Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, locus of control, and individual characteristics individually and together on employee job satisfaction in Tiroang District Pinrang Regency. The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted in the District of Tiroang Pinrang Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of Tiroang Subdistrict, Pinrang Regency, amounting to 38 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 38 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) The results showed that there was an influence between leadership style, locus of control and individual characteristics individually and together on the job satisfaction of Tiroang District Pinrang District employees, as well as the variables of the most dominant individual characteristics influencing the job satisfaction of Tiroang District Pinrang District employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of individual competence, work discipline and partial supervision of employee work productivity, (2) the effect of individual competence, work discipline and supervision simultaneously on employee work productivity, (3) analyze which variable is the most dominant affect employee productivity. The sample of this study was 36 respondents of Barru Regency Cooperative, SME and Trade Service employees, using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) individual competence (X1) and supervision (X2) have a positive and partially significant effect on work productivity, with a tcount of 2.235> ttable 2.036; and tcount 2.126> ttable 2.0. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on work productivity with a tcount of 0.623 <ttable 2.036, (2) F test results indicate that individual competence, work discipline and supervision have a simultaneous effect on work productivity, this can be seen from the Fcount value of 11.391> Ftable 2.86. Determinant coefficient test results show that the influence of independent variables (individual competence, work discipline and supervision) on the dependent variable (work productivity) is only 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other variables not examined, (3) Variables the most dominant individual competencies influence employee productivity

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze (1) the direct effect of compensation and work discipline on employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (2) the direct effect of compensation, work discipline and morale on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office Barru Regency (3) the direct effect of compensation and work discipline on performance through employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Barru Regency (4) The indirect influence of work competency and discipline on performance through employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Services District Barru. This research design uses survey research.. The population in this study included all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru Regency, amounting to 81 people. Sampling of this study was conducted by using a saturated sampling technique (census), which determines the entire population to be sampled as many as 81 employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Barru District. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a direct positive effect on compensation and work discipline on employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru District (2) there was a direct positive effect on compensation, work discipline and morale on employee performance at the Department of Work General and Spatial Planning of Barru Regency (3) there is a direct positive effect on compensation and work discipline through employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning (4) there is an indirect positive effect on competence and work discipline on performance through employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pariwisata kabupaten Polewali mandar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan dengan instrumen utama adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel sensus). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara parsial terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. , 2) secara simultan terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja. This study aims to test and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of leadership, motivation and competence on employee performance at the tourism office in Polewali Mandar district. The method used is a field survey with the main instrument is a questionnaire. This study used the entire population as the research sample (census sample). Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 1) It is partially proven that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Tourism Office. 2) it is simultaneously proven that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work motivation, and competence on the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Tourism Office. This study also proves that work motivation is the most dominant factor affecting performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) ApakahFasiltas, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. 2) Apakah Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. 3) Variabel manakah yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar ?Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar.Jumlah Populasi sebanyak 1.518 nasabah. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 94 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Fasilitas (X1) sebesar 0,154, Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) sebesar 0,557, dan Kualitas Produk (X3) sebesar 0,223 berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar, artinya Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk dapat meningkatkan dan memberikan kepuasan terhadap nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. 2) Fasilitas (X1) sebesar 0,154, Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) sebesar 0,557, dan Kualitas Produk(X3) sebesar 0,223 berpengaruh secara simultan sebesar 63.3% terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. Artinya Fasilitas, KualitasPelayanan dan Kualitas Produk dapat meningkatkan dan memberikan kepuasan terhadap nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. 3) Kualitas Pelayanan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. This research aims to analyze (1) the effect of facilities, service quality, and product quality partially toward the customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar (2) the effect of facilities, service quality, and product quality simultaneously toward the customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah. Niaga Madani Makassar (3) the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar.This research was conducted at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. The type in this research is a Field Research with quantitative methods. The population was 1,518 customers and determine the sample using the Slovin formula as many as 94 customers. The analysis method used was a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the support of SPSS version 25 software.Based on the research results, (1) facility (X1) 0.154, service quality (X2) 0.557, and product quality (X3) 0.223 partially affect the customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. This means that these three variables can increase and provide satisfaction to customers at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani (2) facilities (X1) 0.154, service quality (X2) 0.557, and product quality (X3) 0.223 have a simultaneous effect of 63.3 % of customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian survei. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan akuntabilitas, transparansi, kapasitas, responsivitas dan keadilan terhadap kinerja ASN pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan random sampling (acak) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 pegawai. