Abstract

ABSTRACT Naval operational readiness is readiness in building operational readiness for naval defense through budget fulfillment, utilization of existing resources, procurement and naval modernization by paying attention to Life Cycle Cost, and interoperability while still paying attention to paradigm shifts in naval capability.Combat readiness is the condition of the Indonesian Navy's defense equipment and its constituent units, resources and personnel, weapon systems and other military technology equipment in a condition that is ready to carry out military operations in an unspecified time, or function consistent with the purpose for which the defense equipment is organized or designed. , the management of resources and training personnel in preparation for combat in the face of the threat of modern warfare in a state of constant combat readiness. At this time, training in Anti-Submarine Warfare conducted by Indonesian Navy’s Helicopter is still limited to carrying out flight procedures, communication procedures with the KRI and the command line, because Helicopters have sensors, weapons and command that need to be upgraded and The personnel also have underwater warfare capabilities that need to be upgraded, so there needs to be an increase in the capability of the helicopter and human resources. Technometry will be used to calculate the Heli's current readiness level. Keywords: Operational readiness, Technometic.

Abstract

The Marine Corps Training Command or (Kolatmar) has the main task of carrying out plans and programs for building the capability of the training commands in the Marine Corps. The current problem is that the distance from the marine corps student education center in AAL, KODIKLATAL and PASMAR 2 soldiers in Surabaya is too faraway from Puslatpur in the Situbondo and Banyuwangi areas. The method used in conducting this research was a combination of SWOT Analysis with Analytical Hierarchy Process (ANP). IFE research calculation results were 3.29 while the EFE was 3.08, thus Putlatpur was placed in quadrant II in IE Matrix, the results of weighting strategy were by improving public facilities and supporting facilities of Puslatpur and Puslatpur organizations with support from the central government in increasing the ability of national defense (0.368707), fiscal increase of Indonesian Navy for the development of Puslatpur with support from the central government in enhancing the capability of national defense (0.179934), optimizing Puslatpur coastal's oceanography and logistical support for combat training with ANP processing (with a score of 0.104935), strengthening the legality of Puslatpur locations to avoid socio-cultural impacts in the surrounding community (0.072567), and reducing the socio-cultural impact of the community around the puslatpur with the Navy's strategic policy (0.029992). Abstract

Study This is motivated by the holding of the Mechanical engineering corps Taruna training, which is less than optimal because space is not used optimally in the Sapudi Building Engine Simulator. The main objective in determining this strategy is to be able to maximize the available space in the Engine Simulator at the Sapudi Building. The research challenge is to determine the right strategy to optimize the engine simulator room in the Sapudi building to support the Mechanical engineering corps cadets. This research is quantitative and conducted by collecting respondents using a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses SWOT analysis. The first step is to create an IFAS and EFAS matrix with weights and determine the total score for the IFAS and EFAS variables. The second step is to develop strategies: SO, WO, ST, and WT. Further research shows that the advantages of the engine simulator room of Gedung Sapudi are designed like the KRI Sigma class. The drawback is that the Engine Simulator equipment included in the MCR (Machine Control Room) simulator is not yet mature in terms of quality and quantity. The results of this study are in the third quadrant, this condition is by minimizing existing internal problems and by maximizing existing opportunities through a review strategy to create something new. Keywords: SWOT Analysis, Engine Simulator, Borda Method
