Abstract

Pelanggan menginginkan pelayanan yang dapat memunculkan kepuasan tersendiri agar pelanggan dapat kembali menggunakan jasa tersebut. Pada dasarnya kepuasan pelanggan terletak pada kualitas layanan jasa. Lean service digunakan untuk pendekatan yang membuat suatu sistem service menjadi optimal dan efektif. Permasalahan pada proses pelayanan yang terjadi pada loket pemesanan tiket kereta api. Pada proses pemesanan tiket kereta api masih terdapat pemborosan waktu yang menimbulkan waktu tunggu antrian lama. Konsep pengerjaan untuk mengurangi pemborosan waktu tunggu yaitu dengan metode lean service. Alat-alat yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan menggunakan value stream mapping. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan waktu tunggu value stream mapping current state sebesar 2035 detik sedangkan pada waktu proses value stream mapping future state sebesar 1901 detik. Terdapat pengurangan waktu sebesar 5.04%.

Abstract

Abstract

A power flow analysis is a study that aims to obtain information on the electrical network system. production development of PT. Trias Sentosa, Tbk. very fast. Especially in the production section, there are always additions and updates to machines, so the burden that is borne will also increase. As a result, in carrying out their duties, the machines will always experience malfunctions or errors. To minimize these conditions, it is necessary to have a power flow analysis in order to review the condition of the electric power system. The benefit of this power flow analysis is that it can determine the condition of an unbalanced load. In research that uses manual calculations and calculations on this ETAP, using the current equation method to get the results of the power flow analysis. case studies of monitored power flow analysis in the form of voltage profiles, output power, input power, transformer loading, power loss values, voltage drop values, and load imbalance values

Abstract

The most basic problem in distributing electrical energy is the quality and availability of electrical energy to consumers. The use of system reliability in a 20 kV distribution network is a very important factor in determining steps that ensure correct handling, as well as the underlying problems in the network, so that these disturbances can be overcome. methods to evaluate a distribution system's reliability index. Its development is very fast. One of them uses the section technique method and the combined RIA-section technique method. The final result of a reliability index is obtained from the sum of each section. But the Section Technique method only uses the failure rate parameter, namely the failure rate with a long enough repair interval (sustained failure rate). The section technique method also has the advantage that it divides the evaluation of the reliability index into small parts, so that ordinary errors can be minimized and also require a short time [1]. The result of the SAIDI Section Technique method is 2.45068492 hours/customer/year. Then, adding the momentary failure rate parameter in the calculation, the SAIDI value is 0.00233399 hours/customer/year. Then in the section technique method, the CAIDI value is 3.150000375 hours/customer/year, but when the momentary failure rate parameter is added, the CAIDI value is 0.00300000 hours/customer/year.

Abstract

Load conditions that go up and down can affect the life of the transformer. Therefore, it is very important to know the loss of life of the transformer every day when experiencing an increase in load because it can help when the transformer will stop functioning or stop being reliable and stable. For this transformer age analysis, using the Probabilistic Neural Network (PNN) method, how PNN works is based on calculating the value of the probability density function (fi(x)) for each data point (vector). For normalized data (vector) x and xij, the function (f(x)) is a Bayesian decision-making function (g(x)). The highest aging rate occurs at night due to the use of peak loads in the electric power system at night, so it will have an impact on the capacity of the transformer, which causes the transformer to break down faster or the life of the transformer to decrease faster. The remaining life of transformer 1 is 23.957 years, with an aging rate of 0.248 hours/day

Abstract

Kabupaten Alor merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur yang terletak di bagian timur laut. Kabupaten Alor terdiri dari tiga pulau besar dan enam pulau kecil yang saat ini ada penghuninya. Alor yang memiliki luas 2.928,88 km2 terdiri dari 17 Kecamatan. Ibu kota Kabupaten Alor adalah Kota Kalabahi. Kota Kalabahi terletak di Kecamatan Teluk Mutiara. Berdasarkan Sensus Penduduk pada tahun 2020, Kabupaten Alor dihuni sekitar 211.872 jiwa. Dari jumlah tersebut, seperempatnya tinggal di Kecamatan Teluk Mutiara yaitu sebesar 25,18 persen. Pengangkutan sampah sangat dipengaruhi oleh laju pertumbuhan, baik dari sektor industri, ekonomi, pertanian maupun perdagangan. Pertumbuhan tersebut memacu kebutuhan armada yang berakibat pada peningkatan kebutuhan armada pengangkutan sampah. Ketersediaan armada ini juga berdampak pada persentase pelayanan pengelolaan sampah di suatu kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengangkutan sampah permukiman perkotaan dengan  menggunakan kendaraan dump truck. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 2 kendaraan dump truk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Total waktu pengangkutan sampah dump truck dengan nomor polisi B 9625 WQ yaitu 4,35 jam, total waktu kerja di lapangan 6,61 jam, dan jarak yang ditempuh yaitu 45,06. Total waktu pengangkutan sampah dump truck dengan nomor polisi DH 908 F yaitu 4,31 jam, total waktu kerja di lapangan 5,74 jam, dan jarak yang ditempuh yaitu 41,62 km. Hal ini disebabkan kondisi kendaraan B 9625 WQ memiliki kerusakan ringan dan DH 908 F dalam kondisi rusak berat. Hal ini mengakibatkan pembagian rute pengangkutan sampah kurang merata, dampaknya waktu efektif kerja setiap pengemudi kendaraan dan timbulan sampah yang terangkut antar pengemudi kendaraan pengangkut sampah tidak seimbang.

Abstract

A reliable protection system is tasked with tracking and finding faults quickly so that it can quickly isolate the disturbed system so that it does not interfere with the system above it. The protection system can be said to be reliable if when the disturbance is in progress, the closest cb will immediately work and cut off the electricity so as not to interfere with other systems. Therefore, a coordination system is needed, namely the Overcurrent Relay on the Pandaan and Sukorejo feeder channel reclosers. The coordination of this protection system is intended so that, when one of the BUS is disturbed, this system will feel an imbalance that causes the continuity of power flow to be disrupted, so it is necessary to set overcurrent relays in order to obtain good settings and electrical equipment can be avoided from all kinds of damage. After calculating and correcting the Over Current Relay setting on the Pickup Current and Time Dial values, the new settings applied have worked according to their respective functions when a disturbance occurs. The T value used from the closest to the load is 0.3, then 0.5 seconds, and the far end with the load is 0.9, then 1.1 seconds

Abstract

Sasa Inti Ltd.-Gending Plant intends to increase the load on its electrical system to support factory production activities. Therefore, it is necessary to reset the protection system in the existing electrical system or after planning for additional loads. In addition to resetting the protection system, an evaluation of short-circuit current is also needed for this research. The coordination of the protection system between phase fault relay and ground fault relay was simulated using ETAP software. Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing need for fuel consumption is not in line with the diminishing availability of fossil fuels. At every rice mill, there will always be a pile, even mountains of husks, which are getting higher and higher. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the management of rice husk waste into briquettes, which can be a solution that can convert agricultural waste into fuel with a fairly good conversion efficiency. The method used in this research is the carbonization method. The carbonization or charcoal process is the process of converting raw materials into black carbon by burning in a closed space with limited or minimal air. In the testing process, the researcher used 2 factors to determine the results of the two samples, namely the physical factor, namely the factor used to test the physical sample and the combustion effectiveness factor, namely the factor used to determine how long it took to burn the sample.
