Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Variabel Komitmen dengan indikator komitmen afektif, komitmen kelanjutan, komitmen normative. Variabel Kinerja karyawan dengan indikator Kualitas Kerja, Kuantitas Kerja, Tanggung jawab, Inisiatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kelapa Gading, dengan sampel 60 responden. Data primer menggunakan skala likert, Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan metode model analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) diagram jalur, prosedur nomogram reticularaction modelling (RAM), dan model PLS dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan diketahui skor nilai rata-rata pada setiap indikator variabel komitmen organisasi semuanya bernilai lebih besar hal ini menunjukkan komitmen organisasi karyawan secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam ketegori tinggi, dan penelitian menunjukkan Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Simpulan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Komitmen kerja membuat karyawan memberikan yang terbaik kepada perusahaan tempat dia bekerja. Komitmen organisasi menjadi perhatian penting karena memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja dan kinerja, kepuasan kerja, absensi karyawan dan juga turnover karyawan rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pelayanan Digital dan Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman Barang. Variabel Pelayanan Digital dengan indikator Kualitas Interaksi, Kualitas Informasi, Kegunaan. Variabel Fasilitas dengan indikator Perencanaan Ruangan, Perlengkapan, Unsur Pendukung. Variabel Ketepatan Waktu Pengiriman dengan indikator Memenuhi janji, Memberikan Kepercayaan, Tanggung Jawab. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Popilasi penelitian konsumen PT Wirasaputra Abadi Xpress dengan sampel 75 responden. Data primer menggunakan skala likert, Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi sederhana, Analisis Regresi Berganda, Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T parsial, Uji F Simultan. Hasil Analisis dan pembahasan diketahui skor nilai skor nilai terendah berada pada pertanyaan nomor 3 & 4 dalam variabel pelayanan digital, pernyataan nomor 15 dalam variabel fasilitas, nomor 19 dalam variabel ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Simpulan pelayanan digital dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Pelayanan digital dan fasilitas membuat ketepatan waktu pengiriman meningkat. Pelayanan Digital dan Fasilitas memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pengiriman.

Abstract

Skripsi yang berjudul “Pengaruh Promosi dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Marketplace PT. Shopee International Indonesia” merupakan hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace PT. Shopee International Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Objek penelitian ini adalah warga Kota Bekasi yang menggunakan Shopee untuk berbelanja online. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah 75 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara daring menggunakan media Google Form yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,491 (2) harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,540 (3) berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi, didapatkan nilai R square sebesar 0,675. atau sebesar 67,5%. Artinya, sebaran variabel persepsi promosi dan harga dapat menjelaskan varians keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Shopee sebesar 67,5%.

Abstract

This qualitative study aims to identify the competencies required by students to navigate the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. The research was conducted through in-depth interviews with students and lecturers from public and private universities in Jakarta. The data collection method involved in-depth interviews to gather comprehensive insights into the competencies deemed essential for students. The data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques, which facilitated the identification of recurring themes and patterns in the responses. The findings reveal eight key competencies that are critical for students in the VUCA environment: Leadership, Digital Literacy, Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, Global Citizenship, Problem Solving, and Team-working. Leadership is highlighted as the ability to inspire and motivate others, while Digital Literacy is seen as fundamental for understanding and utilizing evolving technologies. Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, along with Emotional Intelligence, are essential for building effective relationships and managing emotions in uncertain situations. Entrepreneurship is crucial for fostering innovation and managing risks, whereas Global Citizenship is important for understanding cross-cultural perspectives and social responsibility. Problem Solving and Team-working are identified as vital for facilitating collaboration and developing solutions to complex problems. The study underscores the interconnectedness of these competencies and their collective importance in equipping students to address the challenges of the VUCA era. By providing a detailed understanding of these competencies, this research contributes valuable insights into the skills that students need to succeed in a rapidly changing and uncertain world.

Abstract

Management Training and Leadership Mental Coaching Program at PT INTIWI aims to enhance managerial skills and the mental well-being of field personnel. Against the backdrop of understanding the complexity of fieldwork and the increasingly dynamic market demands, this program is designed to cultivate outstanding field leaders. Training methods involve discipline training, case-based training, pre-tests, and post-tests. Evaluation is conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, as well as participant feedback and field performance monitoring. The program is expected to have a positive impact, such as increased productivity, job satisfaction, and a reduction in stress levels. The success of this program will create a more balanced work environment and contribute to the strategic goals achievement of PT INTIWI.

Abstract

Women's leadership is essentially no different from men's leadership, with the two being distinguished only by leadership styles resulting from gender differences inherent from birth. In this regard, the female chairperson of the Malahayati School of Transportation Management (STMT) has achieved significant progress in line with her vision and mission. The design of this research is thematic qualitative descriptive to discover and describe the female leadership strategies implemented by Dr. Hj. Mardiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., Chair of STMT Malahayati 2022-2026, in developing and advancing the education sector. The method used in this research is ethnography, where one of the researchers is the actor. The ethnographic approach was chosen to understand a phenomenon deeply and holistically in a natural way, providing insights from the participants' perspective (emic perspective), revealing implicit behavior patterns and changes over time, and producing rich and diverse data for theory development and social problem solving. From the data collection process, which was then analyzed using thematic narrative, it was found that the leadership strategy of women in advancing the education sector at STMT Malahayati is to prioritize humanistic principles in utilizing all available potential, including man, money, material, method, machine, and marketing, with the support of digital advances. However, organizational dynamics are maintained and moderated by mutual respect, openness, and collaboration based on the pentha helix, which includes elements of government, academia, industry, society, and the media. This strategy is implemented to improve the quality of education based on Outcome Based Education (OBE) while strengthening STMT Malahayati as a campus with an impact on Indonesian nationalism.

Abstract

Efforts to achieve Indonesia's national goals require the state to ensure adequate nutrition for the population through the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) program launched by President Prabowo Subianto on January 6, 2025, with a target of 28.9 million beneficiaries. The challenge is not easy, given Indonesia's vast territory and ongoing connectivity issues between islands, making it urgent to establish schools as Mini SPPGs. This research design is qualitative with a descriptive explanatory approach to identify and describe research variables narratively and thematically, using standard Indonesian language. The data obtained were categorized into those related to the current SPPG or SPPG Maxi and schools as Mini SPPGs, then narrated according to the research framework and objectives. The qualitative analysis concluded that it is very important and urgent for the Indonesian government to establish schools as Mini SPPGs to accelerate the provision and delivery of nutrition services to the community (students) across all regions of Indonesia, in addition to the existing SPPG (Maxi) system. Supporting factors include the availability of school infrastructure and school committees across all regions of Indonesia. The number of beneficiaries is relatively small, limited to a single school, and collaboration among the pentha helix is needed to strengthen the initiative.
