Abstract

Abstrak : Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang saat ini berkembang dengan begitu pesatnya. Hal itu juga didukung oleh sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang memadai dan berkualitas. Berbagai informasi dan pengelolaan manajemen instansi saat ini sangat mendukung untuk bisa dikembangkan menjadi sistem yang mengandalkan kemajuan teknologi. Pengolahan Data Administrasi di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Rembang saat ini sebagian besar masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dengan mencatat dalam buku, seperti proses pembayaran administrasi siswa, kenaikan kelas dan pengolahan nilai, meskipun ada beberapa pekerjaan yang sudah menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi, seperti rekap nilai akhir tahun. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah pembuatan sistem pengolahan data yang dapat digunakan untuk administrasi siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan agar memberikan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengolahan nilai, pembayaran sekolah, serta kenaikan kelas yang dilakukan oleh bapak, ibu guru pengajar dan petugas tata usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, kepustakaan, analisis, perencanaan, perancangan atau desain, pembangunan, uji coba sistem serta implementasi sistem. Kata Kunci : Administrasi , SMKN 1 Rembang Abstract: Developments in science and technology is developing so rapidly. A variety of management information and management strongly supports the agencies to be developed into a system that relies on technological advances. Data Processing Administration in Vocational High School (SMK) School 1 Rembang now most still use the conventional system with the notes in the book, such as the payment of student administration, grade and processing increases the value, although there are some jobs that have been using computerized systems, such as year-end recap. The main objective of this study is the creation of data processing systems which can be used for student administration. This study is expected to provide the ease of implementation of the value of the processing, payment of school, as well as higher grade by father, mother, teacher educators and administrators. The method used in this study were observation, interviews, library research, analysis, planning, design or the design, development, system testing and system implementation. Abstract

Abstract

Salah satu asumsi analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu tidak terjadi masalah multikolinearitas. Apabila terjadi masalah multikolinearitas, metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Principal Component Regression (PCR) merupakan dua metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah multikolinearitas tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Principal Component Regression (PCR) dengan data anggaran pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah 2013. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh model persamaan regresi dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) yaitu dan model persamaan regresi dengan metode Principal Component Regression (PCR) yaitu . Selanjutnya dipilih metode terbaik dengan menggunakan kriteria nilai tertinggi dan MSE terkecil. Pemilihan metode terbaik adalah dengan melihat nilai tertinggi dan MSE terkecil. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang lebih baik adalah Partial Least Square dengan nilai = 0,7752 dan nilai MSE yang dihasilkan Partial Least Square = 3,660671E16. One of analysis assumptions of bifilar linier regression is there is no multikolinearity problem occurs. If there is a multikolinearity problem occurs, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Principal Component Regression (PCR) methods are can used to solve the multikolinearity problem. The method that was used in this research were Partial Least Square (PLS) and Principal Component Regression (PCR) by using the data of budgeting income of Central Java in 2013. The result of this research was gotten a model of regression equation by using Partial Least Square (PLS) method it was and a model of regression equation by using Principal Component Regression (PCR) it was . After that choose the best method selection criteria was by seeing at the highest score and the lowest MSE. The best method selection was by seeing at the highest score and the lowest MSE. Thus, it could be concluded that Partial Least Square with the score of = 0,7752 and the MSE score that was resulted by Partial Least Square = 3,660671E16.

Abstract

The limited availability of daily data is a major issue when working with weather datasets. It can lead to discontinuities in the data history that impact the accuracy of the model output, which is a function of the observation input. This study presents a simple technique for generating daily weather data from monthly data using synoptic observations from the North Minahasa Climatology Station (1989-2014). Our approach involves the use of logit, Fourier, and gamma functions. The generated rainfall exhibits a similar pattern to the observed rainfall, and the statistical test indicates no significant difference (p<0.000). However, the resulting correlation is low (0.33-0.49). Based on the seasonal division, both the generated and observed rainfall values are high in the December[1]January-February (DJF) season, followed by a decrease in the March-April-May (MAM) and June-July-August (JJA) and an increase in the September-October-November (SON) season. Additionally, there are discrepancies in rainfall generation compared to observations due to the use of uniform distribution random numbers, which tend to overlook temporal specificity. Moreover, other meteorological factors, such as temperature and relative humidity, generate daily values from monthly data that closely resemble observations, with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.8. This is due to the Fourier function’s lack of a field variability factor.

