Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi informasi tentang implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Penggerak SDIT Al Firdaus Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan suatu objek kondisi, dan penomena sesuai dengan kondisi alamiah atau riil tentang gambaran umum yang sistematis, rinci, faktual dan akurat. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di sekolah penggerak telah memasuki tahun ketiga dan sudah dilaksanakan secata optimal. Walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih mengalami beberapa kendala dan kekurangan. Kurikulum merdeka memberikan ruang bagi pendidik untuk berinovasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga dapat lebih menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta didik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sekolah penggerak mampu mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih kontekstual dan relevan dengan lingkungan sekitar, meningkatkan partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, dan mendorong keterlibatan pendidik dalam pengembangan professional. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di sekolah penggerak menunjukkan potensi besar dalam memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, namun memerlukan dukungan dan pembinaan yang konsisten agar dapat berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Background. The gerontological nursing stage is one part of the clinical practice of the nursing profession that must be completed by students. As a form of achieving learning goals, we provide counseling about the importance of physical activity training for the elderly. The process that occurs in general in the elderly progressively which results in changes that cause organ dysfunction and failure of an organ or a particular body system is called aging. Aging (getting old) is the process of slowly losing the ability of a network with the aim of maintaining its normal function and repairing itself so that the defense against infection is reduced and the damage experienced can be repaired. Some of the health problems experienced by the elderly include hypertension, sensory disturbances, tremors, diabetes mellitus, and dementia. Various types of interventions can be given to increase the knowledge and ability of the elderly to be able to maintain their health, therefore students provide education on the importance of physical activity training for the elderly. Purpose. This activity aims to: increase the knowledge of the elderly and self-awareness to carry out routine health checks. Method. This activity involved 10 who can take part in educational activities on the importance of physical activity training and checking blood pressure and muscle strength in the elderly. Students use the method; pre and post conference, namely before carrying out activities, students measure knowledge, blood pressure and muscle strength of the elderly, then intervention is carried out by educating the importance of physical activity training. Results. Elderly who take part in the activity experience an increase in blood pressure which is still within normal limits and an increase in muscle strength. Conclusion. There is a significant difference regarding knowledge in applying activity therapy between the pre test and post test, this shows the ability and increase in the elderly in realizing the importance of physical activity training.

Abstract

As a form of achieving learning goals, we carry out group activity therapy activities for the elderly using the method of planting plants in pots. Some of the health problems experienced by the elderly include hypertension, sensory disturbances, tremors, diabetes mellitus, and dementia. This activity aims to: increase creativity, patience, thoroughness, memory and fill spare time. Population: out of 15 elderly people at the Budi Social Batam Foundation for the Elderly, as many as 10 can take part in the skill of planting in pots. Students use the method; pre and post conference, namely before carrying out activities, students measure the ability of the elderly to participate in activities, then intervention is carried out planting in pots. Results; this activity is liked by the elderly, the elderly are very enthusiastic, but the elderly force themselves to lift the pots and planting media. Purpose. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemilikan Saham Oleh Pihak Asing, Investment Opportunity Set dan Dividend Payout Ratio Terhadap Kinerja Saham (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Manufaktur Periode 2019-2022). Data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022, sedangkan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 24 perusahaan yang diambil dari website www.idx.co.id periode 2019-2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan saham oleh pihak asing memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2022. Investment opportunity set memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2022. Dividend payout ratio memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2022.Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Saham, Investment Opportunity Set, Dividend Payout Ratio, Kinerja.

Abstract

Documenting of financial income and expenditure transactions, in accounting must be carried out by every company, both small, medium, and large-scale companies. The success of MSMEs in general can be seen from their discipline in documenting and managing funds properly. The method of managing funds in MSMEs is to apply accounting properly. Thus, accounting allows MSMEs to obtain various financial information in running their businesses. Accounting archives must be in accordance with each transaction that occurs and based on applicable accounting standards. The problems in MSME La Male, are a special concern for the dedication to society team to conduct simple bookkeeping training. To help MSME La Male, we provide bookkeeping Training. The method used in this service is a direct discussion method using a simple bookkeeping example using excel. The results of dedication to society in MSME La Male, are that participants are happy, with a simple documenting method, because they can see directly the documenting of expenses, income, and the amount of profit

