Abstract

Makalah ini membahas pembentukan diagram kendali simpangan baku (diagram kendali S) eksak untuk kasusproses berdistribusi normal dengan parameter σ diketahui. Diagram kendali S eksak tersebut dibandingkandengan diagram kendali S konvensional menggunakan ukuran Average Run Lenght (ARL). Diagram kendali Skonvensional terlalu sensitif terhadap perubahan yang kecil dari simpangan baku proses. Bahkan untuk kasustertentu, ketika proses sebenarnya dalam kendali, diagram kendali S konvensional menyimpulkan bahwa prosessudah di luar kendali.

Abstract

Dalam tulisan ini akan dijelaskan cara pembangkitan data acak dari distribusi normalmultivariat dengan menggunakan paket statistika Minitab. Prosedur dimulai dengan membangkitkandata dari beberapa variabel yang saling bebas masing-masing berdistribusi normal baku, kemudiantransformasikan kepada beberapa variabel baru, sehinggga variabel baru tersebut tranmultivariat.Kegunaan dari pembangkitan data ini adalah untuk memeriksa sifat-sifat statistik, sebagai alternatifjika pemeriksaan sifat-sifat statistik secara matematik cukup sulit dilakukan. Contoh penggunaandiberikan yaitu mengenai penentuan taraf nyata dan kuasa uji aktual untuk pengujian sebuahvektor parameter rata-rata dari distribusi normal bivariat.

Abstract

Analasis permukaan respon merupakan gabungan metode statistik dan matematik dalamrangka menentukan kondisi dari beberapa faktor yang mengoptimalkan respon. Perancanganpercobaan optimal dan analisis regresi merupakan metode statistik yang terlibat dalam analisis ini.Metode matematika yang terlibat adalah meliputi penentuan titik stationer. Walaupun secara teoriperilaku titik stationer dapat diturunkan, namun dari segi praktis tidaklah sederhana. Dalammakalah ini dibahas prosedur interaktif pencarian solusi dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel.Keuntungan dari pendekatan ini adalah mudah dilakukan, lagi pula spreadsheet Excel sangatpopuler bagi penguna personal komputer di Indonesia.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah yang terdiri dari dua sisi, yaitu jasmani dan rohani. Kedua sisi ini wajib dipenuhi kebutuhannya bagi setiap individu untuk mencapai keseimbangan hidup, tapi manusia kadang melupakan kebutuhan sisi rohani dan selalu memenuhi kebutuhan jasmaninya, sehingga terjadilah ketimpangan. Ketimpangan ini menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan dalam diri seseorang sehingga manusia tidak sadar bahwa dirinya sudah merasa sakit “sakit kejiwaan/mental”. Untuk mengenal dan memahami gejala itu semua, Alquran memberikan gambaran yang jelas bagaimana seseorang dihinggapi penyakit kejiwaan/mental dan Alquran juga memberikan solusi yang harus dijalani oleh setiap manusia untuk menyembuhkan penyakit mental.Pembacaan ayat-ayat Alquran juga berfungsi sebagai pencegahan dan perlindungan, yakni sebagai permohonan (do’a) agar senantiasa dapat terhindar dan terlindungi dari suatu akibat hadirnya musibah, bencana atau ujian yang berat. Yang mana hal itu dapat mengganggu kebutuhan dan eksistensi kejiwaan (mental). Karena dalam kehidupan nyata sehari-hari tidak sedikit orang menjadi stres, depresi dan frustasi, karena keimanan dalam dada tidak kokoh, mental sangat rapuh dan lingkungan jauh dari perlindungan Allah, dan dari orang-orang shalih.

Abstract

The Kaizen method, which originates from Japan, is known as a continuous approach to process improvement that emphasizes employee participation, reduced waste, and increased efficiency. This research aims to investigate the impact of applying the Kaizen Method in improving company quality and efficiency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research reveal that applying the Kaizen method in a company can significantly increase production efficiency and product quality in a sustainable manner. By focusing on waste reduction, operational standardization, employee training, and the use of quality tools such as Pareto charts, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC), companies are succeeding in identifying, analyzing, and addressing quality problems more effectively. Involving employees from various levels, including the design team, in the Kaizen process also has a positive impact on innovation in product design.

