Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Jumlah pegawai 62 orang, dengan motode sensus maka semua pegawai menjadi responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Data diuji dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan komunikasi, displin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara parsial komunikasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Namun, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan, disiplin berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

Keywords: Code, Mix Code, Comic Language is use for communicate idea and opinion so the listener can understand what is speaker’s says. Although in daily life, we often find people talking with foreign language insertion in their utterance. It is same with cartoonist when create comic they also inserting foreign language in their comic dialog. For example Gente~Ristorante no Hitobito~ comic written by Ono Natsume. Writer thought that is something interesting and decide to research mix code. The problems will be investigate: What are types, kinds, and mix code factors which used by restaurant staff and regular customer in Gente~Risutorante no Hitobito~ comic volume 1 and 2 written by Ono Natsume?  Writer use qualitative description research metode. Data source in this research is Gente~Risutorante no Hitobito~ volume 1 and 2 written by Ono Natsume. Total data obtained from data source is 152 mix codes.From this research had been found: 70 outer code mixings, 58 words, 8 phrases, and 15 expressions. The dominant factors of mix code in comic Gente~Risutorante no Hitobito~ volume 1 and 2: lexical needs, to limit conversation with another listener. Side factors of mix code in Gente~Risutorante no Hitobito~ comic volume 1 and 2: (1) setting and scene, (2) end, (3) key,and (4) instrumentalis.

Abstract

Researchers want to know whether there is a relationship between non-physical work area environment, compensation guarantee, discipline, and work motivation. 80 employees who were sampled in the study on PT. Manissi Pratama Balikpapan. In carrying out their work, employees tend to use the Balikpapan Samarinda Toll Road (BalSam). Jobs that require high motivation and discipline because their work environment is a means of transportation for goods, where it takes a very short time to deliver or pick up goods or the mobility of people. The existence of the BalSam toll road can shorten the distance between Balikpapan-Samarinda by approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. Determination of the sample using the census method, so that all employees are sampled. Statement from employees used as data in this study. Partially work stimulus-motivation is influenced by work area-environment, reward-insurance, Discipline have a very meaningful effect.  Contribution of theory: the provision of compensation insurance motivates employees at work. The working environment of the BalSam toll road is full of high risk, insurance compensation is very appropriate to motivate employees. There is quite a strong attachment between insurance coverage and the work area-environment.

Abstract

The training on making Takoyaki cakes was warmly welcomed by the participants, mostly housewives who are members of the RT 50 Mawar Merah Yandu Post in Manggar Village. This training activity aims to improve the skills of participants in making Takoyaki cakes. Takoyaki cakes are nutritious and have economic value. It is easy to make and the ingredients are easily available in supermarkets. With effective discussion and hands-on practice, participants were able to make Takoyaki cake with a brownish yellow color that was nutritious and delicious. If the ability of these participants continues to become entrepreneurs, of course, they can increase additional family income. This training activity has succeeded in increasing skills and understanding that Takoyaki cake can be an alternative to additional business.

Abstract

The training in this activity has the aim of increasing the knowledge of the women of Margo Mulyo Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) village by utilizing their businesses so that they can attract consumers to be loyal in making purchases so that it will increase income. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to a number of things, including: the ingredients and composition used, how to carry out the promotion, the product packaging that is owned and to display information that must be on the product packaging regarding the date of manufacture, expiration date, and product composition. Abstract

Objective: This research investigates the relationship and impact of motivation, compensation, and work discipline on the performance of employees at a leading telecommunications company in Balikpapan, Indonesia within the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.Methodology: Data collection was conducted by sampling the entire population of 113 employees through observation and closed questionnaires. The hypothesis was tested using Smart-PLS.Finding: The independent variables of compensation and motivation demonstrate a significant positive impact on the dependent variable of employee performance. Moreover, compensation and motivation also significantly and positively affect the intervening variables of discipline. The disciplinary variables exhibit a significant positive influence on employee performance. Additionally, discipline plays a crucial role in mediating the relationship between compensation and motivation, leading to enhanced employee performance.Conclusion: Discipline, motivation, and compensation directly affect employee performance while motivation and compensation indirectly influence performance through the mediating effect of discipline. By fostering integrity, employees can enhance their performance and effectively confront the challenges posed by technological advancements in the digital world.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and motivation on the job satisfaction of employees PT XY. The sampling technique in this research was total sampling with a population of 104 employees PT. XY. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses Smart-PLS to process data. The results of this research indicate that the work environment, discipline and motivation have a positive effect on the job satisfaction of employees PT. XY. Employees feel satisfied with the supervision carried out by the leadership employees feel happy with the non-physical work environment (relationships between employees) which is getting better so that employees are able to obey the regulations set so they are able to be responsible. so that work results and achievement of motivation (security needs) are able to satisfy employees at work.

Abstract

Every individual needs to have awareness to keep the surrounding environment clean. This can be done by not littering, reducing the use of dangerous chemicals, and supporting greening and pollution control programs carried out by the government. Environmental cleanliness includes waste management, greening, pollution control, and maintaining natural beauty. In maintaining a clean environment, the active role of each individual is very important. Therefore, let's increase our awareness and role in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment around us in order to create a clean, healthy and beautiful environment.

Abstract

Documenting of financial income and expenditure transactions, in accounting must be carried out by every company, both small, medium, and large-scale companies. The success of MSMEs in general can be seen from their discipline in documenting and managing funds properly. The method of managing funds in MSMEs is to apply accounting properly. Thus, accounting allows MSMEs to obtain various financial information in running their businesses. Accounting archives must be in accordance with each transaction that occurs and based on applicable accounting standards. The problems in MSME La Male, are a special concern for the dedication to society team to conduct simple bookkeeping training. To help MSME La Male, we provide bookkeeping Training. The method used in this service is a direct discussion method using a simple bookkeeping example using excel. The results of dedication to society in MSME La Male, are that participants are happy, with a simple documenting method, because they can see directly the documenting of expenses, income, and the amount of profit

Abstract

Cooperative principles in conversation violation can occur in any situation or context, especially conversations involving two persons. Speakers tend to be uncooperative because they always try to explore various topics to communicate further. Questioners or listeners usually find it difficult to get the meaning of the speaker in such situations. In order to avoid misunderstandings and misinterpretations between the speaker and questioner or listener, both the speaker and questioner or listener must have a cooperative attitude. In this research, the author examines about violation of quantity maxim in a novel entitled Dan Hujan pun Berhenti by Farida Susanty. The aim of this study was to determine what is the reason of quantity maxim violations and defense mechanism usage as background why characters in the novel violate quantity maxim that occur in the novel dialogue. The research’s data were the dialogues of the Dan Hujan pun Berhenti’s characters that violate the cooperative principle in conversation that will be analyze by using qualitative descriptive paradigm based on Grice’s cooperative principle, Cook’s maxim violation and Freud’s defense mechanism. The results of this study state the defense mechanism as background that causes characters in the novel violates quantity maxim: reaction formation, displacement and repression.
