Abstract

Information system development conducted at this time by the Marketing Division of Culture and Tourism of East Java is still based on the current needs and the absence of information systems planning for the future to support the business needs of the Marketing Division. The problems that appear a result it is the development of information systems becomes unfocused, not integrated of data management and impact on the big budget expenditures and continuing.To be able overcome the constraint, it is required System and Information Technology Planning can be give opinions on the needs for information systems in the future by the Marketing Division to support in achieving the vision and mission of the business. It is necessary so investing for Systems and Information Technology accordance with requirements and provide benefits can be measured by achievement of goals and objectives of the organization. Result of the research produces a document of strategic planning systems and information technology. Document of strategic planning systems and information technology that has been created contains three (3) business application projects, three (3) projects IT infrastructure, and 1 (one) 1 project manejemen SI / IT. Keywords : Strategic Planning Systems and Information Technology, application portfolio.

Abstract

In fulfilling orders for subscriptions , companies must improve performance in terms of planning. So far the problem in CV. Azaria Abadi Permai is planning needs raw materials and production is still in expected and done manually by the passage production planning inventory control. In this case often happens miscalculation planning raw needs an impact on exactly the number and availability of the raw materials that it production process.                    Solution proposed for the completion of the problems in the top is using methods Material Requirement Planning. This method aims to count the needs of raw materials and the arrival buy raw materials used the results of the evaluation of three lot sizing the technique, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, and Period Order Quantity.                    The result of this research is able to analyze method lot sizing namely, Lot for Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and then to choose the cost of inventori the most economical in each this method.

Abstract

Abstract: PT Pertamina (Persero) MOR V have responsibility to some areas, such as East Java, Bali, NTB, NTT, and East Timor. This company have been established information and system technology services. IT Marketing and Trading has responsibility for 6 information and system technology services. Maturity level for the last audit process were good enough, but there are problems that exists. The problem that happened in these services are lack of response to customer in respond to customer’s requests and lack of ERP and non-ERP services. Result from these problems is delays in management services called lack of services. The result is customer’s trust to IT M&T could be reduced due to this lack of service. Because of that this company needs to do continuous information and system technology audit that based on the 2014 audit which has been done by this company. Hopefully this audit can be used to know the cause from these complaint. This audit used COBIT 4.1 standard because control for problems existed in this company have been identified using COBIT 4.1 so this company can continue to implement and monitor the accepted main goal has been reached or not. Keywords: audit, system and information technology audit. Abstract

Parahita Diagnostic Center is a laboratorium company in  Dharmawangsa number 66 and 70 Surabaya. Parahita has applied infromation technology which integrated and centralized to increase the customer satisfaction and service quality that is called Parahita Information Systems (PARIS). However, the problem in the application of PARIS is no transaction data saving overall and some time difference result between the output and input in the application. So far, the root of the problem is unrecognized.                Information System Audit which refers to COBIT 4.1 audit standard is applied to overcome the problem. COBIT 4.1 audit applies ISACA audit steps. The steps are preparation, planning, implementation and report. The types of audit are financial and customer perspectives. The financial perspective consist of two aims of business, eight aims of TI and twenty processes of TI. The customer perspective consists of four aims of business, thirteen aims of TI and twenty three processes of TI.                The result of information system audit application has 3,63 in financial perspective. It can be called as Defined which means information system activities in the company as standard work procedures and communicate through formal activities. In addition, it is found the invention and reccomandation for improvement and development system.

Abstract

Abstract:PT Qta Travelindo Jaya Surabaya is a travel agency company that has been supported by the application, but the application that is not met expectations, for the development of applications based only on immediate needs with different platforms. This resulted in no integration of data between parts, occurs redundancy of data, not optimal application usage, budget development of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) is not controlled, and the disjointed IS/IT with business objectives.In order to overcome the constraints mentioned above, it is necessary to Strategic Planning IS/IT. In drawing up the Strategic Planning IS/IT used method of Ward & Peppard so that IS/IT can be aligned with its business strategy. In this method the synchronization between the company's objectives with the aim of IS/IT. Besides Ward & Peppard method, there is a method of analysis or ancillary aspects, as follows: Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT), Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Industrial Markets, Competitors, Political Regulations, and McFarlan.The results of the Strategic Planning in the form of IT/IS document. This document contains the Application Portfolio namely Sales Information System (Invoice), Mobile Web Application Airlines plane and hotel, and webstite Gotravelindo. Documentation is made for three (3) years of the coming period and will be used as a recommendation IS/IT development be focused, IS/IT strategy aligned with business strategy, and can determine the competence of the resources needed in the IS/IT Qta Travelindo PT Jaya Surabaya

Abstract

PT Goldfindo Intikayu Pratama is a company engaged in the production of furniture, such as furniture for household and office supplies. The company's main processes namely, marketing and sales, purchasing, and production. Problems faced by the company is the systems and information technology (SIT) that failed to implement because it can not help in running the business processes of the company, so it can not align business processes with existing SIT. The failure in the implementation of the SIT cause the company suffered losses in developing SIT. Efforts are needed to improve the situation is to make strategic planning SIT, it aims to be able to align the company's business processes with SIT. Therefore, this study uses the stage Anita Cassidy and using analytical methods such as value chain analysis, SWOT, Five Forces Model, Portfolio McFarlan, Owners Estimate that can help identify and analyze SIT that is consistent with the company's business. The results of this study in the strategic planning documents STI which includes 12 SIT projects, the total estimated cost of Rp 192 900 061 SIT, SIT portfolio, there are directives SIT developments and there is a SIT roadmap for the next 3 years starting from 2017 to 2019.

Abstract

Development and Application of Information Technology (PPTI) is one of most important business unit in Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Stikom Surabaya (Stikom Surabaya). PPTI take care all of the data and information that got in Stikom Surabaya, and given to the civitas using IT Services. In order to give services, there are several things that may occured and will disturb the IT Services. PPTI doesn’t have any tactic and strategy to take care of IT Services. So, PPTI need to formulation about strategy and tactic in order to know more about the IT Services. Using the Strategy Management of IT Services of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), PPTI could formulate anything about IT Services that they are need to give to the civitas and PPTI could know how to offer the IT Services to give satisfying results. This research will produce a document that consist of IT Services policy, Strategy to support IT Services, and IT Services that are given to the civitas.

Abstract

PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Tbk. Unit Sukomoro have applied information technology. When applied information technology occured several problem. There are no specific external audit of information security until now. This research is devoted to information security that include asset security procedurs, physical and environmental security procedures, information technology operational security procedure, and incident handling procedures in information security. This research uses Bank Indonesia regulation that is Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia nomor 9/30/DPNP on 12 December 2007 about Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Dalam Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi oleh Bank Umum. This result from research is recommendation based audit about information security. Recommendation from the research is useful to improve banking services to satisfy bank costumers.

Abstract

The result of the security audit information system , obtained a list of the findings and recommendations to reduce security risk information from evidence and findings that is to improve security the the information system to the revenue and regional financial management Of West Lombok.
