Abstract

Studi penulusuran adalah suatu deskriptif yang dilakukan secara berkesinambungan terhadap lulusan perguruan tinggi, mengenai berbagai data yang menyangkut diri lulusan, seperti Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), lama waktu studi, jenis pekerjaan, lama waktu mendapatkan pekerjaan dan gaji awal.  Studi penulusuran digunakan  sebagai sumber data yang berguna bagi pengembangan dan evaluasi kurikulum serta mengembangkan visi dan misi perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 alumni kelas regular Jurusan Psikologi Pendidikan dan Bimbingan (PPB) FIP IKIP PGRI Semarang selama periode 2006 – 2009, yang berdomisili di Jawa Tengah. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan multiple regression dan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara jenis pekerjaan, lama waktu mendapatkan pekerjaan dan gaji awal dengan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (r=0,492; p<0,01) dan terdapat korelasi antara jenis pekerjaan, lama waktu mendapatkan pekerjaan dan gaji awal dengan lama waktu studi (r=0.521; p<0.01).   Kata kunci: studi penelusuran, Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK), lama waktu studi, jenis pekerjaan, lama waktu mendapatkan pekerjaan dan gaji awal.

Abstract

Abstraks: Dalam mempersiapkan sumberdaya manusia yang mempunyai pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, pendidikan kejuruan mestinya harus mempunyai sasaran dan penekanan pada peserta didik secara jelas. Hal ini sesuai dengan hakikat dasar tingkah laku manusia dalam masyarakat bahwa keberhasilan kelompok masyarakat pada prinsipnya adalah merupakan akumulasi keberhasilan individu anggotanya. Pendidikan kejuruan merupakan pendidikan yang mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk bekerja dalam bidang tertentu. Pendidikan kejuruan berbeda dengan pendidikan umum yang mengutamakan perluasan pengetahuan dan peningkatan keterampilan peserta didik dengan pengkhususan yang diwujudkan pada tingkat-tingkat akhir masa pendidikan (Suryadi, 2002: 154). Pendidikan di SMK yang memfokuskan pada penguasaan pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap dan nilai-nilai yang dibutuhkan dunia kerja. Sehingga keberhasilan pendidikan di SMK bukan saja terletak pada penguasaan aspek kognitif tetapi juga pada kesussesan peserta didik harus pada “hands on” atau performa dalam dunia kerja. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang erat antara dunia kerja dengan kunci sukses SMK. Oleh sebabitu tujuan bimbingan dapat difokuskan pada pengoptimalan perkembangan peserta didik, upaya-upaya yang memungkinkan peserta didik lebih maju dalam mengusai tugas dan krisis peekembangan (mappiare, 2002: 67).   Kata-kata kunci: Implementasi Praktek Industri dan Bimbingan Karir

