Abstract

This article aims to describe How the roles, challenges, and opportunities of students who participate in campus programs teaching batches 3,4 and 6. Research conducted in Riau Province on 15 participants students, 4 Supervisors Field (DPL) head schools, and several teachers' councils school the basis on which school target. Research was done on a range time February 2022 to December 2023. Research data was collected through interviews and study documentation. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data collection, data verification and reduction, and data extraction conclusion. As for the triangulation technique use a triangulation data source. Research results find that there are a number of roles students as participants in campus teaching, namely; (1) planners, students discuss with DPL and supervising teachers For designing programs and strategies that will done at school target during the period of service; (2) implementer, during less than 4 months serve, then the program is about literacy numeracy, adaptation technology, and arrangement administration carried out by participants by creating a timeline so that all programs can be implemented effectively and appropriately​ time; (3) evaluator, participant do evaluation through pre-test and post-test AKM class for see condition beginning condition literacy numeracy in schools and conditions end after given assistance through implementation of campus programs teaching. The challenges faced by students are; (1) the location of the school's distant and remote targets; and (2) the Semester Credit System conversion system which is ambiguous. The chances include (1) campus teaching is a national program so that Power the recipient is more-big; (2) giving experience and expanding connection to students outside​ life campus; (3) getting incentives and assistance.

Abstract

The article's purpose is to describe the idea of ​​actualizing Pancasila values ​​through extracurricular activities to build students' ideological intelligence in school. Data was collected through literature studies using theories relevant to the research theme. In Indonesia, shared values ​​are expressed in Pancasila, which can unite society amidst differences in culture, race, language, religion and political beliefs. Pancasila, as a state ideology, provides orientation, insight, and normative guidelines in all areas of life. Ideological intelligence is needed to appreciate, internalize and apply Pancasila values ​​in life. Ideological intelligence through education is realized in Pancasila, and citizenship education (PPKn) is realized in schools. The revitalization of PPKn as ideological education can be realized in extracurricular activities under the coordination of PPKn teachers, with the advantages of: 1) It provides an ideological learning experience that is fun and easy to digest for students. 2) I am avoiding elements of indoctrination in learning. 3) The entire school community is involved in an open place because ideological intelligence cannot be developed through rhetoric and symbols.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan dalam organisasi mahasiswa, dengan fokus pada Pengurus Pusat Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) Komisariat Universitas Pamulang (Unpam). Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memahami bagaimana karakter kepemimpinan dikembangkan dan diterapkan di dalam organisasi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan anggota aktif dan mantan pengurus PMII Komisariat Unpam serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan karakter kepemimpinan dalam PMII Komisariat Unpam dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai organisasi, pengalaman praktik kepemimpinan, dan proses internal organisasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana organisasi mahasiswa mempengaruhi dan membentuk karakter kepemimpinan di kalangan anggotanya.   Kata kunci: karakter kepemimpinan, organisasi mahasiswa, PMII Komisariat Unpam

Abstract

Pendidikan lingkungan hidup mempunyai peran yang sangat stragis dalam membentuk manusia yang peduli terhadap lingkungannya sehingga dapat meminimalisasi resiko kerusakan lingkungan. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman secara komprehensif kepada masyarakat tentang penting membangun karakter peduli lingkungan. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian yaitu penyuluhan (ceramah dan tanya tanya jawab). Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, mitra telah memahami dan menyadari bahwa membangun karakter peduli terhadap lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat menjadi hal yang sangat penting guna menjaga lingkungan dari berbagai kerusakan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta memberikan penilaian pada skala 3 (puas) dan skala 4 (sangat puas). Dari jumlah seluruh peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan/sosialisasi, yang berjumlah 35 warga desa dan 4 perangkat desa Purasari Kecamatan Leuwiliang Bogor, tercatat bahwa peserta yang memberikan penilaian pada skala 3 (puas) sebanyak 11 peserta, dan penilaian pada skala 4 (sangat puas) sebanyak 24 peserta. Artinya dari ke-tujuh indikator (pernyataan) yang dicantumkan dalam kuesioner tersebut, peserta memberikan penilaian pada skala 4 atau “sangat puas” sehinga dapat disimpulkan bahwa 100 persen peserta telah memahami materi yang diberikan oleh tim pengabdian.Kata Kunci : Karakter, Peduli, Lingkungan

Abstract

The prevalence of bullying, a serious issue in primary and secondary schools, underscores the need for effective prevention strategies. This study aims to develop a human rights education model to address this concern. The primary objective is to design a comprehensive human rights education model tailored for school environments. This model aims to prevent bullying behavior by fostering a culture of respect and empathy among students. A literature review methodology was employed to analyze existing problems related to bullying and identify potential solutions. Theoretical frameworks and empirical research findings were utilized to develop the proposed human rights education model. The results of this research suggest the development of prevention strategies and the creation of a pocketbook containing human rights education materials accessible to students. Additionally, it suggests the use of engaging learning media to facilitate a better understanding of human rights concepts, which are often abstract and challenging to grasp through traditional teaching methods. The human rights education model presented in this study is adaptable for both primary and secondary education. It emphasizes the importance of early intervention to prevent bullying from becoming entrenched in school cultures. By targeting students' moral and cognitive development, this model aims to break the cycle of victimhood and aggression associated with bullying. This study contributes to the field of education by proposing a practical and holistic approach to addressing bullying in schools. The proposed human rights education model provides educators with a framework to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara gaji guru dengan tingkat kesejahteraan hidup guru di sekolah negeri dan swasta. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden guru dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan dan institusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaji berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kesejahteraan hidup guru, khususnya dalam aspek pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar, stabilitas emosional, dan motivasi kerja. Namun demikian, kesejahteraan guru tidak semata-mata ditentukan oleh besaran gaji, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor nonfinansial seperti lingkungan kerja, beban tugas, dan peluang pengembangan diri. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang sistem penghargaan yang adil dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup tenaga pendidik.
