Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the level of effectiveness of the Reporting of Annual Income Tax Returns for Non-Employee Taxpayers based on electronic filling at the Cakung Jakarta Pratama Tax Office. The basis for its implementation is the KUP Law and the Income Tax Law and other implementing regulations. The methodology used is qualitative by using observation and collecting data from people working in the company, literature review and interviews. Results: the effectiveness of Tax Compliance through e-Filing at the Cakung Jakarta Pratama Tax Office is quite effective in 2019 to 2022, in 2023 it is not effective. The obstacles are server down and new WPOPs do not understand online applications in reporting. Efforts that have been made with socialization and collaboration with the Tax Center at the University to participate in Tax Volunteers

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of funds, performance and institutional management on BPJS Jakarta branch employees. Technique in determining the impact on workers is by sampling where the takers are 44 samples of personnel from the population in the office agency. The researcher tried to conduct a quantitative descriptive analysis through the measurement of the linkert scale. The method in determining and analyzing the researcher's data used questions from the researcher for all employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Kebon Sirih Branch as many as 44 persons. The data was tested using IBM SPSS 25, it showed that the value of the determination coefficient (Adjusted R Square) was 0.717. In addition, there is a Model Feasibility Test (Test F) with a p-value of < significance of 0.05 so that this study is very interesting to analyze what is the impact of this. The results of the study show that there is a good and significant impact on workers at the BPJS Jakarta Branch office It is recommended that other researchers make adjustments by taking other studies so that they can get to know things that can provide interest and motivation in working for workers in an agency.

Abstract

This paper aimed to determine whether Business Intelligence (BI), Environmental Uncertainty (EU), and Green Product Innovation (GPI) affect Financial Performance with Organizational Culture as a moderating variable. A total of 311 respondents with minimum managerial level from manufacturing companies listed and not listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange participated. Data was obtained through questionnaires, and SEM-PLS analysis was used with Smart PLS statistical tool. Research findings show that Environmental Uncertainty affects Financial Performance, while Business Intelligence and Green Product Innovation do not. The impact of Green Product Innovation on Financial Performance is strengthened by Organizational Culture moderation, however, the effect of Business Intelligence and Environmental Uncertainty on Financial Performance is not strengthened by with Organizational Culture (OC) moderation. Academically, this research enriches literature related To Business Intelligence, Environmental Uncertainty, Green Product Innovation, and Financial Performance in the digital era, and can serve as a reference for future research. Practically, the results of this research help companies face competition with faster and more accurate decision making, improving operational quality and customer service. Additionally, for regulators, this research can serve as a basis for formulating policies that support sustainable business, particularly regarding Green Product Innovation and Environmental Uncertainty management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai sumber daya alam sebagaii pengembangan desa wisata terhadap peningkatan ekonomii masyarakat local. yang perlu dilakukan sebagai langkah evaluasi dan langkah preventif dalam menentukan langkah pengembangan selanjutnya karena pengembangan desa wisata memiliki karakter aktivitas yang bersifatt multisectoral. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan desa Kubang sebagai desa wisata yang dilakukan melalui penyadaran, pelatihan dan pendampingan,mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengembangan desa wisata serta mengidentifikasi pengembangan desa wisata melalui potensi sumber daya alam desa. Penelitian ini bersifatt deskriptif denganpendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi langsung dari obyek penelitian.

Abstract

This study explores the importance of human resource dynamic capabilities to create product innovation through the mediating role of green creativity in handicraft organizations in Malang-East Java by utilizing natural resources and local wisdom. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of green dynamic capabilities in creating long-term environmentally friendly creativity that will improve the performance of green product innovation. This research method uses a quantitative approach, namely testing the influence of green dynamic capability variables in creating environmentally friendly creativity so that they can create green product innovation performance. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents who met the criteria for creative industry entrepreneurs, then the data analysis stage used PLS-SEM. The results of the study indicate that green dynamic capabilities have a significant effect on environmentally friendly creativity and green product performance, while environmentally friendly creativity also has a significant effect on product performance and is able to mediate the relationship between green dynamic capabilities and product innovation performance.

Abstract

There are many advantages and benefits of internships for students. One of the advantages of an internship is that it broadens your knowledge regarding the world of work. Various kinds of insights, starting from the scope of duties and responsibilities of work, teamwork, adding new knowledge and expertise. However, unfortunately, there are still many students who do not have adequate soft skills during internships. This is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology is a form of qualitative research that focuses on the study of an individual’s lived experiences. So, we can learn from the experiences of others. This research is aimed at answering the question of how universities equip their students with soft skills before taking part in internships and what complaints there are from companies regarding the quality of students who take part in internships at their companies. Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews to HRD managers and university students who have taken internship program. This research proves that there are still many students who do not have soft skills consisting of intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, so they receive many complaints from companies or government institutions. For this reason, strengthening students' soft skills needs to be optimized during pre-internship training.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was intended to determine the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher performance with a case study at SMP Negeri 1 Saguling, West Bandung Regency, as well as to determine the effect of principal's leadership and work motivation partially or simultaneously on teacher performance.This study uses a quantitative approach to the design used survey, with data processing techniques using path analysis.The results showed that the partial effect of principal's leadership on teacher performance (47.08%), while work motivation on teacher performance (23.39%), and the simultaneous influence of principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance (70.47%), so that to improve teacher performance it can be done by increasing the broad attention of a principal.Key Words: leadership, work motivation, teacher performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru dengan studi kasus di SMP Negeri 1 Saguling Kabupaten Bandung Barat, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain yang digunakan survey, dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja guru (47,08%), sedangkan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru (23,39%), dan pengaruh simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru (70,47%), sehingga untukmeningkatkan kinerja guru dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan perhatian luas seorang kepala sekolah.Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kinerja guru.

Landasan Pelaksanaannya adalah UU KUP dan UU PPh serta peraturan pelaksanaan lainnya. Metodologi yang dipakai adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan observasi dan mengumpulan data dari orang yang bekerja di perusahaan, tinjauan pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil: efektivitas Kepatuhan Perpajakan melalui e-Filing di KPP Pratama Jakarta cakung cukup efektif di tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2022, tahun 2023 tidak efektif. Hambatannya server down dan WPOP baru belum mengerti aplikasi online dalam pelaporan. Upaya yang telah dilakukan dengan sosialisasi dan bekerjasama dengan Tax Center di Universitas untuk ikut serta dalam Relawan Pajak