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Faktor kedisiplinan belajar siswa antara lain: Faktor internal adalah faktor yang ada dalam dirinya sendiri antara lain meliputi kesadaran diri, motivasi belajar, dan tidak mampu menyesuaikan diri dalam belajar. Sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah faktor dari luar yang meliputi faktor keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, teman sebaya dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau memaparkan fakta-fakta atau data-data yang diperoleh dari sumber data. Data-data tersebut bersifat kualitatif karena tidak berupa angka, tetapi berupa kalimat-kalimat atau pernyataan-pernyataan yang berasal dari hasil metode observasi dan wawancara. Data-data tersebut selanjutnya dianalisis atau diuraikan untuk menemukan faktor kedisiplinan belajar siswa siswa. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari subjek penelitian, menunjukan bahwa faktor kedisiplinan belajar siswa ada dua yaitu faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik. Faktor intrinsik yaitu faktor yang berasal dari dirinya sendiri yaitu siswa yang malas, malas untuk belajar, tidak pernah mengerjakan PR atau tugas, malas untuk mencatat dan membaca buku pelajaran,kurangnya kesadaran untuk belajar, belum terbiasa dengan disiplin belajar. Kedua adalah faktor ekstrinsik merupakan faktor yang berasal dari luar individu berupa lingkungan keluarga, orangtua yang tidak pernah memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang terhadap anak mengakibatkan anak menjadi tidak disiplin belajar, selain itu pendidikan orang tua juga mempengaruhi kedisiplinan belajar siswa, faktor lain adalah dari guru, guru yang galak dan cara mengajar yang membosankan menyebabkan siswa malas belajar, dan faktor terakhir yang mengakibatkan siswa tidak disiplin belajar karena faktor lingkungan seperti teman bergaul di rumah dan lingkungan sekolah.?Kata-kata kunci : Kedisiplinan Belajar, Siswa, Studi Kasus?AbstractThis research is motivated by the importance of student learning discipline. Factors of student learning discipline include: Internal factors are factors that exist in themselves include self-awareness, motivation to learn, and not being able to adjust to learning. While external factors are external factors which include family, school environment, peers and the community. This research uses a case study approach which is done by describing or describing facts or data obtained from data sources. The data is qualitative because it is not in the form of numbers, but in the form of sentences or statements derived from the results of observation and interview methods. These data are then analyzed or elaborated to find the factors of student learning discipline. Based on data obtained from research subjects, it shows that there are two factors for student learning discipline namely intrinsic factor and extrinsic factor. Intrinsic factor is a factor that originates from itself, namely students who are lazy, lazy to learn, never do homework or assignments, lazy to take notes and read textbooks, lack of awareness to learn, not accustomed to the discipline of learning. Second is the extrinsic factor is a factor that comes from outside the individual in the form of a family environment, parents who never give attention and affection towards children cause children to become undisciplined in learning, in addition to that parental education also affects student learning discipline, other factors are from the teacher, teachers who are fierce and boring teaching methods make students lazy to learn, and the last factor that causes students to be undisciplined in learning because of environmental factors such as friends hanging out at home and school environment.?Keywords: Learning Discipline, Students, Case Studies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama terhadap komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas VIII SMP Institut Indonesia Semarang. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain true experimental pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel berjumlah 24 siswa, dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala psikologis komunikasi interpersonal dengan validitas 24 item dan reliabilitas Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,821. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (sig > 0,05) dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan data homogen (sig > 0,05). Berdasarkan uji paired sample t-test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Skor rata-rata komunikasi interpersonal kelompok eksperimen meningkat, dari 61 (kategori rendah) menjadi 84 (kategori tinggi) setelah treatment. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama kelas VIII SMP Institut Indonesia Semarang berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa.

Abstract

Mental health in the younger generation is essential to have. However, guidance and counseling undergraduate students who face mental health problems are not all willing to seek help. The low intention to seek help among guidance and counseling undergraduate students is thought to be influenced by a lack of knowledge about mental health and low self-efficacy. The condition of not seeking help results in losses for oneself, the community and the nation's future. The research aims to determine the influence of mental health knowledge and self-efficacy on intentions to seek help. The research used a quantitative design and data analysis using linear regression assisted by SPSS 26. The population of this research is guidance and counseling students. Researchers used purposive sampling and obtained 194 respondents willing to participate in the research. Researchers used three instruments. On the Mental Health Knowledge Schedule scale, the validity level moves from .391 - .870 with a reliability of .896. The general self-efficacy scale with the validity value moves from .450 - .731 and a reliability of .868. The intention to seek help scale with scores ranging from .668 - .845 and a reliability of .887. The research results are: (1) there is an influence between mental health knowledge and intention to seek help, (2) there is no influence between self-efficacy and intention to seek help, (3) there is a correlation between mental health knowledge and self-efficacy, (4) there is no influence between mental health knowledge and self-efficacy on intention to seek help. Suggestions for further research need to reduce the stigma of mental health problems, expand access to mental health assistance and increase undergraduate students' trust in the professional competence of mental health professionals in the educational environment so that undergraduate students are willing to take advantage of access to assistance.

Abstract

Generation Z, with unique characteristics and different learning needs, requires innovative and relevant learning approaches. Deep learning as a learning method that emphasizes deep understanding and application of knowledge, offers great potential to meet these needs. However, the implementation of deep learning in schools in Indonesia still faces various obstacles. One of the main ones is the lack of understanding and skills of BK teachers in applying this approach. The method of implementing the community service program This service activity is carried out for 2 weeks which is divided into three stages, namely: (1) planning stage, (2) implementation stage, (3) evaluation stage. Participants showed a good level of understanding of the basic concepts and potential applications of deep learning in an educational context, with an average comprehension score of 88. This indicates that this activity has succeeded in achieving one of its goals, which is to provide basic knowledge about deep learning.

Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hubungan motivasi belajar kemandirian belajar siswa Kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Kedungwuni. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan motivasi belajar dengan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Kedungwuni. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi data penelitian sejumlah 105 siswa, meliputi kelas XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3. Sampel uji coba (Try out) berjumlah 33 siswa kelas XI IPS 4. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 70 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik cluster rondom sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi belajar dan skala kemandirian belajar. Hasil uji korelasi person product moment, diperoleh nilai korelasi r hitung 0,463. Sedangkan nilai r tabel untuk jumlah sampel 70 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% sebesar 0,232. Oleh karena itu r hitung 0,463 > r tabel 0,232 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan motivasi belajar dengan kemandirian belajar siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 1 Kedungwuni.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-adjustment in specialization lessons for class XI students at Bhina Tunas Bhakti Juwana Vocational High School. This study uses a correlational quantitative research method. The population in this study was 150 students of class XI, then to determine the sample in the study using the cluster random sampling technique, namely determining the sample randomly not individually but all members of the group. In taking this sample, the researcher randomized the five population classes twice. The first class that came out, the researcher used for the try out class, namely class XI TEI 1 and the second class that came out for the research class was class XI TOKR 1. Tools for data collection, researchers used self-concept and self-adjustment scale instruments. Based on the results of the research that the researchers have done, it can be concluded as follows: there is a relationship in the moderate but significant interval class category, and the direction of the relationship is negative. A negative significant relationship means that it means that the relationship is inversely proportional if the self-concept or variable X has increased, the student's self-adjustment or variable Y has decreased, so conversely if the Y variable or student's self-adjustment has increased then the X variable or student's self-concept has decreased. This is shown by the statistical results using the Pearson product moment correlation test with the help of the SPSS 23 application with the result r = (-) 0.42 with an r table of 0.361, so r count > r table or (-) 0.42 > 0.361. Then matched with the interpretation table shows that between self-concept and self-adjustment has a relatively moderate level of relationship.

Abstract

Wiyanto, "The Influence of Millennial Parenting Style on the Resilience of Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Batang". Thesis for the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Education, PGRI University Semarang, 2023. This research is motivated by the level of resilience or resilience of students in addressing various life problems which are still low which are influenced by the upbringing of parents of SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Batang students, especially in class XI IPA. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of parenting style on student resilience. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA with a total of 180 students. Class XI IPA 1 is the class used for tryouts. the sample in this study were 124 students taken by simple random sampling technique. The data collection tools used were the student resilience scale and the parenting style scale. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant positive influence between millennial parenting and the resilience of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Batang. this is evidenced by the t count > t table, which is 0.587 with a significance value of 5% (0.00 <0.05). The coefficient of determination is 0.026, which means that 26% of student resilience is influenced by millennial parenting styles, while the rest can be influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

Research on the relationship of self-efficacy with cheating behavior in students is motivated by that students often cheat during tests or exams. Many ways used by students to cheat include looking for answers on the internet, asking questions with friends and some opening small notes. The reason students cheat is because the material is poorly understood, unsure of their own answers so they ask friends, afraid of getting less than optimal results and learning with the speeding system overnight or even have not learned. This research is a type of quantitative research. Ex post facto research method with correlational approach. The population used in this study was students of SMA Negeri 2 Kendal class XI. What is used as a try out is class XI IPS 3. While the research samples were in class XI MIPA 1, XI MIPA 3, XI MIPA 4, XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 6. The sampling used is the cluster random sampling technique. This research data was obtained through the student self-efficacy scale and the student cheating behavior scale. The result of the correlation analysis between self-efficacy and student cheating behavior is that the relationship between self-efficacy and student cheating behavior of 0.729 is in a strong relationship so that it can be concluded that Self Efficacy with cheating behavior has a strong relationship. Based on the results of this study, suggestions that can be conveyed are to reduce student cheating behavior and BK teachers provide treatment or action.
