Abstract

Budaya Bugis-Makassar adalah salah satu budaya yang belum banyak diungkap sisi filosofisnya. Padahal nilai-nilai filosofis yang terdapat di dalam kebudayan tersebut menarik dan tidak kalah dibandingkan nilai-nilai filosofis Barat. Penggalian nilai-nilai filosofis masyarakat Bugis-Makassar ini bertujuan untuk mencari dan merumuskan filsafat yang ada di Indonesia atau disebut dengan Filsafat Nusantara.Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan, diperoleh beberapa kesimpulan: (1) nilai-nilai hukum yang terdapat di masyarakat Bugis-Makasar berkaitan dengan hakikat manusia yang merupakan landasan dan dasar dari panggaderreng. (2) Dalam hal hukum dan keadilan, mereka memandang bahwa yang adil adalah yang benar yaitu dengan menempatkan segala sesuatu sesuai dengan tempatnya dan adanya keseimbangan. (3) Individu di dalam masyarakat ini diakui secara mutlak. (4) Negara (raja) harus menjamin hal tersebut karena perjanjian yang diadakan antara raja dengan masyarakat bukan berarti raja mempunyai kekuasaan yang mutlak. (5) Raja mempunyai tanggung jawab dan kewajiban terhadap kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya.Kata kunci: nilai hukum, Bugis-Makassar, keadilan, kesejahteraan

Abstract

Hans Georg Gadamer argued that language is not a system of signs. Language is more than a system of signs. Language, according to Gadamer, does not come from reflective action because language describes subjective reality. It is only a communicated-reality that can be recognized by human. The essence of Gadamer’s metaphysicsis is that language is a world of experience so that between language and the world there is an interrelated relationship. By having language, human has its world because the world is essentially linguistics.The point of Gadamer’s metaphysics is then used to see levels in the Javanese language. The levels in the Javanese language, namely ngoko, madya, and krama, imply a person's attitude toward his interlocutor who has a different position. This is what Gadamer means, that by analyzing language of a particular community, a social system or class distinction in the community will berecognizable.Keywords: reality, being and language, Javanese language level, class distinction

Abstract

Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that has officially implemented Islamic Sharia law. As A Region With Special Privileges To Enforce Sharia Law, Aceh Has Enacted Uqubat Punishments As An Effort To Reduce Criminal Acts, Including Khalwat (Intimate Proximity Between A Man And A Woman Who Are Not Mahram). This Study Aims To Explore The Implementation Of Uqubat Punishment For Khalwat Behavior In The Context Of Crime Prevention In Aceh. This Research Uses A Qualitative Method With Data Collection Techniques Through Interviews, Observations, And Documentation. Once All The Data Is Collected, It Will Be Analyzed Using Content Analysis Techniques. The Results Of The Study Indicate That The Enforcement Of Uqubat Punishment Has Had A Significant Impact On Reducing Criminal Acts, Including Khalwat Behavior. However, There Are Also Several Challenges In Its Implementation, Such As Issues Of Justice In The Application Of Uqubat, Its Effectiveness, And Others. Therefore, This Study Recommends The Need For A Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Implementation Of Uqubat Punishment As Well As Continuous Improvements In The Judicial System In Aceh To Ensure Its Effectiveness In Reducing Crime Without Violating Principles Of Justice.

Abstract

Education is a basic thing that every human being needs. Education is also a way to internalize the various values and views held and upheld by a group or society. If in education the Indonesian nation proclaimed "Pancasila Student Profile", then the Malay community has the expression "Parents' debt". The phrase "parental debt" in this case is the debt parents owe to their children, where one of the debts is related to education. Both the phrase "Parents' debt" and the concept contained in "Pancasila Student Profile", indirectly indicate the importance of education for society. This research aims to reveal the meaning behind the expression "parents' debt", formulate the educational concept behind the expression "parents' debt", and find out the relevance of the Malay people's expression "Parents' debt" to the educational concept launched by the Indonesian government, namely "Pancasila Student Profile".This research is a literature study with a philosophical hermeneutic method. The methodical elements of this research include deduction-induction, holistic, historical continuity, language analysis, heuristics, and description. This research came up with the following results: a) the expression "hutang orang tua" contains a person's obligations towards their children, where one of these obligations is related to the educational provisions that parents must provide to their children; b) the concept of education contained in the expression "hutang orang tua" includes two aspects, spiritual and physical, because both, physical and spiritual, are one unit with the aim of giving birth to "anak bertuah"; c) the values that constitute the content of education in Malay society have similarities with the "Profil Pelajar Pancasila" such as the values of faith and devotion to Almighty God, good character, mutual cooperation and tolerance. This shows that the values contained in the "Profil Pelajar Pancasila" have essentially existed and been developed in Indonesian society. The novelty in this paper is apart from the relevance of the expression "hutang orang tua" to the Profil Pelajar Pancasila, the novelty is also related to the discovery of the meaning behind the expression "hutang orang tua" and the formulation of the educational concept behind the expression "hutang orang tua".