Abstract

Chingkui, a traditional dish from Lamno, Aceh, is prepared using glutinous rice and coconut, two natural ingredients that are recognized for their substantial health benefits. In addition to providing stable energy, both ingredients support heart health, digestion, and enhance the immune system. Given the mounting interest in functional foods, variations of chingkui that incorporate herbal ingredients such as pandan leaves, turmeric, black pepper, and mangkokan leaves offer additional health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and antihypertensive effects. The present article aims to explore the nutritional content and health benefits of chingkui, as well as its potential development as a functional food. Chingkui has the potential to serve as a viable health food option, offering a distinctive flavor profile while concurrently promoting a nutritionally balanced diet that aligns with the contemporary nutritional requirements of the population.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe world of education, especially the process of learning like Arabic, has changed a lot due to technology development and globalization. YouTube, as one of the most popular video-sharing platforms, provides a variety of educational content that could benefit both teachers and students in Arabic language learning. This study aims to characterize the advantages of YouTube as a media for learning Arabic, describe strategies for its usability and usage, and address problems experienced by teachers and learners in making use of YouTube. This study is descriptive qualitative research by reviewing literature and analyzing findings of studies associated with using YouTube as an Arabic language learning media. The results show that YouTube, besides providing information, establishes a pleasant studying atmosphere. Video as an audio-visual medium on YouTube can enhance comprehension and offer a better, more enjoyable learning experience. Learning has become more accessible, though challenges such as content relevance and video quality must be addressed for effective learning. YouTube can be an innovative and effective media for teaching Arabic with the right approach.Keyword: educational media; Youtube; Arabic language مستخلص البحثتطور التكنولوجيا والعولمة أحدث تغييرات مهمة في عالم التعليم، وخاصة في عملية التعلم، بما في ذلك تعلم اللغة العربية. يوتيوب، كأحد أكثر منصات مشاركة الفيديو شهرة، يقدم مجموعة متنوعة من المحتويات التعليمية التي يمكن أن يستفيد منها المعلمون والطلاب في تعليم اللغة العربية. هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى وصف فوائد يوتيوب كوسيلة لتعلم اللغة العربية، وشرح استراتيجيات استخدامه، بالإضافة إلى التحديات التي يواجهها المعلمون والطلاب عند استخدامه. نوع البحث المستخدم هو البحث الوصفي النوعي، مع استخدام دراسة مكتبة لمراجعة نتائج الأبحاث المتعلقة باستخدام يوتيوب كوسيلة لتعلم اللغة العربية. تشير نتائج البحث إلى أن يوتيوب لا يسهل فقط الوصول إلى المعلومات، بل يخلق أيضًا بيئة تعلم ممتعة. استخدام الوسائط السمعية والبصرية على يوتيوب يمكن أن يعزز فهم المواد الدراسية ويغني تجربة التعلم بشكل أكثر جاذبية ومتعة. ومع ذلك، تبقى التحديات مثل ملاءمة المحتوى وجودة الفيديو بحاجة إلى الاعتبار لضمان فعالية التعلم. مع النهج الصحيح، يمكن أن يصبح يوتيوب وسيلة مبتكرة وفعالة لتعليم اللغة العربية.الكلمات المفتاحية: وسائل التعليم، يوتيوب، اللغة العربية.

Abstract

In early 1977, Indonesia faced significant difficulties in its development, triggered by the collapse of the government and the global monetary crisis. Until now, the impact of the economic crisis continues to be felt, especially in industrial life which is filled with losses and layoffs as a company survival strategy. This issue of layoffs, especially when companies go bankrupt, becomes an important focus, involving labor rights which continue to be threatened. The resilience of the power between labor and employment news is revealed in the ongoing recognition of Labor Day, demanding fairer working conditions. Even though there are regulations regarding layoffs, weak law enforcement is a serious obstacle. The era of globalization and industrial growth adds to the complexity of employment problems, especially in Indonesia with a high number of workers and the potential for layoffs. Factors triggering layoffs are very diverse, including globalization, economic transformation, and company bankruptcy. In this context, the Job Creation Law (UU CK) introduced significant changes, but also received criticism. This research focuses on the provisions for layoffs resulting from bankrupt companies in the CK Law, exploring the regulatory basis, legal protection for laid-off workers, and mechanisms for resolving their rights. The research method used is normative legal research, with a detailed explanation of the basis for layoff arrangements, legal protection for workers, and mechanisms for resolving workers’ rights in the context of bankrupt companies. This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the problem of layoffs due to bankrupt companies, analyzing related provisions of the CK Law, and provides an overview of the legal protection provided to workers. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to policy development and improvement of labor rights protection in the context of company bankruptcy in Indonesia.
