Abstract

This study tries to evaluate the service quality of Pusdiklat BPK RI website user perceptions measured by modification approach webqual variables. This evaluation also focuses on the extent to which perceptions of website service quality perceived by the level of expectation from the perspective of service users Pusdiklat BPK RI website. This research takes an object on a website that addresses Pusdiklat BPK RI in www.pusdiklat.bpk.go.id with 155 respondents in the sample used in the measurement of the quality of service of this website. The method used to evaluate the integration of the calculation approach webqual variable modifications within the framework of Structural Equation Modelling(SEM)and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this research, that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of website service quality, satisfaction levels, and the intensity of use of that form a conceptual model of research. To improve user satisfaction and loyalty for services rendered to maintain the consistency of the performance of some of the attributes of the perceptual interaction and information that has the greatest contribution to the quality of the service website. While the attributes that are necessary to get attention is a matter of updating the content information and access response time on the look of the website. The results are expected to provide feedback to management (team manager)  Pusdiklat BPK RI website service in the improvement and development of the website to match user expectations.

Abstract

AbstractThe primary purpose of infrared thermography is the locating of thermal differences and anomalies.  Infrared thermography can  detect  numerous  conditions  in  which  an  anomaly is characterized by an increase or decrease in surface temperature. In this research, we specifically applied calculation of fractal dimension method to a total of20 thermograms of normal breasts as well as of those in advanced breast cancer. In addition standard  image  pre-processing  were  also  used  to  enhance  the  detection capabilitity.  Severalmethods in image processing which are pre-processing with canny edge detection, thresholding, calculation of fractal dimension use box-counting and Hausdorff dimension.The results of this research are shown that Hausdorff dimension in the normal thermogramshave range value 0,4 – 0,95 smaller than the advanced thermograms which have value more than  1,26.Finally  this  results  show  that  the  difference  of  fractal dimension  can  be  used  todistinguish between normal and advanced thermograms.Keywords: canny edge detection, thresholding, fractal dimension, box-counting, Hausdorff

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to analyze the computation of medical image adaptive segmentation based on optimized fuzzy logic. The success of the image analysis system depends on the quality of the segmentation. The image segmentation is separating the image into regions that are meaningful for a given purpose. In this research, the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm with spatial information is presented to segment Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) medical images. The FCM clustering utilizes the distance between pixels and cluster centers in the spectral domain to compute the membership function. The pixels of an object in image are highly correlated, and this spatial information is an important characteristic that can be used to aid their labeling. This scheme greatly reduces the effect of noise. The FCM method successfully classifies the brain MRI images into five clusters. This technique is therefore a powerful method in computation for noisy image segmentation. Keywords: computation analysis, MRI Medical image, adaptive image segmentation, fuzzy c-means

Abstract

In this research, we exctract and identify MRI brain images based on eigbrain image.  MRI barain images are used to be input for feature exctraction and identitication. Feature exctraction is done by using the eigbrain image. For all reference image, we find image mean and eigbrain image, and the results are stored. If there is test image, we will find the nearest distance of eigenbrain between test image and reference images. The feature extraction is used to identify the image is whether the normal brain image or the brain image with tumor.The results show that the method successfully classifies MRI images into tree clusters: normal,  glioma, and metastase. The input test images can be identified accurately 100% for image  sizes from 256 x 256 pixels to 64 x 64 pixels.Keywords : feature extraction, image identification, MRI medical image, eigenbrain image.