Abstract

Purpose—Curriculum changes in Indonesia, which often feel far from the values and cultural roots of Indonesian society and tend to be Western, can impact the erosion of the noble values of the Indonesian nation. This research aims to explore the values that exist in the literary works of the Malay community, which in this case are found in Pantun, Tunjuk Ajar, and Gurindam.Methodology—This research is a literature study. Library research involves collecting library data, reading, taking notes, and processing data from the reading results.Findings – 1. Malay people who identify themselves with Islam indirectly use Islamic values as the reference and highest value system. Education in Malay society aims to create a perfect human who upholds all the norms held by Malay society. Perfect people in Malay society are called “bertuah”.2. Creating a person “bertuah” is the duty of all members of society, especially parents. Meanwhile, the tools and means include literary works, songs, and advice. Malay society focuses more on cultivating religious values, such as religious knowledge. Therefore, education, in this case, is more aimed at creating a character- characteristics possessed by people “bertuah." 3. If linked to one of the schools of educational philosophy, the concept of education in the view of the Malay community can be said to tend to be behavioralistic, where stimulus is an important thing in the success of education and the creation of one's character.Significance—By revealing the concept of education for the Malay community, it will open up new treasures related to education. Keywords: Philosophy, Manusia Bertuah, Malay, Education

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem informasi pada website pemerintah provinsi di Indonesia dengan sistem merit. Sistem informasi merupakan salah satu aspek yang mendukung pelaksanaan sistem merit dalam manajemen aparatur sipil negara di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan normative kualitatif dengan dua model interpretasi gramatikal dan sistematik. Hasil analisis terdapat enam provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki nilai persentase sistem informasi tertinggi yaitu, jawa tengah, jawa barat, lampung, kalimantan timur, nusa tenggara timur, dan sulawesi tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jawa tengah dan lampung mendominsasi dari empat provinsi lainnya dengan nilai 100. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan waktu untuk menguji keabsahan, kesesuaian dengan hasil penelitian lama dan penelitian baru terkhusus pada wilayah provinsi. Penelitian ini merekomendasi agar pemerintah provinsi memberikan keterbukaan data pada masyarakat dan pengembangan website provinsi indonesia.

Abstract

The development of an entrepreneurship curriculum that integrates Islamic values ​​is a strategic stage to form a generation of entrepreneurs who are not only professionally competent but also have noble morals and in the increasingly complex era of globalization, entrepreneurial skills are a crucial aspect that must be possessed by vocational high school graduates. However, the main challenge in implementing an entrepreneurship program based on Islamic values ​​lies in the degree of ensuring a balance between learning business skills and internalizing Islamic character. This study is targeted to analyze the model of integration of Islamic values ​​in the entrepreneurship curriculum at SMKIT Kemilau Bangsa Batam and evaluate its impact on student competence and character. The research method currently implemented is based on a qualitative descriptive perspective, comprehensively exploring the degree of the concept of integration of Islamic values ​​implemented in the planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of entrepreneurship programs. Regardless of these conditions, this study is targeted to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of the program. It is hoped that this study will provide a perspective on the optimal strategy as an effort to linearize entrepreneurship learning supported by Islamic values, as well as provide policy recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the curriculum based on Islamic values. The output of this study is a model of an entrepreneurship curriculum based on Islamic values ​​that can be a reference for other schools in developing innovative and sustainable Islamic entrepreneurship programs.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi edupreneur mahasiswa dalam menumbuhkan literasi anak usia dini melalui program bimbingan belajar (bimbel) calistung di kavling kamboja kecamatan sagulung. Peningkatan minat literasi pada anak-anak dapat didorong melalui dukungan bimbingan belajar calistung di Kavling Kamboja, Kecamatan Sagulung. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam mengelola edupreneur bidang pendidikan melalui bimbel calistung memberikan dampak positif dalam menumbuhkan literasi anak usia dini di kavling kamboja kecamatan sagulung, serta pengembangan keterampilan edupreneur mahasiswa.
