Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that classified by their size, typically based on factors such as the number of employees, annual revenue, and total assets. They play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, contributing to job creation, innovation, and local development. Several mechanisms that can be used to help advance the sustainability of MSMEs are through information systmes technology such as digital marketing and management. One of the MSMEs businesses owners that exist in Indonesia is Metasgoni. Metasgoni was established in 2011, at Cipayung Girang Village, Bogor–Indonesia. Metasgoni faces several challenges, especially in the management aspect, where Metasgoni's bookkeeping services is still done manually and does not yet have a website for digital marketing needs, which is an important area for further development. The Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kesatuan Comnunity Service activity action is to optimize Metasgoni digital marketing and management so that Metasgoni can improve sustainable development as a whole.

Abstract

Koperasi Wanita Patra Balongan Indramayu merupakan koperasi yang beranggotakan istri pegawai pertamina Balongan Indramayu yang memiliki 6 unit usaha di bidang Ekonomi dengan laporan keuangannya merupakan tanggung jawab manajer unit usaha. Bidang usaha Catering, Dining, Nursery, extrafooding, patramart, dan ekonomi sendiri. Dengan unit usaha yang lebih dari satu diperlukan konsolidasi / kompilasi laporan keuangan  yang dipertanggungjawabkan secara central. Dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh seorang lulusan dari manajemen,  maka seringkali timbul permasalahan menjelang Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT), yaitu kompilasi laporan keuangan yang manual. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan Pelatihan Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan dilakukan oleh penulis untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, khususnya  Laporan Perhitungan SHU dan Laporan Posisi Keuangan (neraca) yang telah dikompilasi. Kegiatan pendampingan tersebut dimulai dengan observasi catatan dan informasi dari bendahara dan staf administrasi. Catatan tersebut menjadi dasar dalam pendampingan yang disampaikan. Luaran dari pendampingan ini adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi pengurus koperasi sehingga mereka nantinya mampu membuat dan memahami  laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan khususnya perhitungan sisa hasil usaha dan laporan posisi keuangan (neraca).  Kedepan, mereka mampu mengontrol dan memperbaiki laporan keuangan jika terdapat kekeliruan. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in strengthening Indonesia’s economy, as nearly 99% of all business entities originate from this sector. In terms of contribution, MSMEs account for 60.5% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and provide 96.9% of employment opportunities nationwide. Despite their significant role, this sector continues to face challenges in business management. Similar conditions are experienced by Ega Sari Home Industry, which encounters three key issues: organizational governance, resource management, and marketing strategy. To address these challenges, the IBIK Community Service Team designed several solution programs, including: 1) training and mentoring in the formulation of organizational management policies, 2) simulation and guidance in preparing financial reports using Excel, 3) entrepreneurship training and marketing strategy development, and 4) marketing assistance through technology-based practices such as product label design, packaging improvement, and social media optimization. These programs were implemented through a community service method that involved mentoring from production processes to marketing assistance. This initiative is expected to raise MSME awareness in product innovation, packaging, and digital marketing, thereby enhancing competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sharia compliance as proxied by profit sharing ratio, islamic income ratio, and zakat performance ratio, sharia supervisory board, and audit commitee on financial performance (Empirical Study on Islamic Commercial Banks Registered with the Financial Authority (OJK) for the 2017 – 2020 period). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The type of data used is secondary data and the total sample used in this study is 8 Islamic Commercial Banksare used as samples. Statistical analysis in this study used multipled linier regression. The result of this study indicate that, Sharia Compliance as a proxied by Profit Sharing Ratio has no effect on Financial Performance, Islamic Income Ratio has no effect on Financial Performance, Zakat Performance Ratio has negative effect on Financial Performance. Sharia Supervisory Board has no effect on Financial Performance. Audit Commitee has no effect on Financial Performance. Sharia Compliance, Sharia Supervisory Board, and Audit Commiteeno effect the Financial Performance.

Abstract

This Study was conducted with the aim of knowing the suitability of the Implementation of the Qardh and Ijarah contracts on gold pawn transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia Cilacap Branch Office with indicators of Fatwa of DSN MUI No. 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 and Fatwa of DSN MUI No. 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. This Research method users descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data byobservation and interviews. The Result of this study indicate that the implementation of Qardh and Ijarah on gold pawn transactions at Bank Syariah Indonesia Cilacap Branch Office is in accordance with the Fatwa of DSN MUI No. 19/DSN-MUI/IV/2001 and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Audit Opinion, Auditor Change and Audit Committee Expertise on Audit Delay, in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020 period. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the website www.idx.com. The sample in this study were LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that Audit Opinion has an effect on Audit Delay, while Auditor Change and Audit Committee Expertise have no effect on Audit Delay