Abstract

Metode finite difference eksplisit adalah metode yang mudah diprogram dibandingkan metode finite difference implicit atau metode-metode numerik lainnya. Selain itu, metode eksplisit itu dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan panas “Heat Equation” linear dalam dua dimensi. Akan tetapi, metode eksplisit itu mempunyai sebuah kekurangan yaitu keterbatasan stabilitas dari penyelesaian numerik adalah sangat ketat. Oleh sebab itu, metode eksplisit itu tidak lagi termasuk daftar metode-metode numerik yang handal yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan-persamaan diferensial parsial. Oleh karena itu, maka diusulkan untuk menggunakan analisis wavelet Haar di dalam skema numerik dari metode eksiplisit untuk mengatasi kekurangan metode itu, yaitu keterbatasan stabilitas, dengan menjaga diskretisasi dari metode eksplisit agar tidak berubah. Kekurangan dari metode finite difference eksiplisit itu sudah dapat diatasi secara signifikan oleh analisis Haar wavelet yang tidak mempengaruhi logika metode asli yatiu metode eksiplisit.

Abstract

This article discusses rnleset phenomena in gamelan music. The main research question is why kenong and kempul instruments are played inmleset style. Acoustic and karawitanology approaches were used to analyze the problem. Two data type, qualitative and quantitative, were employed in this research. The recording of each gamelan pieces and the common gending (gamelan piece) constituted the quantitative data. These recordings were then analyzed through a computer  program, Wavelab 7. The qualitative data-experiences of the musicians were obtained through in-depth interview and observation done to the informants. The research revealed that rnleset is  classified as mleset nuntuni and mleset ngempyungi. Mlasat nuntuni is determined by the melody, while mleset ngempyungi is determined by patet(mode) and fundamental frequency of gamelan  instruments. Common instruments for plesetan are kenong and kempul, both with their unique sound frequency. Each of the instruments possesses fundamental frequency producing main  tone and overtone frequency, resulting in kernpyunq (kwint) orgembyang (octave) specific tone. The overtone frequency results in tonal interference which is culturally accepted as nice melody  by the listeners and the musicians.Key words: mleset, karawitan, gamelan, overtone

Abstract

 Radiation pattern of Yagi-Uda antenna is elliptical. This pattern can be used as a detector for the direction of the source of a radio emission. A total of nine Yagi-Uda antennas fitted with a 3x3 configuration. With this configuration, the measurement range for azimuth and elevation angles can reach 80º. The simulation was performed by using an antenna radiation pattern data. The number of antennas used for this simulation is nine. Then the data is merged into a 3x3 antenna configuration data. Based on data from nine antenna radiation patterns, the algorithm for the estimation of azimuth and elevation angles can be applied. Simulation results show that the measurement error of the signal without noise is close to zero. The algorithm used in this simulation can be applied to noise below 25%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknologi Pengelasan, Keahlian Juru Las dan Perawatan Peralatan Las terhadap Kualitas Pembangunan Kapal Patroli Cepat (PC) 40. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 45 responden sebagai sumbar data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Teknologi Pengelasan terhadap Kualitas Pembangunan Kapal Patroli Cepat (PC) 40, terdapat pengaruh positif dan sigfinikan Keahlian Juru Las terhadap Kualitas Pembangunan Kapal Patroli Cepat (PC) 40, dan juga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Perawatan Peralatan Las terhadap Kualitas Pembangunan Kapal Patroli Cepat (PC) 40.

Abstract

Garis pantai merupakan kawasan yang dinamis yang dapat berubah setiap saat.Perubahan ini disebabkan oleh adanya abrasi dan akresi.Pemantauan terhadap perubahan garis pantai dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan citra satelit.Analisis citra satelitmemberikan data yang lengkap dan dapat dilakukan   dengan sedikit atau tanpa bantuan manusia. Makalah ini, menggunakan metode segmentasi dan deteksi tepi pada multi-spektrum yang berkeja secara otoimatis. Proses pemunculan informasi garis pantai dilakukan dalam dua tahapan, yaitu pre-processing dan processing. Pre-processing merupakan tahapan awal yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas masing-masing citra (noise remover dan edge enhancement).Tahapan processing merupakan tahapan pemunculan informasi garis pantai dengan segmentasi dan deteksi tepi.Penerapkan metode ini diharapkan dapat memunculkan informasi mengenai garis pantai.
