Abstract

Modern market is growing in Indonesia. In its development, the company strives to provide the best to be superior to existing competitors. Supermarket Lion Superindo is one of the supermarkets in the city of Malang, based on observations, it is known that people are still not familiar with the supermarket, so this study aims to find out what attributes required by customers, the position of the supermarket today and how where to plan the right marketing strategy to increase consumer loyalty. Positioning the company carried out using the method of Multi dimensioanl Scaling, so that it’s known that a competitor who has a lot of similarities with Lion Superindo is Giant Kawi and Loka, attributes that are considered good is the price, while the attributes of a product, place, promotion, employee, service and physical evidence still needs to be repairs / improvements. Planning strategies using Quality Function Development, this method of translating the 19 attributes that consumers desire into 28 technical response given the enterprise, so strategies are made will be in accordance with what consumers need. From planning conducted found 3 strategies that will be proposed is increasing the quality of products and services, pengembanga innovation to the concept of supermarkets and increased media information and promotional activities to consumers.

Abstract

Companies that are categorized as small industries face many difficulties to keep survive or to develop their products. The subject of this study was convection home industry with the commodity as follows: Muslim clothes, sport shirt, baby clothes, children clothes, bed covers, veils, and many kinds of embroidery products. The purpose of CSSF (Contingent Strategic Success Formula) approach was to analyze the formula of success strategy by combining the internal condition with external condition of the company. The ways to do that were by measuring, estimating, and predicting the environment condition of the company at this time and at the specific time in the future. The measuring of internal condition of the company is aimed to know the things that need to be repaired so the company can fulfill the requirement of optimal external condition in the future. The finding of this study was shown in 4 cases. First, the variables that have influence in convection home industry were 36 industries. Second, there were 3 clusters of convection home industries, those were: Cluster 1, the companies of embroidery convection that lack of success, and Cluster 2 and 3, the company with mass production that success enough and very success. Cluster 1 was categorized as the company that left behind in the competition and its agresivieness and responssiveness is under environment turbulence. Cluster 2 was success enough because the turbulence difference with agresiveness and responssiveness is not wide. Cluster 3 was the best one because the company was number one in the competition and its agresiveness and resposiveness exceed the environment turbulence at this time. Three, to get success in the future, the company need to fulfill the optimal internal condition that suitable with the level of turbulency. It is better for the companies to apply 3 succeed marketing points, those are: to develop the positioning of the products in the specific SBA, create the strong differences, create mark equities, or the emotional relationship with the customers

Abstract

Manufacturing companies have a significant impact on environmental damage, and energy consumption in manufacturing companies is a widespread issue because the energy used is derived from fossil fuels. This research aims to minimize energy consumption using develop Hybrid Grasshopper Algorithm Optimization (HGAO). The focus of the issue in this article is the Permutation Flow Shop Scheduling Problem (PFSSP). A case study was conducted in offset printing firms. The results showed that the HGAO algorithm is capable of reducing energy consumption in offset printing firms. The higher the population of search agents and iterations produces less energy consumption. The HGAO algorithm is also compared with the genetic algorithm (GA). The results show that HGAO is more efficient in reducing energy consumption than GA.

Abstract

Industri manufaktur akhir-akhir ini dituntut untuk memperhatikan isu lingkungan. Pemakaian energi pada produksi umumnya menghasilkan emisi karbon. Emisi karbon ini menjadi permasalahan di lingkungan. Untuk mengurangi pemakaian emisi karbon, penelitian ini menggabungkan metode penjadwalan dan emisi karbon sebagai solusi dalam masalah lingkungan. Kasus pada artikel ini adalah flow shop dependent sequence set-up. Jurnal ini mengusulkan algoritma baru Ant Lion Optimizer (ALO) yang terinspirasi oleh alam untuk meminimasi emisi karbon. Beberapa percobaan numerik dilakukan untuk mengetahui parameter terbaik dari Algoritma ALO. Untuk menguji keefektifan dari algoritma, Algoritma ALO ini dibandingkan dengan beberapa algoritma populer saat ini. Hasil percobaan numerik menunjukan algoritma ALO efektif untuk meminimasi emisi karbon.ABSTRACTManufacture industry recently is required to pay attention of enviromental issue. This study combines scheduling methods and carbon emissions as a solution to environmental issues to reduce the use of carbon emissions. The case in this article is the flow shop dependent sequence set-up. This journal proposes a new Ant Lion Optimizer (ALO) algorithm inspired by nature to minimize carbon emissions. Several numerical experiments were conducted to determine the best parameters of the ALO algorithm. This ALO algorithm is compared with several popular algorithms today. The numerical experiment results show that the ALO algorithm is useful for minimizing carbon emissions.

