Abstract

Requirement engineering is the earliest phases of the development process of information systems in which there is a process to understand the needs of system users and formulate it into a format that facilitates the process of analysis. Requirement engineering approach through intentional perspective is one of the arguments that appear in the field. In intentional modeling, the focus will lie on the motive of every actor, how each actor can achieve their motives, and what dependencies present in order to achieve that motive. Some existing intentional modeling still has some limitations. Modeling is still having complexity problem when it will be used to model real-world situations that are quite large. Another disadvantage is how to describe the hierarchical conditions in intentional modeling. This research is to develop existing intentional modeling, in order to overcome limitations in describing the hierarchical conditions.

Abstract

The Social Media Platforms, as the one of largest part of today data traffic on the Internet, disseminate a vast volume of information, including medical information in it. Knowledge management system (KMS) approach is applied with purpose to capture, maintain, and manage tacit or explicit knowledge available and collected within the social media platforms, organization’s database, knowledge base, or document repository. By adding Indonesian Natural Language Processing (InaNLP), Machine Learning and Data Mining approach, our research has proposed a framework which is theoretically designed to improve the previous research related to social media knowledge capture model and enhance its accuracy and reliability of knowledge retrieved compared to previous knowledge capture model. This system mainly aimed for medical practitioner to give a quick suggestion of the diseases regarding to the early diagnose which has been taken in the first place. On this current research state, the pre-processing phase of the framework implementation and knowledge presentation is our main concernto maximize the information value for the knowledge users and also to reduce the language issues in texts such as ambiguity, inconsistency, use of slang vocabulary, etc.According to this research’s goal, we have designed an algorithm to extract feature from dataset.

Abstract

In order to support the adaptive SGfL, teaching materials must be represented in game component that becomes the target of adaptivity. If adaptive architecture of the game only use game state (GS) to recognize player's state, SGfL require another indicator -learning state (LS)- to identify the learning progress. It is a necessary to formulate computational framework for both states in SGfL.The computational framework was divided into two moduls, macro-strategy and micro-strategy. Macro-strategy control the learning path based on learning map in AND-OR Graph data stucture. This paper focus on the Macro-strategy modul, that using online, direct, and centralized adaptivity method. The adaptivity in game has five components as its target. Based on those targets, eight development models of SGfL concept was enumerated. With similarity and difference analysis toward possibility of united LS and GS in computational framework to implement the nine SGfL concept into design and application, there are three groups of the development models i.e. (1) better united GS and LS, (2) must manage LS and GS as different entity, and (3) can choose whether to be united or not. In the model which is united LS with GS, computing model at the macro-strategy modul use and-or graph and forward chaining. However, in the opposite case, macro-strategy requires two intelligent computing solutions, those are and-or graph with forward chaining to manage LS collaborated with Finite State Automata to manage GS. The proposed computational framework of SGfL was resulted from the similarity and difference analysis toward all possible representations of teaching materials into the adaptive components of the game. It was not dependent of type of learning domain and also of the game genre.

Abstract

The ability of self-adaptive software in responding to change is determined by contextual requirements, i.e. a requirement in capturing relevant context-atributes and modeling behavior for system adaptation. However, in most cases, modeling for self-adaptive software is does not take into consider the requirements evolution based on contextual requirements. This paper introduces an approach through requirements modeling languages directed to adaptation patterns to support requirements evolution. The model is prepared through contextual requirements approach that is integrated into MAPE-K (monitor, anayze, plan, execute - knowledge) patterns in goal-oriented requirements engineering. As an evaluation, the adaptation process is modeled for cleaner robot. The experimental results show that the requirements modeling process has been able to direct software into self-adaptive capability and meet the requirements evolution.
