Abstract

Abstract- The objective of this study is to investigate the role of macroeconomic factors in the supply chain. “Therefore, this study examined the role of  GDP growth rate, the degree of openess, the rate of exchange and balance of payment effect on foreign direct investment (FDI) and FDI effect on the supply chain. In this study, data were collected from Indonesian economists. Email addresses of Indonesian economists were collected and email was sent to them to get responses. Only one hundred email addresses were found of various economists. Therefore, the total sample size was one hundred. From total one hundred, sixty economists responded. Outcomes of the study show that increases in GDP growth rate, the degree of openness and balance of payment increases the nationwide supply chain performance. Decreases in GDP growth rate, the degree of openness and balance of payment decreases the nationwide supply chain performance”. However, increases in the rate of exchange decrease the FDI growth rate which ultimately decreases the supply chain practices.

Abstract

Abstract-Institutional and social capital theories can help to understand how social enterprises can contribute and transform sustainable supply chains. This article introduces a framework that seeks to understand social enterprise and entrepreneurship capabilities in transforming institutions to strengthen supply chain sustainability and briefly gives some preliminary findings related to social capital and supply chains. Presently the social entrepreneurship has many areas to explore and having exceptionally golden opportunities to reform the business research. With this article an analytical model and business model is proposed for commercial entrepreneurship. It also works as a bridge between many communities and the industries. Here it is also presented a roadmap for the future scope of industrial development. In this study it is try to explain that how a social entrepreneurship can work by providing high end services and user demands and also refer to establish many new industries. The new findings and the upcoming possible demands of a user are focused by this article.

Abstract

Abstract— Combining the social interaction and technology social media provide a low cost tool. Many companies are leveraging more robust social platforms to better plan and control their supply chain. The purpose of this article is to provide researches of the supply chain management a reference with the main concepts of social media: Twitter, Flickr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Viber, and Google +, Pinterest etc. Drawing on social capital theory, this study uses a sentiment analysis approach to investigate the impact  of  social  media  usage by supply  chain  partners  on  supply  chain  performance. With the help of social media it is very easy to interact with customer and other people and it can make the community of the customers. It is possible assemble a network of clients where it can draw in them with quality substance and these stages additionally enable to present the product. With the help of the social media it provides an approach to contacts with companions, Potential customers and clients. It customizes the "brand" and makes it possible to spread the content in colloquial ways, however supply chain managers to adjust their supply chain strategies to have a sustainable competitive advantage

Abstract

Abstract- The main objective in this research is attempting to demonstrate alignement mechanism of supply and bussiness strategy. Companies are beginning to view supply chain management and procurement as a rising priority.  Procurement has traditionally been a cost-driven model, finding suppliers that can provide the best product at the lowest cost. In stressing the sociotechnical qualities of the supply chain, it is argued the bussiness is the only common element to the entire demand chain. Brand strategy management should be both a demand and supply chain priority, in contrast to its general demand chain focus. It is restrictive lawful rights that secure works of initiation, structure or work of art. A business strategy of any work save the distribution,  creation or clearance of the rights to education, melodic, imaginative work, sensational, computer program, or to utilization of a business print or mark. Results showed that having a strong brand not only supports your interactions with stakeholders but with your employees and suppliers too. This is especially important if you are driving transformation within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of families and the community in preventing and controlling the increase in cases of positive COVID-19 children in the Jagakarsa village, as well as what obstacles are experienced by families and communities in overcoming the increase in COVID-19 cases and what efforts are being made by families and communities to reduce the increase in cases. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews. Determination of the sources in this study by purposive sampling, namely the family and the community, namely Dasawisma mothers and people who live in Jagakarsa Village. The form of social control is seen from the point of view of Travis Hirschi. namely: 1. Attachment (love), namely social control starting from the family by providing a sense of security through limiting children to join gatherings outside the home and obeying health protocols with masks, washing hands and avoiding crowds..2. Involvement (involvement), namely being pro-active in the community in preventing, handling, and controlling Covid-19 cases. 3. Commitment (responsibility) is the responsibility of the community to remind each other about health protocols. 4. Belief, namely the public's belief about the dangers of Covid-19 can control people's behavior. The steps taken by local residents are providing understanding and knowledge about Covid-19, dropping off and picking up children to school, giving traditional herbal medicine, fulfilling balanced nutrition and limiting curfew activities, eliminating crowding activities and vaccinating local residents.

Abstract

Public service is the responsibility of the government which is mandated by the 1945 Constitution and is carried out by all central and regional government agencies. Public service is a form of embodiment of the function of the state apparatus in providing welfare and meeting the needs of the community. Health development held at the Puskesmas which was echoed in Permenkes No. 43 of 2019. Adequate health services are the foundation of the community and become one of the basic needs besides food and education. The Taman Sari District Health Center as a regional work unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office generally provides preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative health services. The purpose of this study was to analyze and evaluate the effect of employee competence, work culture and work facilities on service quality at Taman Sari Health Center. The research method was causality research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study uses primary data collection. The data received in the questionnaire is in the form of ordinal data. The population in this study were workers at the Taman Sari District Health Center, which amounted to 120 people. This research uses probability sampling technique in taking samples by random sampling. Determination of the sample size is done by the Slovin method. The standard error is 10%. The results of this study partially show that employee competence has an effect of 11.5%, work culture has an effect of 24.8% and work facilities have an effect of 46.9% on service quality and simultaneously variables of employee competence, work facilities and work culture are influenced by 83,2% and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.
