Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by the administration in making payment PMB registration, re-registration and payment of tuition payment per month is still done manually so that the schools often miss evidence of payment has been recorded. Then in making a payment summary report can be spent primarily to determine a decision as anyone who has not made a payment. The solution provided is creating and designing applications operating expenses based education website,because it can minimize recording errors and report transactions that may occur if done manually. Based on the trial results indicate that these applications can be overcome and reduce the problems that occur in the process of education operating expenses. In addition, the application also allows the administration when where a student is late to pay spp system will automatically send SMS notifications to parents in the form of a guardian. Keywords: Payments, Operating Expenses of Education, PG-TK Al-Olive Waru Sidoarjo

Abstract

CV Delta Raya is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of indoor type furniture, both for home and office purposes. CV Delta Raya has several problems, including investments that do not support business objectives, lack of control over meeting IS / IT needs, never do IS / IT planning for the future, and do not have good information management. With the current problems that exist, CV Delta Raya needs to carry out System and Information Technology Strategic Planning. System and Information Technology strategic planning will be based on the Ward and Peppard method, in the process it will do planning based on business needs, which will produce the company's business strategy, Business IS Strategies that produce SI solutions for the company's business strategy, IS / IT Management Strategies to form resources that competent in carrying out strategic planning projects, IT Strategy that produces infrastructure and platforms so that business solutions can run optimally and Future Application Portfolios that will be a reference in future Information Systems and Technology development so that information systems and technology can improve processing company information and provide better service for company partners.

Abstract

One of the information technology services available at Dinamika University is the Academic Information System or better known as SICYCA (Cyber Campus Information System). Sicyca is an academic information system application that provides student academic information. Sicyca has 2 (two) versions of the application, namely the web version and the Mobile version. Based on the results of a questionnaire involving Dinamika University students, problems were found in the Sicyca Mobile application. Based on the evaluation of the initial design using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), the initial design of the Sicyca Mobile application has an average of 0.05 and is included in the "bad" criteria so that design improvements are needed. To fix display problems in the Sicyca Mobile application, the solution given is to analyze and develop the user interface design on the Sicyca Mobile application using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. Modification of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method used to develop the design development. The result of this research is the design of 18 user interfaces based on the UCD method, the UI Style Guide as a design guideline. The results of the design evaluation using the UEQ modification concluded that the overall average (average) had increased from 0.05 to 1.3, and indicated that the UEQ aspect had increased and entered the "above average" criteria, which means that the design user interface created can solve the problems that exist in the Sicyca Mobile application.

Abstract

Dinamika university  is one of the private campuses in Surabaya that has implemented a attendance management system with attendance recording tool that can be used with biometric validation of faces and fingerprints. The review recording tools available today take a long time for data integration between the tool and the Dinamika university attendance management system, besides the intergration process is not done in real time. The number of tools used is not proportional to the number of employees, causing queues of employees when conducting a review. This final task provides a attendance application development solution that combines two methods namely local binary pattern histograms as biometric validation of face matching and geofencing as validation of restrictions on employee's perspective area, the two methods will be applied to mobile-based applications to overcome queues and record reviews in real time with the Dinamika university attendance management system. The results of the trial of all functional using black box testing showed 100% results. Based on the results of the test, it can be concluded that the local binary pattern histograms and geofencing based on the overall function has been running well.

Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center (PDC) is a company engaged in the field of public health service, particularly in the field of laboratory. PDC using technology that is integrated and centralized called Parahita Information System (PARIS) for running and supporting existing business processes. Implementation of the (PARIS) has some problems: frequent occurrence of malicious code attacks, misuse by unauthorized parties, and lack of maintenance on the system. Existing obstacles which lead to some risk of data loss, misuse of data and information, failures in data processing and the performance of the system becomes impaired. In order to determine the cause of problems that may occur, PDC need to conduct a Information System Security Audit using the standard ISO 27002: 2005 as the best security. This audit process using ISACA developed stage and calculations of maturity model using CMMI. The scope used is clause 10, clause 12, clause 13, clause 14 and clause 15 which is adapted to the problem. The results obtained from the information system security audit is the level of maturity of 3,11 that is defined. It shows that most of the information systems security process already have rules and conducted on a regular basis. This research also produced recommendations which are used to improve the process of information systems owned by the PDC.

