Abstract

People in the modern era use social media daily to exchange opinions regarding government policies, such as discussions related to the Indonesian Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). This study aims to analyze the topics of discussion about the Ministry of Finance on the Twitter platform, now known as 'X', and to determine the results of more effective preprocessing. The data in this study was taken from Twitter using the Tweet Harvest Tool with the keyword 'Ministry of Finance' from January 2024 to July 2024. The data is then processed through cleaning, preprocessing, calculation of coherence values, LDA modeling, and visualization. The preprocessing process includes several scenarios to compare the best results that are easy for the reader to understand. The highest coherence value obtained is 0.572250 by using stemming from NLTK library. The most effective preprocessing results are normalization, tokenization, stopwords, and stemming using Sastrawi. Modeling is done to find latent topics through LDA topic modeling techniques. Visualizing the intertopic distance map provides information on the distance between each topic. The results show that the distance between one topic and another has a variety of distance variations. This study shows that social media platforms can serve as a source of evaluation for the Indonesian government. The findings of these topics are helpful as insights for readers and the Kemenkeu. Finally, the analysis identified several key topics in public discussion, including fiscal policy, budget transparency, and the Ministry of Finance's performance in addressing current economic issues.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is currently being widely promoted by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture as an embodiment of new policies. The research aimed to explain the implementation of the curriculum to improve the quality of graduates, strategies for developing teaching staff as a step to improve the quality of student output and study the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Merdeka curriculum. The research used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection used observation, interviews, and triangulation analysis. To achieve learning objectives, teacher guidance is carried out through training. The research results show that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at MAN 1 Kepahiang is carried out through a series of management consisting of planning, regulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages. In implementing the Merdeka curriculum, there are several obstacles, including insufficient availability of human resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and real conditions in the field which often contradict the conditions expected by the government. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include training and competency development for teachers and education staff, increasing support from parents and the community, improving facilities and infrastructure, strengthening supervision and monitoring, and developing cooperation between stakeholders. Based on various data and information obtained, the researcher concluded that the implementation of the curriculum to improve the quality of graduates at MAN 1 Kepahiang was adjusted to the needs of the madrasah. To achieve learning goals, especially in realizing educational goals in Madrasas, it is necessary to carry out processes of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and supervising the course of the curriculum in learning in Madrasas to advance the quality of learning, quality of education, which will ultimately support the realization of improving the quality of graduates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada peran microteaching sebagai pusat sumber belajar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan pustaka yang menggunakan buku-buku dan artikel jurnal ilmiah sebagai referensi utama dalam merumuskan pokok permasalahan. Penelitian kajian kepustakaan adalah suatu metode yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan, menelaah, dan menganalisis data atau informasi dari berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Tujuan utama dari kajian kepustakaan adalah untuk memahami, mengintegrasikan, dan mensintesis pengetahuan yang telah ada mengenai suatu subjek tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, disimpulkan bahwa microteaching merupakan strategi berbasis hasil dan diskusi yang diadopsi secara khusus untuk memberikan pelatihan mengajar kepada calon pendidik (guru) dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar mereka. Keberadaan microteaching membantu para pendidik untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam aktivitas lembaga pendidikan, seperti kemampuan menyajikan materi pembelajaran, menjelaskan materi pembelajaran, memimpin pembelajaran, dan menciptakan metode pembelajaran yang mudah diadopsi oleh siswa.

Abstract

This research is purposed to know students’ ability and the level of their ability of VII grade of SMP Negeri 15 Sijunjung in using simple present tense. This research is categorized as descriptive analysis, because this research the focus on the students’ ability in using simple present tense. The respondent of the research is 32 of VII grade of SMP Negeri 15 Sijunjung. An analysis of the test is to know what extent was the students’ ability level in using simple present tense, and did the students’ ability in using simple present tense. The result of the test was analyzed to know the students’ ability in using the simple present tense. The finding of this research shows that the average score in the form of the simple present of verb be is 33,89%, and the average score in the form of simple present tense of verb is 57,04%. In addition, the result of the test shows that the students’ ability in using simple present tense is on low level. from the data got it showed that the students did errors most is in the usage of simple present tense is simple present tense of verb be. Abstract

This study was carried out to improve the students’ writing ability through Clustering Technique in the second year of SMPN 03 Bonai Darussalam academic year 2022 - 2023. The subjects of this study were consisted of 31 students. The method used in this study was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The classroom action research design applied in this study was a collaborative classroom action research. It meant that the writer collaborated with the English teacher of MPN 03 Bonai Darussalam as an observer and collaborator. This study was conducted following Kurt Lewin model with the following procedures of the action research: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The study was carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. The data were gathered in this study through interview, field notes, questionnaire, and test. The result of the study showed that there was improvement of students’ writing ability. Most of the students gradually gained good scores at the end of each cycle. The score of Minimum Mastery Criterion- Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) of English lesson was 70 (seventy). The students’ mean score in preliminary study was 55.85. The mean score in the first cycle was 66.13. The mean score in the second cycle was 73.19. In addition, there was a positive response from the English teacher about implementing the action. In conclusion Clustering Technique could improve students’ writing ability. Key words: Students’ Writing Ability, Clustering Technique, Classroom Action Research