Abstract

Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) telah menjadi permasalahan yang cukup kompleks dan kontroversial . Peningkatan harga BBM memengaruhi berbagai aspek ekonomi dan sosial, termasuk inflasi, biaya produksi, dan tarif transportasi di Indonesia. Klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, dan K-Nearest Neighbors untuk menentukan algorimat klasifikasi sentimen manakah yang terbaik. Dengan melakukan perbangdingan metode algoritma Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, dan K-Nearest Neighbors untuk menentukan algorimat klasifikasi sentimen manakah yang terbaik. Dengan melakukan perbangdingan algoritma klasifikasi sentimen menghasilkan akurasi yang paling tinggi didapatkan oleh algoritma Naive Bayes dengan akurasi sebesar 80,28%. Kedua adalah algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan akurasi sebesar 73,89%. Algoritma yang memiliki nilai akurasi paling kecil adalah algorima K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dengan akurasi sebesar 50,00%.

Abstract

Community service activities (Abdimas) were carried out on July 30, 2023 with the topic of Making Packaging in the Business Jagung Rice in Pabuaran Village, Bantar Bolang District, Pemalang The background of the problems in this village is the lack of knowledge about techniques to market Corn Rice to a wider market. The purpose of this community service is to provide guidance on packaging techniques for homemade Jagung Rice products to become superior products of local wisdom of the Pabuaran community. The community service method is carried out with a participatory and educational approach, involving 10 residents, namely housewives. As a result of this service, the mothers can make better product packaging.

Abstract

At the age of toddlers, children need special attention because their brains develop around 80%. Stunting is a form of long-term nutritional deficiency that occurs during the growth and development of children, which are marked with height that is not appropriate or less compared to children their age based on the standard WHO. This condition can adversely affect the cognitive development and health of children. Identifying toddlers who are at risk of experiencing stunting at an early stage is very important to reduce the adverse effects that can affect their quality of life in the future. Traditional methods are less effective in predicting stunting because they often ignore the complex factors that affect the nutritional status of toddlers. This study aims to classify stunting toddlers using Random Forest, Decision Tree, and Extreme Gradient Boost (XGBOOST) algorithms. The results obtained showed that the accuracy of the Random Forest algorithm received the highest accuracy of 99.72 %, Extreme Gradient Boost (XGBOOST) at 99.58 %, and Decision Tree received 98 87 %accuracy.

Abstract

The availability of adequate blood supplies continues to pose a significant challenge for blood transfusion services such as the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), particularly due to the fluctuating and uneven nature of demand across various blood groups. Incorrectly estimating blood demand can result in either critical shortages that jeopardize patient safety or an excess of supplies that are wasted due to the limited shelf life of blood. The objective of this research is to examine historical blood demand data in Grobogan Regency by applying the K-Means clustering algorithm to identify trends related to time intervals and blood group classifications. The study draws on secondary data involving blood requests across multiple blood groups over a span of several years. By implementing the K-Means method, the research identifies unique trends in demand, highlighting critical periods between 2013–2016 and 2022–2024, during which nearly all blood types showed elevated levels of demand. These insights are crucial for improving blood stock management, refining donor mobilization strategies, and enhancing distribution planning based on empirical patterns. The K-Means algorithm proves effective in handling extensive and continuous numerical data, offering valuable guidance for strategic decision-making in healthcare logistics.

Abstract

Transformasi layanan kesehatan primer merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui penguatan kegiatan promotif dan preventif di seluruh siklus kehidupan. Salah satu implementasinya adalah kegiatan Skrining Lansia Sederhana (SKILAS) yang bertujuan meningkatkan deteksi dini penyakit tidak menular dan memperkuat layanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Jatilor, wilayah kerja Puskesmas Godong 1 Kabupaten Grobogan, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader Posyandu dalam pelaksanaan SKILAS. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup enam tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi kegiatan, penyuluhan tentang SKILAS, inisiasi pembentukan kader lansia, pelatihan kader, monitoring dan evaluasi tahap 1, serta monitoring dan evaluasi tahap 2. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan terhadap kemampuan kader; pengetahuan kategori baik meningkat dari 0% menjadi 91,3%, dan keterampilan terampil meningkat dari 0% menjadi 95,7% setelah pelatihan. Kader juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan inisiatif dalam mengembangkan Posyandu Lansia serta kegiatan kewirausahaan berbasis kesehatan. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi terhadap implementasi transformasi kesehatan primer, mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) ke-3, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi, puskesmas, dan pemerintah desa dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan.