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Uji t secara parsial menunujukkan bahwa akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN dan transparansi, kapasitas, responsivitas dan keadilan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. Sedangkan Uji F menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas, transparansi, kapasitas, responsivitas dan keadilan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja ASN pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare dan uji beta menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ASN This research is a quantitative study using a survey research design. The research objective was to test and analyze the effect of the implementation of accountability, transparency, capacity, responsiveness, and justice on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare. The population used in this study were 86 employees at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare. The samples were determined using random sampling and in order to obtain 39 employees. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the t-test partially show that accountability has a positive and significant effect on civil servants performance and transparency, capacity, responsiveness and justice do not significantly influence civil servants performance. While the F test shows that accountability, transparency, capacity, responsiveness, and justice simultaneously influence the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the City of Parepare and the beta test shows that accountability is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of civil servants

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: pengaruh stres, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada sekretariat daerah kabupaten barru, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru yang berjumlah 95 orang. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh (sensus) yakni dengan menentukan semua populasi sebagai sampel total sebanyak 95 orang pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan stress kerja secara sendiri-sendiri (parsial) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, dengan titung = 7.903., 7.312 dan 8.483 > tabel = 2,00. TolakH0, Terima H1. sehingga stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru, dimana Fitung = 5,382 > Fabel = 2,65. TolakH0, Terima H1, sehingga stress kerja, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru. Variabel kepuasan kerja yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru dilihat dari nilai determinasi yang paling besar yaitu 0,738.Variabel kepuasan kerja yang paling dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Barru dilihat dari nilai determinasi yang paling besar yaitu 0,738. Reject H0, Accept H1. so work stress has a significant effect on the work performance of Barru Regency Daerah Secretariat employees. There is a positive and significant influence of motivation together (simultaneously) on the work performance of Barru Regency Daerah Secretariat employees, where Fitung = 5.382> Fable = 2.65. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, beban kerja dan kerjasama terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene, serta variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene. Waktu Penelitian dilakukan bulan April 2021. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene yang berjumlah 83 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kerjasama secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene, sedangkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene 3) Variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai OPD Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Majene This study aims to determine and analyze: The influence of participatory leadership style, workload and cooperation on job satisfaction of the employees of Housing and Land Areas in Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variables that have an effect on job satisfaction of the employees of the Housing Area Housing and Land OPD in Majene Regency. The research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the OPD of Housing and Settlement Areas in Majene Regency. When the research was conducted in April 2021. The population of the study was all staff of the OPD Housing Areas and Lands of Majene Regency, totaling 83 people. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) secara parsial kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. 2) pengaruh secara simultan Kepemimpinan, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selata. 3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada, yaitu sebanyak 58 orang pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Ini berarti bahwa, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Kepemimpinan tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan Kepemimpinan, Budaya Kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja berpengaruh dominan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik budaya kerja akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Propinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to analyze 1) partially leadership, work culture and competence on the performance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Plantation Service Employees. 2) the simultaneous influence of leadership, work culture and competence on employee performance at the Industry Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on employee performance at the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted on the employees of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, as many as 58 employees of the Plantation Service of West Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: partially, work culture and competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service Employees. This means that, work culture and competence can improve employee performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service. Leadership has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership, work culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the West Sulawesi Province Plantation Service Employees. Partially, it shows that the work culture variable has a dominant effect on the Performance of the Plantation Office of West Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) Pengaruh komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. 2) Pengaruh komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. 3) Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. Topik ini dipilih mengingat ketatnya persaingan di dunia usaha bidang konsultansi belakangan ini dan diperlukan mencari terobosan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan anggota. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara parsial masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. Ini berarti bahwa komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. Komunikasi informal, kompensasi non finansial dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar. Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin meningkat motivasi akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Kantor Perkindo Makassar This study aims to analyze 1) The effect of informal communication, non-financial compensation and motivation partially on the performance of Perkindo Makassar employees. 2) The effect of informal communication, non-financial compensation and motivation simultaneously on the performance of Perkindo Makassar employees. 3) The most dominant variable has an effect on the performance of Perkindo Makassar office employees. This topic was chosen considering the intense competition in the consulting business world lately and it is necessary to find a breakthrough in an effort to improve the performance of employees and members. The results of the study conclude that: informal communication, non-financial compensation and motivation partially each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Perkindo Makassar employees. This means that informal communication, non-financial compensation and motivation can improve the performance of Perkindo Makassar employees. Informal communication, non-financial compensation and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Perkindo Makassar employees. Partially shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the Perkindo Makassar Office employees, this shows that the higher the motivation, the more the Perkindo Makassar Office employees' performance will increase
