Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pada pemasaran barang dan jasa semakin canggih sehingga mampu menjadi sebuah solusi kepada para pemilik usaha untuk menjangkau konsumen yang lebih luas. Digital marketing dapat mempermudah pemilik usaha untuk menemukan pangsa pasarnya dan berkomunikasi dari jarak jauh. Strategi pemasaran ini juga dikenal lebih efektif daripada media lainnya, maka bukanlah sebuah alasan kepada penjual untuk menjual produk atau jasanya kepada konsumen yang berbeda kota. Setelah dilakukannya wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan pemilik usaha dapat diketahui sejak merebaknya wabah corona, penjualan toko terus menurun dari penjualan sebelumnya. Tetapi setelah diterapkannya strategi promotion mix dan digital marketing pada usaha tersebut, toko mengalami peningkatan omset penjualan selama enam bulan terakhir tahun 2020 dengan diterapkannya pemasaran melalui Instagram adverstisement, endorsement, sales promotion dan juga konten video di Tiktok. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai penelitian kualitatif yang berangkat dari data yang diperoleh. Diharapkan pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangluaskan pemasaran melalui e-commerce seperti Tokopedia,Shopee atau Lazada, menghasilkan konten video yang lebih berkualitas, promosi yang lebih menarik dan lebih aktif dalam mencari ide-ide menarik yang dapat diterapkan pada UMKM tersebut.

Abstract

PT ADC Sentral Jaya is a marine supply chain company that sells batteries and solar panel equipment also offers battery services located in Batam, Kepulauan Riau Islands. All financial transactions are still recorded manually with Microsoft Excel, making not effective and efficient for bookkeeping, and impacted not producing financial reports that comply with standards. Based on this, the community service activity aims to design an accounting information system that is user friendly for users who do not have an accounting background. The system will be based on Microsoft Access Database. The method used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. This Microsoft Access system consists of sales form, purchase, account list estimate, list of goods, customer list, supplier list, sales, and purchase payments. In addition to the form for inputting data, there are financial statements, consists of profit and loss, financial position and equity as well as reports on overall sales, battery sales, and purchases. Reports and implementation of this system are running well and effectively, making this system can be used as an example or adopted by similar companies.

Abstract

In general, business owners have not seen how to formulate a strategy in marketing that is appropriate and can be implemented in developing business so that this business cannot develop properly. This practical work activity is carried out in one of the building shops in the city of Batam, namely: PT. Rambun Pratama Metalindo which was held in the period 21 September 2020 - 21 December 2020, activities for a period of 3 months carried out to help develop and solutions experienced by partners by implementing and designing the Marketing Mix Strategy. Development planning is described in several implementations that will be carried out, collaborating with third parties in crediting, providing discounts on purchases with specified transaction drinks, collaborating with contractors in supplying building material needs, making product catalogs, and creating customer databases.
