Abstract

Abstract: Learning writing letters arab media in general use book “Lembar kegiatan Belajar” (LKB), in the form of a pattern of dots forming letters in arabic but sometimes in LKB there is not tutorial of how to write letters arab. Book tended  to be informative and one direction. Interactive learning can be applied to one of them on android. It can replace the learning that is assessed to be inadequate to write basic Arabic letters.Applications write arabic letters android-based learning is an option to replace the media book, because there are some features that the introduction of the Arabic alphabet in the form of motion pictures that provide info manner of writing the Arabic alphabet and features a user exercises in writing the Arabic alphabet then the system will give you the info is true or false. Matching gestures using $N. Methods $N will perform template matching gestures or point coordinates are specified by the user writing input. In addition, there is a quiz. Applications written with the Arabic alphabet gestures technologies built to show the procedure of writing the Arabic alphabet with animated motion picture in accordance with the rules. This application can also interact with humans, because applications can provide value information from the user to exercise.

Abstract

CV . Azaria is a company engaged in manufacturing , which produce furniture products. Production will be carried out if the customer has sufficient orders to be produced . Production model that is currently done is to work on orders received will first be produced in advance. Production models like this will cause problems when the number of orders a lot . This will cause the production time becomes longer , causing delays in the completion of the order.Selection of appropriate models of production in accordance with the objectives to be important . Therefore we need a media that can provide optimal production models . Because the machines are owned by the work center , then the priority rules can be applied to the production model selection.By using the model of production appropriate to the purpose or parameters to be achieved then the problem of delays can be minimized. The use of priority rules in production scheduling to optimize production activities on the CV. Azaria.

Abstract

PT. Gresik Cipta Sejahtera (PT. GCS) is a company with a core business field of trade of fertilizers and chemicals in the environment PKG Group subsidiary. PT. GCS has implemented information technology such as enterprise accounting system (SAE), which has been operating for the last 1 year. As for problems that occur during the operation of SAE, namely: 1. Confidentiality error posting sales transactions that are not according to plan, 2. Integrity integrity of property, especially in IT and financial statements did not balance, and 3. Availability of information provision delay budgeting.To determine the level of security SAE ongoing, so do security audits SAE PT. GCS Based on ISO Standard 27002: 2005. The scope of the audit used are: 1. Clause 7 (Asset Management), 2. Clause 8 (Security Human Resources), 3. Clause 9 (Physical Security and Environment), and 4. Clause 11 (Access Control).The value of the maturity level of security aspects confidentiality obtained was 2:53 while the security aspects of integrity and availability are included in the category of managed 2.78, which means most of the process is planned and implemented with limited documentation. The resulting recommendations are making policy and complements the information security procedures to reduce information security risks and improve information security SAE PT. GCS.Keywords: Audit, Information Security, ISO 27002:2005, level of maturity.

Abstract

The main business process at PT Timur Jaya Panel are buying, selling, and marketing production goods. The problems faced by this company is the production, selling, buying, and marketing section are not integrated so redundancy of data and lost of linkage between information resourced caused by data spread is happened. The usage of different applocation causing data has to be included back to the main application. The other problem is that there’s no IT development direction so the company can’t difference between desires and needs. All of this caused by no IT strategic planning since 2008. Today this company needs IT strategic planning so the business strategy can be aligned with synchronizing company’s goals and IT goals. The IT strategic planning will give IT development direction for the next 3 years. The planning is designed by Anita Cassidy’s steps. The framework will include 4 steps which is visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendation. The results expected from this project is that this project will give IT direction for the next 3 years. The result will be realized with making IT direction so that the IT goals will be aligned with company’s business strategy by synchronizing company’s goals with IT goals.

Abstract

Ridho Rizki Employees Cooperative a credit union that aims to provide storage services and lending capital to the surrounding community Karangmojo village. Areas of the business process scope Employees Cooperative Ridho Rizki is, cash loans, savings, compulsory savings and voluntary savings. In the process of lending cash, a cooperative judge of eligibility or the total penalty payment history, amount of loan, collateral value, and the value of their business, then if deemed appropriate by the owner of the loan will be realized. However, problems that occur in the cooperative over the years is the presence of the owners are not there so that the loan application is in the cooperative accumulate and can not be realized by the owner. Besides the problem that also occurred in the cooperative is the assessment of any owner in realizing loans are subjective, resulting in some customers in arrears installment payments already overdue. Resolve the issue then be made an eligibility determination decision support system that is able to replace the loan customers of the assessment process owners and provide a precise calculation in assessing the feasibility of loan customers. Methods which can support the decision are Fuzzy logic, because the data and installment payments on the cooperative nature of non-linear so that it can be modeled and calculated exactly.