Abstract

The study aims at improving the speaking skill of the students at second Grade of SMKN 1 Logas Tanah Darat in the academic year of 2022/2023. The English songs and puppets were chosen as the teaching media in this study. This study was action research consisting two cycles. The research was carried out at the second semester from April to May 2023. It involved the researcher, the collaborator, and the students. The participants of this research were 23 students of At second Grade of SMKN 1 Logas Tanah Darat in the academic year of 2022/2023. The data of this study were qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative data were obtained by observing teaching and learning process during the implementation of the actions and interviewing. It was in the form of field notes and interview transcripts. The quantitative data were taken by assessing the student’s speaking skill through the pre-test and the post-test. The finding of the first cycle indicated that the students’ speaking skill and involvement improved along with a lot of speaking practices. The result of the second cycle shows that the implementation of English songs and puppets improved the students’ speaking skill, especially their accuracy and interest by providing them with various topics, songs, and activities. It was also found that using the language more often can improve their fluency. The indicators of the success of the implementation were that: (1) Students were more motivated in learning English and to be involved in speaking activities; (2) Students were actively answer the question and give comment; (3) Students were more active in the speaking activities during the teaching and learning process, and (4) There were many kinds of activities in every meeting, and also pictures that make the students feel interested to do the activities. Furthermore, the findings were also supported by the means of the students’ speaking score which had improved from 6.2 in the pre-test and to 7.3 in the post-test. Abstract

Abstrak—Pembelajaran tata surya adalah pelajaran yang mengajarkan berbagai pengetahuan tentang kumpulan benda-benda langit yang terdiri atas sebuah bintang yang disebut matahari dan semua objek yang terikat oleh gaya gravitasinya, dalam mempelajari tata surya sudah dimulai pada usia 4-6 tahun pada masa emas (golden age) dan masa dimana anak memiliki rasa keingintahuan yang tinggi, untuk mempelajari tata surya selain menggunakan alat praga konvensional diperlukan juga teknologi untuk mempermudah proses belajar.Salah satu teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah Augmented Reality (AR) yang dapat memadukan antara dunia maya dua dimensi dan tiga dimensi ke dalam suatu lingkungan nyata. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini maka penulis merancang aplikasi multimedia interaktif pengenalan tata surya sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat berintraksi interaktif dengan penggunanya yang dimana didalam aplikasi ini terdapat 3D tata surya beserta informasi dan terdapat game kuis yang membuat penyampaian materi menjadi lebih mudah dan interaktif.Kata Kunci— augmented reality, tata surya, android, pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak—Taska Indonesia merupakan sebuah brand yang menjual tas spundbond ramah lingkungan. Dalam menjual dan mempromosikan produknya, Taska Indoensia ,enggunakan beberapa platform Social Media salah satunya adalah Instagram. dalam proses pembuatan konten Instagram, Taska Indoensia memerlukan fotografer untuk melakukan pemotretan foto produk dari Taska Indonesia sebagai materi utama pembuatan konten. Fotografer memiliki peran untuk memotrer produk dengan menggunakan Teknik Photography yang sesuai dengan produk dari brand Taska Indonesia dan melakukan edit color correction pada foto. Foto produk yang dihasilkan sebanyak 130 foto, foto yang di edit color correction sebanyak 55 foto, dan yang di posting sebanyak 10 foto. Dengan adanya peran fotografer, dapat menyediakan kebutuhan foto produk untuk materi utama pembuatan konten Instagram Taska Indoensia sebagai media promosi.Kata Kunci—social media, Instagram, fotografer

Abstract

This study explores the role of principal supervision in enhancing the quality of educational administration services at MAN 1 Kepahiang, using a descriptive qualitative methodology. The research aims to provide insights into the supervisory practices of the principal and their impact on administrative functions. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and document reviews, involving the principal, vice-principals, and administrative staff. The analysis follows Miles and Huberman's interactive model, comprising data collection, reduction, visualization, and conclusion drawing. Results indicate that effective principal supervision, characterized by a collaborative and democratic approach, significantly improves the quality of educational administration. The principal’s dual role as a manager and supervisor enhances teacher and staff performance through continuous training and problem-solving strategies. Implications of these findings suggest the need for principals to adopt proactive supervisory roles to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The study’s limitations include its focus on a single institution and the subjective nature of qualitative methods. Future research should consider broader scopes and mixed-method approaches to generalize findings and further examine effective supervisory strategies.
