge especially when it is raining. Drainage capacity needs to be accounted for to accommodate existing water discharge. From the results of the analysis obtained the amount of channel capacity value of 0.46 m3/s, then bulk discharge flood plan in the period of-2 Years 22.95 m3/s, for 5 Years 34.26 m3/s, for 10 Years 41.75 m3/s. With the flooded value of the plan, it was concluded that the capacity of the existing channel could not accommodate rain at the peak discharge of the plan, so the area always experienced flood events. Also, drainage channels in the area were affected by the high rise in water levels due to the influence of tides with an average increase of 0.6 m with an average elevation of water level of 0.607.

Abstract

One of the goals of development is to improve the welfare of the community by building various supporting facilities and assets in people's lives. Depok City plans to build the Sawangan 1 State Elementary School. Environmental impact analysis studies are needed to predict the environmental impacts that will occur. This research aims to analysis the environmental baseline quality and predict the impacts that will occur as well as how to minimize impacts at the pre-construction stage, construction stage and operation stage. This research using observation method, interview method, and scoping. The results of this study are the initial environmental baseline at the research site indicates that the environmental quality at the research site is in good category, both in terms of ambient air quality, air quality and air quality, in order to create an environmental concept development environment. The predicted impacts that arise in the reconstruction activities of the Sawangan 1 State Elementary School, Depok City are at the pre-construction stage the impact is in the form of public perception, at the construction stage in the form of a decrease in air quality, an increase in increase, an increase in surface runoff, job opportunities and business opportunities, public health problems, domestic waste generation as well as the emergence of positive and negative public perceptions of construction activities, while at the operational stage the predicted impacts will be a decrease in air quality, increased opportunities and job opportunities for the surrounding community, public health problems, changes in environmental sanitation, traffic disturbance traffic and the emergence of public perception. In general, to minimize the negative impacts that occur in any reconstruction activity of the Sawangan 1 Elementary School building, Depok City can be carried out by means of a social approach with the community, carrying out construction activities only during the day, prioritizing local communities as workers, during the construction phase until the construction phase. and as a provider of workers' needs, optimizing reforestation in the environment and greem opem spaces as well as good waste management and complete cleaning facilities so as not to interfere with public health and produce environmentally friendly development.

Abstract

Sungai Ciliwung merupakan salah satu sungai paling berpengaruh yang memiliki peran penting sebagai bahan baku air minum terbesar di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor. Air baku yang bersumber dari Sungai Ciliwung harus sudah melalui proses pengolahan air yang baik dan memenuhi persyaratan baku mutu air minum yang ditetapkan pada Permenkes No. 492 Tahun 2010 tentang Persyaratan Kualitas Air Minum untuk data air pada tahun 2019-2022 dan Permenkes No. 02 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan Lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis perbandingan kualitas air baku (sebelum pengolahan air) Sungai Ciliwung dan air produksi (sesudah pengolahan air) serta untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) Sungai Ciliwung setelah diolah oleh Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor, unit produksi Cibinong yang ditinjau dari parameter fisik dan kimia periode tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan dasar analisis deksriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah data parameter fisik dan kimia air baku serta air produksi Sungai Ciliwung dari Laporan Uji Hasil Laboraturium Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor tahun 2019-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air baku berdasarkan parameter fisik yaitu TDS, kekeruhan dan suhu memiliki trend yang cenderung meningkat, sedangkan parameter warna memiliki trend yang cenderung menurun, sementara berdasarkan parameter kimia yaitu besi, mangan, pH dan sulfat air baku memiliki trend yang cenderung meningkat, sedangkan parameter alumunium dan amonia memiliki trend yang cenderung menurun. Diketahui semua parameter air permukaan Sungai Brantas yang telah melalui proses pengolahan air memenuhi standar baku mutu air minum sesuai syarat Permenkes No. 492 Tahun 2010 dan Permenkes No. 2 Tahun 2023. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas air minum yang bersumber dari air permukaan Sungai Ciliwung telah melalui proses pengolahan air yang baik dan efektif di IPA PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Unit Produksi Cibinong

Abstract

Currently, in KP-01 the determination of irrigation water requirements for land preparation (KAIPL) for rice fields is still based on the Van de Goor & Zijlstra (VGZ) equation with the assumption of constant discharge. This method is practical in planning but tends to be wasteful in implementation. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to develop an empirical model for determining KAIPL that is more water efficient by implementing intermittent irrigation. The model was developed from the application of inundation at certain periods and water levels for three different soil textures. The empirical model was developed from the VGZ equation by adding constants as factors for intermittent irrigation and soil texture (called the MVGZ model). Then compared with the results of measurements in the field during 2 growing seasons in DI Cihea, West Java. The results show that the constant values for the MVGZ model with heavy, medium and light soil textures are 0.79; 0.76 and 0.73. With this constant, accuracy is obtained with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.99. Field validation results show that the MVGZ model is close to the measurement results with water savings of 28-34% compared to the VGZ model. Therefore, the MVGZ model can be applied to determine KAIPL which is more water efficient.

Abstract

KKN Tematik Terintegrasi adalah KKN yang orientasi program terfokus pada bidang tertentu sesuai dengan permasalahan kemasyarakatan dan arah kebijakan pembangunan yang diselenggarakan pemerintah pada wilayah tertentu (Kabupaten/ Kota). Kuliah Kerja Nyata bertujuan untuk mencapai ekselerasi dan efektivitas program pembangunan yang ditandai dengan semakin baiknya kualitas kehidupan masyarakat dan program program pembangunan. Program kelompok di Desa Pabangbon merupakan program yang lebih menekankan kepada tema pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Masyarakat. Program kerja kelompok 59 antara lain: Taman Baca, Mengajar SD, Mengajar PAUD, Perlombaan 17 Agustus antar SD, Perlombaan cerdas cermat antar SD, Penyuluhan Hukum perkawinan dan hukum tanah dalam aspek perdata dan pidana, Sosialisasi akte kelahiran terkait pendaftaran akte kelahiran servis efisien melalui adminduk online gratis akurat terintegrasi, Konsultasi hukum, Penyuluhan strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan SDM UMKM di pedesaan, Pengajaran dasar TIK di SD, Membuat Running text untuk masjid, Penyuluhan terkait urgensi cuci tangan bagi kesehatan, Senam sehat, Membuat tong sampah, Mengajar pengajian anak (surau), Mengajar diniyah, Pengajian akbar bulanan BKMT (Badan Kontak Majlis Ta’lim), Tabligh Akbar, Perlombaan 17 Agustus di desa, Upacara 17 Agustus di desa. Secara umum kegiatan KKN di Desa Pabangbon Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor berjalan dengan baik dan lancar. Pelaksanaan program kerja tersebut diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh pihak.
