Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan antara minat menjadi guru dengan prestasi belajar; (2) hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar; dan (3) hubungan antara minat menjadi guru dan lingkungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik propotional random sampling sejumlah 59 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas dan multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil simpulan, (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat menjadi guru dengan prestasi belajar; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara minat menjadi guru dan lingkungan keluarga dengan prestasi belajar.   Kata kunci: minat, lingkungan, prestasi ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to investigate: (1) the correlation between the interest in becoming a teacher and the learning achievement;(2) the correlation between the family environment and the learning achievement; and (3) the correlation of the interest in becoming a teacher and the family environment to the learning achievement. This research used the descriptive quantitative correlational research method. The samples of the research consisted of 59 students. The samples were taken by using the proportionate random sampling technique. The data on the interest in becoming a teacher, the family environment, and the learning achievement were gathered through questionnaire. The data of the research were then analyzed by using the simple correlation analysis and the multiple correlation analysis. Prior to the data analysis, the prerequisite tests were done, which included the normality test, the linearity test, and the multicolinearity test. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between the interest in becoming a teacher and the learning achievement; (2) there is a positive and significant correlation between the family environment and the learning achievement; and (3) there is a positive and significant correlation of the interest in becoming a teacher and the family environment to the learning achievement Keywords: Interest, environment, and achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman belajar Akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS di sebuah SMA di KabupatenKaranganyartahun pelajaran 2012/2013 dengan penerapan pembelajaran Direct Instruction untuk Kompetensi Dasar Membuat Jurnal Penyesuaian melalui media kertas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Direct Insruction pada Kompetensi Dasar Membuat Jurnal Penyesuaian melalui media kertas kerja dapat meningkatkan pemahaman belajar Akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA Karanganyar tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Hal tersebut terefleksi dari beberapa indikator sebagai berikut: (1) Siswa yang aktif selama apersepsi menunjukkan peningkatan dari 72,73% pada siklus I menjadi 79,8% pada siklus II. (2) Siswa yang aktif selama pembelajaran berlangsung menunjukkan peningkatan dari 75,76% pada siklus I menjadi 81,82% pada siklus II. (3) Tingkat pemahaman dan ketepatan penjelasan proses pembuatan jurnal penyesuaian yang diamati selama proses diskusi kelompok dan penyajian hasil diskusi melalui presentasi menunjukkan peningkatan dari 76,77% pada siklus I menjadi 85,86% pada siklus II. (4) Peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dari 75,76% pada siklus I menjadi 84,85% pada siklus II. Kata kunci: Jurnal Penyesuaian, Kertas Kerja ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to improve the Accounting learning understanding of the students in Grade XI of Social ScienceSenior Secondary School in Karanganyar regency in Academic Year 2012/2013 through the application of the Direct Instruction learning for the Basic Competency of adjustment journal-making through the worksheet media. The research used the classroom action research approach. The result of the research shows that the application of the Direct Instruction learning model on the Basic Competency of Adjustment Journal-Making through the worksheet media can improve the Accounting learning understanding of the students in Grade XI of Social ScienceSenior Secondary School in Karanganyar regency in Academic Year 2012/2013 as reflected by the following indicators: (1) the percentage of students who are active during the apperception increases from 72.73% in Cycle I to 79.8% in Cycle II; (2) the percentage of students who are active during the learning increases from 75.76% in Cycle I to 81.82% in Cycle II; (3) the percentage of understanding level and the accuracy of the explanation of the adjustment journal-making process observed during the group discussion and the presentation of the result of the discussion increase from 76.77% in Cycle I to 85.86% in Cycle II; and (4) the percentage of the learning result completeness increases from 75.76% in Cycle I to 84.85% in Cycle II. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta tahun 2013. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode kausal komparatif atau expost facto research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  seluruh guru di SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 guru yang telah lulus sertifikasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasar analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA N 5 Surakarta. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA N 5 Surakarta. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA N 5 Surakarta. Kata Kunci: Sertifikasi Guru, Motivasi Kerja Guru, Kinerja Guru Abstract This research was conducted at state senior secondary school 5 of surakarta in 2013. It was quantitative research with the causal comparative method or ex post facto research. The population of the research was all of teachers of the school. The samples were taken by using the purposive sampling technique. The samples of the research consisted of 59 teachers who passed the teacher certification program. They were then analyzed by using the simple linear regression technique of analysis and the multiple linear regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the teacher certification has a positive effect on the performance of the teachers of State Senior Secondary School 5 of Surakarta. (2) the work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of the teachers of State Senior Secondary School 5 of Surakarta. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi pada siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta melalui penerapan strategi peer lessonsdengan media ular tangga.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2  SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru, siswa dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknikanalisisdeskriptif dan teknik analisissecarakualitatif. Prosedur penelitian adalah model spiral yang saling berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan strategi peer lessonsdengan media ular tangga dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar akuntansi. Peningkatan terjadi pada siklus I, walaupun belum optimal. Pelaksanaan siklus II menyebabkan keterampilan guru dan keaktifan siswa meningkat dengan kualifikasi sangat baik dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai kualifikasi sangat tinggi.   