Abstract

Bunda Mandiri merupakan usaha kecil yang membuat keripik singkong mix sayur dengan merek “Singtoss”. Permasalahan dari aspek produksi adalah waktu pemipihan adonan keripik masih lama karena menggunakan mesin penggiling manual.  Selain itu, pemilik usaha berkeinginan untuk memasarkan produk  ke toko oleh-oleh yang tersebar banyak di wilayah Malang, namun terkendala dengan adanya  persyaratan toko yaitu  mewajibkan produk  memiliki PIRT dan sertifikat halal MUI. Oleh karena itu tujuan program kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan inovasi proses untuk mempercepat waktu pemipihan adonan dan meningkatkan pemasaran produk dengan menciptakan keunggulan melalui produk halal. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui difusi teknologi proses produksi dan pengemasan produk serta advokasi dalam bentuk pendampingan pengajuan sertifikasi halal dan pengoperasian mesin. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM adalah penggunaan mesin penggiling adonan keripik dalam proses produksi, desain kemasan yang baru dengan mencantumkan logo halal MUI, peningkatan pengetahuan pemilik usaha mengenai proses sertifikasi halal dan desain kemasan, serta peningkatan ketrampilan dalam mengoperasikan mesin penggiling. Keberhasilan kegiatan  ini dapat diukur dari peningkatan kuantitas produksi dari 6 kg/hari menjadi 14 kg/hari atau naik 150%. Selain itu omzet penjualan produk naik 1,5-2 kali lipat dibandingkan kondisi awal.

Abstract

The "Ria" home industry has experienced many problems in the production and management processes. In the production process, it has limitations in packaging. In addition, the business financial management aspect is still mixed with household finances. Marketing is done traditionally and has not been effective. This PKM program aims to provide assistance in packaging production tools, provide training related to marketing management and product packaging. The method of activities carried out is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) involving partners. The results of this PKM show that the production packaging process runs smoothly with the presence of a modern sealer, participants' knowledge of the Marketing Mix increases, product marketing is carried out offline and online.

Abstract

Eksistensi cafe dunia bisnis saat ini sangat tinggi, khususnya pada generasi muda yang mendominasi menjadi konsumen cafe. Namun tidak hanya kalangan generasi muda, eksistensi cafe juga dapat mendominasi segala umur. Dalam peningkatan pelayanan untuk loyalitas konsumen, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Senyawa cafe. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan mendiskripsikan keinginan konsumen maka digunakan metode Kansei Engineering dan Model kano. Kedua metode tersebut mampu mengidentifikasikan keinginan serta harapan konsumen secara penuh yang kemudian dapat dijadikan respon dalam memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan Senyawa cafe. Pengelompokkan atribut pada model kano untuk 14 atribut pelayanan didapatkan atribut pada kategori must-be be. Atribut yang termasuk kategori one-dimensional memiliki 15 atribut. Atribut yang termasuk kategori attractive memiliki 1 atribut layana. Pada metode kansei engineering untuk menilai produk atau jasa melalui perasaan dan emosi yang terdiri dari 9 atribut kansei word diantaranya lengkap, nyaman, strategis, professional, raman, murah, bersih, estetik dan menarik

Abstract

PT X is a company that works in the plantation sector, one of which is an orange plantation. In the process of harvesting lime leaves, there are 3 workstations and 4 work activities. Most of the work is done manually with a high workload and repetitive movements, causing musculoskeletal complaints. Workers complain of musculoskeletal disorders while working. During initial observation, there were complaints of pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, waist, thighs, and knees. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the factors that cause musculoskeletal disorders in the orange harvesting process. The method used to solve problems with partners is by using an ergonomic checklist and the PATH method to analyze three physical risk factors in the workplace. Based on the results of data processing using the PATH method, it was found that the biggest risk factors for injury were 45.53% soil hoeing, 42.39% harvesting and 12.08% grass cutting. The proposed improvements given after being analyzed using ergonomic checkpoints are: (1) reducing bending or squatting postures; and (2) providing protectors and covers for lawn mowers and handcarts and handles for tools for harvesting oranges. This proposed improvement is in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals number 3, namely Good Health and Wellbeing for all.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pelatihan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat terkait manajemen proyek dalam bisnis jasa landscaping di Kabupaten Lamongan. Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola proyek-proyek landscaping secara efektif dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahapan utama: Pre-test Awal, Paparan Materi Manajemen Proyek, Pendampingan Manajemen Proyek, dan Post-test Akhir. Enam peserta dari mitra turut serta dalam kegiatan ini. Paparan Materi Manajemen Proyek terkait tentang konsep dasar manajemen proyek, tahapan dalam siklus hidup proyek, pengelolaan risiko, pembuatan jadwal, manajemen sumber daya, dan evaluasi keberhasilan proyek. Selain itu, peserta juga diberikan studi kasus untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pemberdayaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terkait manajemen proyek. Hal ini tercermin dari hasil Post-test Akhir yang menunjukkan peningkatan skor dari Pre-test Awal. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengelola proyek-proyek landscaping dengan lebih terampil dan percaya diri, meningkatkan kualitas hasil akhir proyek, serta mengurangi risiko yang mungkin timbul. Selain itu, artikel ini juga memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan bisnis jasa landscaping di Kabupaten Lamongan serta pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut.
