Abstract

This study aims to develop a play-based learning model for basic volleyball techniques and to assess the effectiveness of the volleyball basic technique learning through the approach in improving the learning outcomes on volleyball subject in the juniour high school. The research type was research and development which adopted the 10-step theory of Borg and Gall.. This study used both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The study designed employed a pretest-posttest control group design to determine the initial abilities of the experimental group and the control group. The significant test of the effectiveness of the basic technique according to play-based volleyball learning model waas rigidly determined by using the t-test. Prior to data analysis, the results of the increase in the experimental group and the control group (n = 40) in the volleyball basics technique were tested for normality using the real level = 0.05.. The results of this study indicate a significant value for the experimental group data of 0.13 and the control group data of 0.09. Because the significant value of the two groups is greater than 0.05, the overall data for the study group is normally distributed. The effectiveness test of the basic techniques of volleyball used the t-test with t count 10.524 and t table 2.024. Accordingly, the basic volleyball techniques of the experimental group was more effective than that of the control group. Junior high school students are thus given an effective and efficient play-based model for learning fundamental volleyball skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of media-based fast bowling cricket skills in students of The Jakarta State University cricket achievement Sports Club. This study was conducted with the research method Action Research (Action) model Kemmis and Taggart. There are 6 media used for the treatment of fast bowling ball reflections, so it is worth testing. This research was conducted on the students of club Olahtaga Prestasi (KOP) cricket Universitas Negeri Jakarta with the number of 26 students. Treatment this study uses a cycle system that is carried out for two cycles by placing the target media in the area of the ball reflection (good length). From the given treatment is followed by an assessment instrument using a colored carpet with a variety of points. A good standard result in a fast bowling bowler is 75%. The results of the assessment instrument in the pre-cycle (Pre-Test) are less than the standard in which the same treatment is required again. In the first cycle results in an increase in the bounce of the ball. The results of the second cycle has increased more than the first cycle, the results of the instrument assessment of the average student exceeds the standard value determined by the researcher.

Abstract

Abstract Athletics is a mandatory sport in physical education in schools. Through athletic sports, children will have good basic movements. However, the application of subject matter for age levels must be given differently. Especially at the elementary school level. At the elementary school level, children have their event number which is contained in the kid's athletic competition number which is officially issued by the international organization World Athletics (WA). The understanding of this competition has not been known in more detail by sports teachers. For this reason, it is necessary to educate or discuss athletic sports for teachers, especially in areas not far from Jakarta, but they are still unable to simultaneously carry out this event. This activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara, with a total of 37 teachers of Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) who teach in elementary schools and basic education units. Before the education was carried out, the participants were given a post-test beforehand regarding their understanding of the athletic kid's event and basic athletic movements. As many as 40% already knew about competition numbers and simple rules. After being given material about athletic kids' numbers, athletic basic movements and athletic kids' competition rules, 82% were able to answer questions correctly. With these results, it can be concluded that this educational activity provides benefits to elementary school teachers in Cikarang Utara. Abstrak Atletik merupakan olahraga wajib pada pendidikan jasmani disekolah. Melalui olahraga alteltik anak-anak akan memiliki gerak adasar yang baik. Akan tetapi pada penerapan pemberian materi pelajaran untuk tingkat usia harus diberikan secara berbeda. Terutama pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Pada tingkat sekolah dasar anak-anak memliki nomor event sendiri yang tertuang dalam nomor perlombaan kids athletik yang remsi di keluarkan oleh organisasi internasional World Athletics (WA). Pemahaman tentang perlombaan ini belum banyak diketahui secara lebih detail oleh guru-guru olahraga. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan edukasi atau pemasalan olahraga atletik kepada guru-guru, terutama di wilayah yang tidak jauh dari jakarta, namun masih belum bisa serempak melaksanaan event ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanaan di SMAN 1 Cikarang Utara, dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 37 orang guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) yang mengajar di SD dan satuan pendidikan dasar. Sebelum dilaksanakan edukasi, para peserta diberikan post test terlebih dahulu mengenai pemahaman tentang event kids atletik dana gerak dasar atletik, Sebanyak 40% telah mengetahui tentang nomor-nomor perlombaan dan peraturan secara sederhana. Setelah di berikan materi tentang nomor-nomor kids atletik, gerak dasar atletik dan peraturan perlombaan kids atletik sebanyak 82% dapat menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar. Dengan hasil demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan edukasi ini memberikan manfaat kepada guru-guru SD di Cikarang Utara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Operan dada (chestpast) dalam permainan Bola basket dengan gaya mengajar penemuan terbimbing pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 158 Jakarta. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga kali pertemuan, tahap observasi, pelaksanaan Test awal dan Siklus I 2 x 45 menit sesuai jam pelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penilaian dilakukan ketika siswa mempraktekkan gerkan passing dalam permainan Bola basket dari sikap awal sampai dengan sikap akhir. Sebelum melakukan pengambilan nilai, siswa diberi waktu untuk latihan menggunakan alat bantu yang mereka usulkan sebagai pemecahan masalah atas kendala yang mereka hadapi pada pembelajaran sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar penemuan terbimbing mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar Operan dada dalam permainan Bola basket.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui corner kick yang digunakan dan bagaimana efektifitas corner kick yang digunakan untuk tim Sadakata Fc pada liga profesional indonesia tahun 2022. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui jumlah keberhasilan dan kegagalan dalam corner kick pada tim Sadakata Fc, teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan pengamatan dengan video dokumenter federasi futsal Indonesia. Waktu penelitian dan pengambilan data ini dimulai pada mei 2022 , dan waktu penelitian dilakukan setelah mendapatkan rekaman seluruh pertandingan putaran ke-1 tim Sadakata Fc melalui video dokumenter pada april 2022. Kesimpulan yang bisa diambil, dalam efektifitas corner kick yang dilakukan tim Sadakata Fc memiliki 4 kejadian berhasil dengan presentase sebesar 15,38% , dan 22 kejadian gagal dengan presentase 84,61%, selanjutnya keberhasilan yang dilakukan tim Sadakata Fc hanya 1 yang tercipta goal yaitu pada saat melawan IPC Pelindo, selanjutnya kegagalan paling banyak dilakukan pada saat melawan Blacksteel Manokwari. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a game-based freestyle soccer training model for elementary school children aged 10-12 years and to find out the increase in students' interest in the game-based freestyle soccer training model for elementary school children aged 10-12 years. The method used is Research & Development with data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis techniques. This is intended to be able to reach or process all data or information so that a comprehensive explanation will be obtained. The number of samples is 20 respondents for the small test and 40 respondents for the large test. The steps taken in the research include: (1) Product design in the form of the results of a series of initial studies (2) Design validation by experts (3) Design improvement from validation results by experts (4) Limited product trials (6) Product revision (7) carry out the pre-test (8) re-test of use (9) Revise the product again (10) Implement the product after it has been repaired and is declared effective so that later the product can be applied (11) carry out the post-test. This study concludes that the game-based freestyle soccer exercise model can be applied effectively and there is an increase in student interest in the game-based freestyle soccer exercise model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Arm Muscle Explosive Power, Hand Eye Coordination and Achievement Motivation on Spin Pass Skills in DKI Jakarta Rugby Athletes. The research sample was 45 DKI Jakarta Rugby Athletes. The research approach used in this study was multivariate associative, with survey methods and test and non-test techniques. The analysis technique uses a path analysis approach at a significance level of 0.05. the conclusion of each research finding shows (1) There is a direct influence between each independent variable {Arm Muscle Explosive Power (X1), Hand Eye Coordination (X2), and Achievement Motivation (X3), (2) There is a direct effect of each independent variable {Arm Muscle Explosive Power (X1), Hand Eye Coordination (X2), and Achievement Motivation (X3) have a direct influence on Spin Pass Skills (Y)}, (3) There is an indirect effect of Arm Muscle Explosive Power (X1) through Achievement Motivation (X3) on Spin Pass Skills. (Y). There is an indirect effect of Eye-Hand Coordination (X2) through Achievement Motivation (X3) on Spin Pass Skills. (Y). Thus, Spin Pass Skills can be improved through increased Arm Muscle Explosive Power, Hand Eye Coordination and Achievement Motivation