Kata kunci: peer lessons, ular tangga, keaktifan, hasil belajar ABSTRACT The purposes of the research to improve activeness and learning result of accountancy at grade XI IPS 2 student of SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta by applying peer lesson strategy with snake and ladder media.This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research conducted in two cycles with each cycle consist of planning, performing action, doing observation, and reflecting. The subject of this research are the students of grade XI IPS 2 student of SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta that consist of 32 students. The data source from student, teacher and document. The data collected by doing observating, test, documentation and interview. The validity of the data used triangulation data source and triangulation method. The data analyzed by using descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The research prosedure used spiral model which is interconnected. The result of the research showed that by applying peer lessons strategy with snake and ladder media can improve the activeness and learning result of accountancy. The improvement happened in first cycle, eventhough it is not optimal yet. The performing of second cycle made both of teacher?s skill and students? activeness get very good qualification and students? learning result reach very high qualification.   Keyword: peer lessons, snake and ladder games, activeness, learning result.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri Jumapolo tahun ajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa SMA Negeri Jumapolo. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Data perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar diperoleh dengan metode angket. Data prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi. Uji coba dilakukan pada 30 siswa SMA Negeri Jumapolo diluar sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil simpulan, (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri Jumapolo. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri Jumapolo. (3) Terdapat pengaruh perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa SMA Negeri Jumapolo.   Kata Kunci: Perhatian Orang Tua, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar Siswa ABSTRACT This research was conducted at State Senior Secondary School of Jumapolo in Academic Year 2012/2013. Try out were done to 30 students of the school excluding the samples. The data of the research were gathered the multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the parental attention on the learning achievement of the students of State Senior Secondary School of Jumapolo. (2) there is a significant effect of the learning motivation on the learning achievement of the students of State Senior Secondary School of Jumapolo. (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of the parental attention and the learning motivation on the learning achievement of the students of State Senior Secondary School of Jumapolo. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan persepsi peluang kerja di bidang akuntansi dengan minat berwirausaha siswa SMK. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. Sampel adalah sejumlah populasinya karena merupakan penelitian populasi yaitu 76 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes dan angket. Uji coba dilakukan pada 30 siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK PGRI Sukoharjo. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik korelasi product momen dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha, (2) terdapat hubungan negatif dan tidak signifikan antara persepsi peluang kerja di bidang akuntansi dengan minat berwirausaha, (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengetahuan kewirausahaan dengan minat berwirausaha serta terdapat hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara persepsi peluang kerja di bidang akuntansi dengan minat berwirausaha. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa dibanding persepsi peluang kerja di bidang akuntansi. Kata Kunci: Minat Berwirausaha ABSTRACT The objectives of the research are to investigate the correlation between the entrepreneurship knowledge and the perception on employment opportunity in accounting field to the entrepreneurship interest. This research used the descriptive quantitative correlational research method. The population of the research was the students in Grade XII of Accounting Department of State Vocational High School 1 of Sukoharjo as many as 76 students. The samples of the research were 76 respondents, and were taken by using the total sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through test and questionnaire. Try out were done to 30 students in Grade XII of Accounting Department of State Vocational High School PGRI of Sukoharjo. The proposed hypotheses of the research were tested by using the product moment correlation and regression techniques of analyses. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between the entrepreneurship knowledge and the entrepreneurship interest, (2) there is a negative and insignificant correlation between the perception on employment opportunity in accounting field and the entrepreneurship interest, and (3) there is a positive and significant correlation of the entrepreneurship knowledge and there is a negative and significant correlation of the perception on employment opportunity in accounting field to the entrepreneurship interest. The entrepreneurship knowledge has a higher effect on the entrepreneurship interest than the perception on employment opportunity in accounting field. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Interest

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar akuntansi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran NHT siswa kelas XI IPS di sebuah SMA Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2 di sebuah SMA Surakarta yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran NHT dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS di sebuah SMA Surakarta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator sebagai berikut: (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together pada indikator motivasi belajar siswa mengalami kenaikan sebesar 12,50% yang mulanya 68,43% pada siklus I menjadi 80,93% pada siklus II, (2) indikator keaktifan siswa dalam bertanya mengalami peningkatan dari 43,75% pada siklus I menjadi 71,87% pada siklus II, (3) indikator keaktifan siswa dalam diskusi mengalami peningkatan dari 43,75% pada siklus I menjadi 75% pada siklus II, dan (4) prestasi belajar menunjukkan peningkatan ketuntasan dari 62,50% pada siklus I menjadi 82,25% pada siklus II. kata kunci: numbered head together, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar   ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to improve the learning motivation and the learning achievement in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of Senior Secondary School of Surakarta in Academic Year 2012/2013. The research used the classroom action research. The subject of the research were the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 2 of a Senior Secondary School of Surakarta as many as 32 students. The results of the research show that the application of the learning model of NHT can improve the learning motivation and the learning achievement in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 2 of a Senior Secondary School of Surakarta. This is indicated by several indicators as follows: 1) There is an increase of 12.50% in the learning motivation of the students. The percentage of their learning motivation is 68.43% in Cycle I, and it becomes 80.93% in Cycle II. 2) There is an increase in the activeness of the students to raise questions. The percentage of their activeness to raise questions is 43.75% in Cycle I, and it becomes 71.87% in Cycle II. 3) There is an increase in the activeness of the students in discussion. The percentage of their activeness in discussion is 43.75% in Cycle I, and it becomes 75% in Cycle II. 4) There is an increase in the classical learning completeness of the students as indicated by their learning achievement. The number of the students to complete their classical learning is (62.50%) in Cycle I, and it becomes (82.25%) in Cycle II. