Abstract

Sediaan tablet terdiri atas zat aktif dan eksipien. Eksipien atau zat tambahan pada formulasi tablet dapat berupa zat pengisi, zat pengikat dan adhesif, disintegran (penghancur), lubrikan, glidan, antiadheren, adsorben, zat penyedap, dan zat pewarna. Eksipien merupakan zat inert secara fisik, kimia, dan farmakologi yang ditambahkan ke dalam formulasi sediaan tablet untuk membantunya memenuhi persyaratan proses teknologi, persyaratan spesifikasi teknis, fisik, penampilan, persyaratan mutu resmi (farmakope). Eksipien penting untuk sediaan tablet adalah bahan penghancur. Bahan penghancur mempengaruhi pelepasan zat aktif obat dari sediaan untuk kemudian dapat memberikan efek terapi yang diinginkan. Salah satu bahan penghancur adalah amilum atau pati. Tanaman yang berpotensi memiliki kadar pati yang tinggi adalah talas beneng. Umbi Xanthosoma undipes K. Koch sendiri memiliki kadar pati sebesar 15.21%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pati talas beneng terhadap kadar dan batas mikroba tablet parasetamol 500 mg. Pembuatan tablet dilakukan dengan kempa langsung dengan variasi konsentrasi pati talas beneng sebagai penghancur yaitu 0% (FI), 5% (FII), 10% (FIII) dan 15% (IV). Hasil penetapan kadar menunjukkan bahwa semua formulasi memenuhi persyaratan kadar Farmakope Indonesia yaitu FI = 100,27%; FII = 99,95%; FIII = 100,06%; dan FIV 99,85%. Uji batas mikroba menunjukkan bahwa Angka Lempeng Total FI = 20 cfu/g; FII = 35 cfu/g; FIII = 10 cfu/g; FIV = 50 cfu/g. Angka Kapang Kamir yaitu FI = 110 cfu/g; FII = 100 cfu/g; FIII = 50 cfu/g; FIV = 150 cfu/g. Uji bakteri patogen menunjukkan bahwa semua formula tidak tercemar bakteri patogen. Abstract

Abstract. Children's development is usually accompanied by growth so it is more optimal and depends on a person's biological potential. This potential is the result of the interaction of various interrelated factors, namely genetic factors, bio-physical-psycho-social environment and behavior. The unique process and different end results give each child its own characteristics. This research uses a critical review method by reading various books, journals, or other publications related to the research topic discussed by comparing research methods, processing methods, and the results obtained from each article. The research results show that language development in late childhood can be seen from speech progress such as increasing vocabulary, forming sentences and pronunciation. In late childhood, language development reaches a higher level. Children are able to use more complex sentences. Emotional development in late childhood involves various changes and existence caused by learning experiences and self-understanding. Social development occurs quickly, and children begin to learn to adapt to their surroundings. Social development in children requires the role of parents, educators (teachers) and the environment in synergy to develop social aspects in children so that they are able to socialize with the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran dan tantangan di era digital saling berakaitan erat. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang membawa inovasi seperti mengubah cara siswa belajar, dari metode tradisional seperti buku cetak menjadi media digital  interaktif seperti video pembelajaran dan lain sebagainya, menyediakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih interaktif, memungkinkan siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, dan menawarkan banyak peluang untuk meningkatkan pendidikan, ada berbagai kendala yang perlu diatasi agar manfaat tersebut dapat dirasakan secara merata oleh semua siswa. Penghubung antara media pembelajaran dan tantangan era digital adalah penggunaan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan media pembelajaran di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa studi literatur, yaitu buku, artikel, dan referensi lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan informasi tentang media pembelajaran dalam era digital seperti media pembelajaran baru berbasis digital, yaitu AR (Augmented Reality) dan VR (Virtual Reality). Implementasi penelitian bahwa hasil penelitian menjadi rujukan referensi untuk memilih media pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe narrative design yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan matematika realisistik di Sekolah Dasar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Tempat dan peristiwa yaitu di MIN 1 Lombok Tengah, dan peristiwa dalam penelitian ini adalah kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan matematika realistik, (2) Partisipan berjumlah 3 guru mata pelajaran matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Upaya guru dalam penerapan matematika realistik: a) Menggunakan benda konkret, b) Menggunakan Puzzle berhitung, c) Menggunakan soal cerita. 2) Permasalahan guru dalam penerapan matematika realistik: a) Belum memahami konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan, b) Sulit memahami soal dalam bentuk cerita, c) Minat literasi dan numerasi siswa yang rendah, d)  Kondisi kelas yang gemuk, e) Kurangnya perhatian terhadap kemampuan awal siswa. 3) Upaya guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan matematika realistik: a) Mengadakan les CaLisTung, b) Mengklasifikasi kemampuan siswa, c) Memberikan PR dan latihan soal secara terus menerus, d) Mengadakan kegiatan Iqro’ Numerasi, e) Melakukan penilaian sebanyak 2 kali dalam 1 Tujuan Pembeajaran.

Abstract

The phenomenon of discrimination in group task distribution within higher education remains a social issue that rarely receives serious attention, particularly within the Islamic Guidance and Counseling department. This study aims to identify the forms, causes, and potential solutions to discrimination experienced by students in group work contexts. Employing a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews with four informants. The findings reveal that discrimination arises due to stereotypes, unequal contributions, personal conflicts, and weak group communication. Proposed solutions include random group assignments, clear initial agreements on task distribution, and individual contribution assessments. These findings underscore the importance of instilling values of justice, inclusivity, and collaborative ethics in higher education learning environments.

Abstract

Family Psychodynamics is a counseling approach that focuses on understanding the psychological dynamics in family relationships, especially conflicts and tensions arising from past experiences, with the aim of understanding relationship patterns, resolving conflicts, and improving relationships. This research uses a literature study approach. Literature study is a required activity in research, which aims to develop theoretical and practical aspects. The results of the study show that the three family counseling approaches can be applied in the Indonesian context to help families overcome problems and improve harmony. For example, family psychodynamics can help Indonesian families overcome conflicts arising from past experiences, such as rapid social and cultural changes. Behavioral counseling can help Indonesian families overcome behavioral problems in children and adolescents, such as juvenile delinquency. Structural family approach can help Indonesian families understand and overcome problems related to the roles and functions of family members in the context of Indonesian culture and tradition.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with high diversity, both in terms of ethnicity, religion, culture and language. This diversity is the nation's wealth, but it can also be a potential for the emergence of division and conflict. Efforts to maintain national unity and unity are very important in the Indonesian context. National integrity is an important parameter in realizing national unity and integrity. The purpose of this writing is to understand the urgency of national integrity as national unity and integrity. By using the Literature review method, namely collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or science from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show the importance of national integration: National integration is very important to build the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation. This integration reflects an effort to combine various elements in society, including ethnicity, culture and religion, into one strong national entity. Preventing Internal Conflict: National integration plays an important role in preventing internal conflict that could threaten the integrity of the country. This integration helps reduce inequality and injustice, which are the roots of internal conflict. Building National Identity: National integration helps build and strengthen national identity. National identity is the basis for citizens' sense of pride in their country. Through integration, shared values, national symbols and shared history can be explored and promoted. Development of National Integration: National integration enables countries to provide better services and build national unity. This integration also helps raise awareness of a common identity, strengthen national identity, and build national unity.