Abstract

Abstract: Telkomvision is a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia which engaged business on pre-paid TV subscription and has some branch office called RO. At this time the size of sales performance measurement is shown by using table which is difficult to read and couldn’t see more detail number of subscriber achievement to general manager so that when it is forwarded to the subordinates there could have been errors. Problems on Telkomvision RO Bali Nusra can be handled by visualization information sales achievement of pay TV using dashboard system. Dashboard can give an easy look to general manager nor sales manager regarding company condition so that can help them to make a decision. Based on application trial using customer data, sales achievement information could be shown more simple and suitable with key performance indicator. The result shows that information visualization which made can help Telkomvision RO Bali Nusra on performance monitoring and making decision to achieve sales target.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning writing letters arab media in general use book “Lembar kegiatan Belajar” (LKB), in the form of a pattern of dots forming letters in arabic but sometimes in LKB there is not tutorial of how to write letters arab. Book tended  to be informative and one direction. Interactive learning can be applied to one of them on android. It can replace the learning that is assessed to be inadequate to write basic Arabic letters.Applications write arabic letters android-based learning is an option to replace the media book, because there are some features that the introduction of the Arabic alphabet in the form of motion pictures that provide info manner of writing the Arabic alphabet and features a user exercises in writing the Arabic alphabet then the system will give you the info is true or false. Matching gestures using $N. Methods $N will perform template matching gestures or point coordinates are specified by the user writing input. In addition, there is a quiz. Applications written with the Arabic alphabet gestures technologies built to show the procedure of writing the Arabic alphabet with animated motion picture in accordance with the rules. This application can also interact with humans, because applications can provide value information from the user to exercise.

Abstract

Jemursari Islamic Hospital has a hospital management information system (SIMRS) in 2013 until now. Inpatient installation information system is a system of admission, hospitalization to hospital. It will be slow, from the beginning of SIMRS implementation until now there are still problems found in the implementation of SIMRS. The problem is the service process that still exists a few stages long, inpatient services in the way available still requires more than 15 minutes have been using information systems, incompatibility of inpatient data with the system, mismatch manual manual report on the system and the nonconformity of the class ordered by the patient with the initial order and the patient's information about the medical record.            Therefore, to overcome the problem above the solution is to conduct an information system audit at Jemursari Islamic Hospital of Surabaya by using COBIT 4.1 method. COBIT 4.1  method there are 4 stages of planning, preparation, implementation and reporting audit. Four stages produce a solution of a hospital management information system (SIMRS) and results for this information. The final value of the information system is 3.91 which has a manageable and scalable meaning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop an application of guidance and counseling form twelfth grade senior high scholl students. The method that use in this research is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall mode that have 5 steps that is requirement, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is an application of guidance and counseling that can handle the process of career determination and career guidance for twelfth grade and also can give reports from that two process. The conclusion of this research is the application have been create can handle career determination for the twelfth grade student and career guidance. For futher development, suggested made mobile application for android and IOS that allows users to acces application everywhere and everytime.

Abstract

PT. Gresik Cipta Sejahtera (PT. GCS) is a company with a core business field of trade of fertilizers and chemicals in the environment PKG Group subsidiary. PT. GCS has implemented information technology such as enterprise accounting system (SAE), which has been operating for the last 1 year. As for problems that occur during the operation of SAE, namely: 1. Confidentiality error posting sales transactions that are not according to plan, 2. Integrity integrity of property, especially in IT and financial statements did not balance, and 3. Availability of information provision delay budgeting.To determine the level of security SAE ongoing, so do security audits SAE PT. GCS Based on ISO Standard 27002: 2005. The scope of the audit used are: 1. Clause 7 (Asset Management), 2. Clause 8 (Security Human Resources), 3. Clause 9 (Physical Security and Environment), and 4. Clause 11 (Access Control).The value of the maturity level of security aspects confidentiality obtained was 2:53 while the security aspects of integrity and availability are included in the category of managed 2.78, which means most of the process is planned and implemented with limited documentation. The resulting recommendations are making policy and complements the information security procedures to reduce information security risks and improve information security SAE PT. GCS.Keywords: Audit, Information Security, ISO 27002:2005, level of maturity.