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan guru  pamong terhadap program PKM mahasiswa prodi pendidikan jasmani fakultas ilmu keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan survey. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan  convenience sample guru pendidikan jasmani di Ibu Kota Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang menyetujui 22 orang, (7 orang perempuan dan laki-laki 15). Instrumen yang digunakan mengacu Buku Pedoman Praktik Keterampilan Mengajar. Hasilnya tingkat kepuasan guru pamong terhadap Program PKM mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan jasmani Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan 86,36 % (19 orang) menjawab memuaskan, 13,63 % (3 orang) menjawab tidak memuaskan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat seberapa efektif dan layak program pelatihan kekuatan komprehensif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran otot dan persepsi kompetensi fisik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini desain pretest-posttest control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan convenience sample dengan jumlah 125 orang. Empat kelas ditugaskan menggunakan assigned random. Total sampel 125 siswa laki-laki, 63 siswa kelompok intervensi, dan 62 kelompok kontrol. Sampel kelompok intervensi secara signifikan meningkatkan performa rata-rata dalam lompat jauh, vertical jump, push-up, sit-up, kekuatan genggaman, dan kompetensi fisik. Selain itu, kelompok kontrol lebih besar pada lompat jauh, vertical jump, sit-up, kekuatan genggaman tangan, dan kompetensi fisik, namun tidak ada push-up. Kelompok kontrol yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kebugaran otot siswa laki-laki, serta dapat meningkatkan kompetensi fisik

Abstract

Objectives. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of drilling methods and patterned strokes on the precision of students' lob shots in badminton. By identifying the most effective training methods, badminton extracurriculars can create more focused and effective training programs. This research is unique in its emphasis on accuracy in lob shots, rather than simply precision of movement as in previous studies. Materials and methods. This study employs a comparative quantitative approach that utilizes an experimental method with a Two-group pretest-posttest Design to investigate the lob hit accuracy of badminton players. The research was conducted at Padindi Vocational School, West Jakarta, with a sample size of 20 students who participated in the badminton extracurricular. The total sampling technique was used to divide the participants into two distinct treatment groups, with 10 individuals in the group that used the drilling drill method and the other 10 in the group that employed the patterned strokes method. The obtained data on lob hit accuracy was collected through test instruments. Results. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test, it can be concluded that the drilling training method is more effective than the patterned strokes training method in improving the accuracy of lob shots. The t count obtained from the test was 2.425, which is higher than the t table value of 2.10092. Conclusion. The research study found that both the drilling training method and the patterned strokes training method had a positive impact on improving the accuracy of lob shots. The average score before the training for the drilling method was 6.40 which increased to 8.60 after the training. Similarly, for the patterned strokes training method, the average pretest score was 6.70 which improved to 7.20 after the training. These findings suggest that both of these training methods can be effective in enhancing the accuracy of lob shots.