Abstract

School of Economics PERBANAS Surabaya (STIE PERBANAS) is an Educational Institution in the field of Business and Banking. To support its development, use of information technology such as the Website is needed aimed at information and communication media. However, there are websites that haven’t be able to improve the ranking based on the number of visitors. Based on data from a website that presents the rank of the number of visitors, until the month of November 2015 global ranking of the website to be at 640 097 in the rankings while Indonesia is at 16,082. This study was to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of the website and user satisfaction (students). From questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 75 respondents. Data from the questionnaire testing the variables with the validity and reliability. The next test and test data normality assumption as a condition for the implementation of the next step, regression linear analysis. Based the test results it was concluded that the variable quality of use is not positive and significant impact. While the information of quality and the quality of the interaction of positive and significant impact on user satisfaction (students).

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one part in the Institute of Business and Information Stikom Surabaya (Surabaya Stikom), PPTI an important role in ensuring the course of Systems and Information Technology (STI) for each civitas. Conditions in the PPTI currently do not have users demand patterns of IT services, so thats make PPTI can not understand and know the effect of user demand on services and availability of service capacity to meet that demand. Solutions to these problems, it needs to be planning IT services for needs of Demand Management for IT Services, this process has the objective to anticipate and influence the demand for IT services in PPTI. Plan of Demand Management for IT Service Management, we conducted research with reference to the standard Service Strategy in the framework of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library V.3 (ITIL), especially on Service Strategy which is used as a foundation to support the development process. outcome of the Demand Management for IT Service is create documents Patterns of Business Activity (PBA), User Profile (UP), standards and procedures, and policies Demand Management. The document can function in the process of sorting and managing user requests the service properly and according to the needs, service levels and asset services.

Abstract

Skin disease is a type of diseases that frequently infects pets especially cat. Cat that is infected the skin diseases, may initially looked fine. Based on interview with veterinarian who specializes in dogs and cats diseases, skin evaluation to the pets are considered to be very important. In some cases where skin diseases are not handled properly, it result in severe illness to the pets. Mostly veterinaries open up their practice only in big cities. Therefore most of the time, the cat owners are lazy to give proper treatment against the skin diseases that are suffered by their cats. Based on the problem above, it is neccessary to build an expert system that is able to support clinic and cat owners to diagnose the skin diseases of their pets. The certainty factor expert system will be used to detect every symptom that is suffered by cats. The new system will generate diagnosis of skin diseases for cats. The experiment results of this expert system indicate that the system is able to identify 91.6% accuracy of the type skin diseases. The result is obtained by the examination of 12 cats that suffer skin diseases in Moii Pet Care veterinary clinic.

Abstract

Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya is a company which focuses on medical service. This hospital uses Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) to undergo its business processes. There are obstacles during the implementation of HMIS including: frequent of information leak, the defect of information tools, and the low awareness of information security among the employees. It causes the emerge of some risk such as information misuses, privileges misuse by the unconcerned employees, failure in data processing, even cybercrime or data theft that causes data lost. To overcome those problems, Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya performs information system security audit using ISO 27002:2005 as the best practice in information security. The steps are taken from ISACA steps. The scopes which are checked based on the problems are Human Resource Security, Physical and Environmental Security, Information System Access Control and Acquisition, Development and Maintenance. The management information system security audit produces maturity level 3,47 which is in defined category. It shows that most of information system security processes already have rules and routinely implemented. This research also produce a recommendation to improve the processes of HMIS in Jemursari Islamic Hospital Surabaya.

Abstract

Computer Laboratory (Labkom) STMIK STIKOM Surabaya supported by the infrastructure of Information Technology (IT) for running the business process services Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT). IT infrastructure can’t be separated of an event, such as the reduced capacity of the hard disk server, weakened network speed, decreased of computer performances, and other events. The problem faced Labkom is didn't have event management, so the impact on the delivery of IS/IT services because they still find the user can’t access the website practicum, can’t upload the result of practicum, some softwares can’t run well, and another impacts. Based on these problems need an Event Management then organized and managed so as to produce the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This Event Management used by Labkom to prevent the impact of the event so that IS/IT services can be delivered. The SOP design refers to the Policy of Services IS/IT Labkom and ITIL V3 Service Operation phase, particularly on Event Management process. The results of this research are five SOP, eight Work Instructions, nine Work Records which serves to manage events, and Event Management Guide which used as a reference in improving service of Labkom.