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat berwirausaha dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret yang telah menempuh mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Teknik Proporsional Random Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengukur minat berwirausaha dengan menggunakan rumus Ajzen, sedangkan untuk mencari faktor yang memengaruhi minat berwirausaha menggunakan analisis faktor yang disebut Exploratory Factor Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha tergolong pada kategori tinggi yaitu (1) sebanyak 96%, sisanya tergolong minat sedang untuk berwirausaha. (2) Faktor yang memengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha antara lain (a) efikasi diri, (b) kebebasan bekerja, (c) visioner, (d) keahlian, (e) ketersediaan modal dan lingkungan sosial, (f) kontekstual, dan (g) persepsi terhadap figur wirausahawan. Kata kunci: minat berwirausaha, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat berwirausaha ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to investigate the entrepreneurship interest and factors affecting the entrepreneurship interest of the students of the Study Program of Economics Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University. This research used the descriptive quantitative research method. The population of the research was the students of the Study Program of Economics Education, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sebelas Maret University who already attempted the Entrepreneurship course. The samples of the research were taken by using the proportionate random sampling technique. The samples consisted of 100 students. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data of the research on the measurement of the entrepreneurship interest were analyzed by using Ajzen formula, and those on the factors affecting the entrepreneurship interest were analyzed by using analysis of factors, called Exploratory Factor Analysis. The results of the research show that (1) 96% of the students have a high entrepreneurship interest, and the rest 4% have a medium entrepreneurship interest; and (2) the factors affecting their entrepreneurship interest are: a) self-efficacy, b) employment freedom, c) visionary, d) expertise, e) capital availability and social environment, f) contextual, and g) perception on entrepreneurship figures. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Surakarta dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 413 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 karyawan diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas data menggunakan formula korelasi product moment dari pearson dan cronbach?s alpha. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis bivariat (korelasi product moment pearson dan analisis regresi linier sederhana) dan analisis multivariat (analisis regresi linier berganda).Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil simpulan, (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Surakarta, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Surakarta, dan (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Surakarta.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, motivasi Kerja, dan kinerjaABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to investigate the effect of the work compensation and work motivation on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company of Surakarta. This research used the descriptive quantitative method. It was conducted at the Regional Water Company of Surakarta. The population of the research was 413 employees of the company. The samples of the research consisted of 41 employees. The samples were taken by using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation. The validity and reliability of the data were tested by using Pearson?s product moment formula and Cronbach?s alpha formula respectively. They were then analyzed by using bivariate analysis technique (Pearson?s product moment correlation, and simple linear regression analysis) and multivariate analysis technique (multiple linear regression analysis).The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the work compensation on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company of Surakarta; (2) there is a significant effect of the work motivation on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company of Surakarta; and (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of the work compensation and work motivation on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company of Surakarta.Keywords: Work compensation, work motivation, and work performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran ATI siswa kelas XI IPS di sebuah SMA Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 5 di sebuah SMA Surakarta yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran ATI dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS di sebuah SMA Surakarta. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa yaitu; kemampuan afektif siklus I mencapai 60,92% dan siklus II 76,59%, kemampuan psikomotorik siklus I 72,41% menjadi 86,90% pada sikus II dan kemampuan kognitif siswa pada pra tindakan 37,93% menjadi 55,17%  pada siklus I dan siklus II menjadi 79,31%.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Aptitude Treatment Interaction ABSTRACT The objectives of this research are to improve the learning achievement in Accounting through the application of the learning model of ATI of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program of a Senior Secondary School of Surakarta in Academic Year 2012/2013. The research used the classroom action research. The subject of the research were the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 5 of a Senior Secondary School of Surakarta as many as 29 students. The results of the research show that the application of the learning model of ATI can improve the learning achievement in Accounting of the students in Grade XI of Social Science Program 5 of a Senior Secondary School of Surakarta. It is indicated by the improvement of the learning achievement. Firstly, the affective ability of the students improves significantly from 60.92% in Cycle I to 76.59% in Cycle II. Secondly, the psychomotor ability of the students improves from 72.41% in Cycle I to 86.90% in Cycle II. Thirdly, the cognitive ability of the students improves from 37.93% prior to the treatment, and it becomes 55.17% in Cycle I and 79.31% in Cycle II.   Keyword: Aptitude Treatment Interaction
