Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Capital Life Indonesia di Jakarta. Suatu organisasi dapat berjalan efektif apabila fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), pengarahan (actuating) dan pengendalian (controlling) apabila semua itu berfungsi dengan baik, serta unsur-unsur penunjangnya tersedia dan memenuhi persyaratan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 47,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,634 > 1,997). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan sebesar 47,0%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,585 > 1,997). Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,590 + 0,388X1 + 0,440X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 64,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (57,677 > 2,750).

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and sales stability on business survival in companies experiencing financial crisis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several companies facing financial crises in different industries. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with company executives, analysis of financial statements, and evaluation of implemented management strategies. The research was conducted over a three-month period, starting from January to March 2023. The results show that effective financial management is essential to deal with the financial crisis and affects business survival. Companies that are able to manage financial resources well, restructure debt, and optimize the use of capital will have a greater chance of surviving a crisis. In addition, sales stability is also a crucial factor in the survival of the company. Product diversification, market expansion, and efforts to maintain market share help companies to cope with demand fluctuations and reduce the negative impact of the economic crisis. While this research provides valuable insights, there are limitations in the number of case studies and the focus on qualitative data. The implication of this study is that it is important for companies to strengthen financial management and improve sales stability in an effort to overcome the financial crisis and maintain business viability.

This research investigates the interplay between accounting information quality, institutional ownership, financial performance, and capital market reactions within the context of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Employing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), a diverse sample of IDX-listed companies spanning various sectors, sizes, and leverage levels was analyzed. The measurement model assessment confirmed the reliability and validity of selected indicators, while the structural model revealed significant positive relationships between accounting information quality and institutional ownership with capital market reactions. Surprisingly, financial performance did not show a direct impact on market reactions. The model exhibited a good fit, explaining 60.2% of the variance in capital market reactions. Implications for investors and corporate decision-makers are discussed, emphasizing the strategic importance of transparent reporting and attracting institutional investors. Limitations include cross-sectional data and potential endogeneity concerns. This research contributes to the understanding of market dynamics in the Indonesian context and suggests avenues for future exploration.

This activity aims to optimize the management and utilization of organic waste at Ciputat Market, South Tangerang City on June 2022, through the implementation of composting methods and the use of biodigester technology. The activities were conducted at Ciputat Market, a major economic hub with a significant volume of organic waste produced daily. The results show that the composting and biodigester methods significantly reduced the volume of organic waste. The compost produced is nutrient-rich and can be used as an effective natural fertilizer, while the biodigester technology converts organic waste into biogas, an environmentally friendly alternative energy source. This implementation not only helps to reduce waste issues at Ciputat Market but also provides economic benefits to the surrounding community by offering value-added products such as compost and biogas. This approach demonstrates great potential for more efficient and sustainable organic waste management in other traditional markets.

This study aims to analyze the supply chain management of post-harvest agricultural products with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing post-harvest losses. The research subjects are farmers in Cipayung Mas Ciputat, South Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. This research was conducted in May 2024. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. Research participants include farmers, collectors, traders, and distributors. Data processing was carried out using thematic analysis to identify patterns in supply chain management and factors affecting post-harvest losses. The results of the study show that effective supply chain management can significantly reduce post-harvest losses and increase farmers' profits. Key factors identified include efficient storage, rapid distribution, and the use of modern technology in post-harvest processing. The study also found that training and education for farmers on good storage and distribution techniques are essential to improve the quality and quantity of produce reaching the market. This research provides recommendations for stakeholders to invest in storage infrastructure and processing technology, as well as to conduct regular training programs for farmers. By implementing better supply chain management, it is expected to improve farmers' welfare and regional food security

This study aims to evaluate the effect of management education and training on the effectiveness of small business operations. The objective of this study is to determine whether management education and training can improve the effectiveness of operational effectiveness of small businesses, as well as to identify the most effective method of effective in improving such operational effectiveness. This research will be conducted using survey method and statistical data analysis. Data will be collected through questionnaires distributed to small business owners who have participated in the management education and training program, and to who have participated in management education and training programs, as well as those who have not. who have not participated. Globalization has created new challenges for companies to enhance their competitiveness in the global market. The rapidly changing business environment requires the adoption of effective strategic management, including technological innovation, cultural adaptation, sustainability, and human resource management. This study aims to analyze these factors in addressing globalization challenges and provide practical recommendations for companies. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study was conducted over three months with companies from various industrial sectors as subjects. The findings indicate that companies capable of integrating technological innovation and cultural adaptation gain a greater competitive advantage in the global market. Additionally, sustainability and human resource management play critical roles in supporting the implementation of global strategies. However, the greatest challenge is faced by SMEs, which encounter resource limitations in adopting global strategies. The implications of this research highlight the need for government support to accelerate digitalization and enhance human resource capacity. Future researchers are recommended to examine the role of government policies in strengthening the global competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.

This community service aims to empower women's farmer groups in processing post-harvest products, specifically lemongrass lemon basil drink. The target of this activity is the Garuda RW 12 Women's Farmer Group in Cipayung Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, which has great potential in developing processed products from local agricultural produce. The activity was conducted on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the RW 12 Hall Office and the local garden. The method used in this activity includes intensive training and mentoring, covering the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The training encompasses processing techniques, packaging, and marketing strategies for the lemongrass lemon basil drink product. The results show that the women's farmer group can process lemongrass lemon basil drink with good quality standards. Additionally, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of group members in technical and managerial aspects. The products also received positive feedback from the local market, reflected in increased sales and consumer interest. The implications of this activity are the enhancement of the economic welfare of the women's farmer group through the diversification of post-harvest processed products and the strengthening of their capacity to develop small-scale agricultural-based businesses. This empowerment is expected to serve as a model that can be applied in other villages with similar conditions

Protecting the environment is not just a task, but a moral responsibility that must be borne by every individual. However, it is unfortunate that many people still neglect environmental cleanliness, especially in the process of waste management. The 3R principle, which consists of Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle, is an important approach in managing waste and maintaining environmental sustainability. This community service activity aims to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of the 3R principle and creative ways to apply it in daily life. The program involves target partners from the Garuda 12 Women's Farmer Group in Cipayung Village, Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, with a total of 50 participants. The implementation methods include seminars, workshops, and direct practice held over one day on May 19, 2024. In this activity, participants were provided with theoretical explanations as well as practical demonstrations on how to apply the 3R principles in daily activities. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' awareness and skills in better waste management. Qualitatively, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active involvement in discussions and Q&A sessions. Quantitatively, there was a significant increase in participants' understanding of the 3R principles, measured through pre-tests and post-tests. It is hoped that this activity can inspire significant and sustainable behavioral changes in protecting the environment