Abstract

Utilization of Supply Chain Management (MRP) has become a crucial strategy in increasing a company's competitive advantage in the era of globalization and increasingly fierce competition. This research digs deeper into how companies can utilize MRP effectively to achieve and maintain competitive advantage. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) has a significant positive impact on the company. Through effective supply chain management, companies can increase customer satisfaction, optimize production and distribution costs, and achieve targeted financial goals. Utilization of technology in SCM supports improved employee performance and ensures good involvement in the supply chain process. Apart from that, SCM not only acts as a logistics tool, but also as an effective marketing strategy to respond to market needs and build close relationships with consumers. Overall, the implementation of SCM provides opportunities for companies to grow sustainably and gain competitive advantage in a dynamic market.

Abstract

Indonesia, as one of the largest nickel producers in the world, has around 90% of nickel reserves spread across various regions, such as Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and North Maluku. Even though demand for nickel continues to increase, a severe problem that needs attention is the rate of work accidents in mining fields. Most heavy equipment accidents that occur are caused by operator negligence while operating. This negligence can occur when operators are in a hurry, make mistakes while using heavy equipment, or do not have proper work time management. This research aims to analyze the impact of 360-degree camera technology on excavator operators in nickel ore mines on work accident rates and operator workload. The case study was carried out at PT Rifky and Raisha Anursyah using the NASA-TLX method to measure workload. In contrast, the number of accidents that occurred to each operator within one month was used to measure work accidents. The 360 camera technology provides a comprehensive view of the work environment, allowing operators to monitor the surrounding area better and reduce blind spots. The research results show that applying this technology can reduce the risk of work accidents and increase the work efficiency of excavator operators. With better monitoring, operators can identify potential hazards earlier and reduce the risk of accidents. Workload evaluation using NASA-TLX shows a decrease in operator workload after implementing 360 camera technology. This research provides strategic recommendations for workload management and implementing safety technology in the mining industry.

Abstract

This study employs a sociometric analysis of Community Concern and Participation in Implementing the Lancang Kuning Nusantara Application for Forest and Land Fire Prevention in Toba Regency, Indonesia. With a sample of 401 respondents, the study aims to comprehensively understand social interactions and community engagement in this context. Results indicate that the perception score (X(i.1)) and participation score (X(i.2)) are high or significant, reflecting positive community awareness and active involvement in fire prevention activities. However, the acceptability score (X(i.3)) is low or insignificant, suggesting potential dissatisfaction or skepticism regarding the effectiveness or implementation of current programs. Furthermore, standard deviation analysis reveals that variability in respondent ratings is generally within control, with only 2 out of 15 testing points showing high standard deviation, while 13 are within acceptable limits. Nevertheless, the proportion of respondents who rate low (PRMR) exceeds the desired threshold of 10% across all variables, indicating that many respondents have low evaluations. These findings suggest a need for improved communication, education, and potential adjustments to enhance the acceptability and effectiveness of the fire prevention initiatives and the Lancang Kuning Nusantara System application.

Abstract

The primary objective of investment is to enhance wealth, satisfy future requirements and achieve prosperity through a frugal lifestyle. Stocks represent one of the most popular investment instruments. The capital market offers a range of stock indices, including the LQ45. The LQ45 index was selected due to its composition of leading stocks with high liquidity and favorable performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic factors, namely Inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates, on stock prices in the LQ45 index. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data obtained from the annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the years 2022 to 2023. The data used in this study are quantitative data obtained from secondary sources. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods, t-tests, and descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that Inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates exert a notable influence on stock prices within the LQ45 index.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digital transformation on industrial management and investigates the challenges and opportunities that arise with the adoption of digital technology. Through a qualitative approach, this research involves literature analysis regarding industrial players who have implemented digital transformation. The research results show that digital transformation in industrial management makes a significant contribution to increasing operational efficiency, product innovation and the organization's ability to compete in the global market. Despite being faced with challenges such as changing organizational culture, data security, and a lack of technology skills, organizations that successfully implement digital transformation gain benefits in increasing production efficiency, responding more quickly to market changes, and optimizing cross-border partnerships. This research provides a deeper understanding of the importance of digital transformation as a strategy to strengthen organizational competitiveness and continuity in an ever-changing industrial era.
