Abstract

Penelitian tentang “UJI MACAM BIBIT DAN DOSIS PUPUK KANDANG AYAM TERHADAP KERUSAKAN UMBI HAMA BOLENG (Cylas formicarius) PADA TANAMAN UBI JALAR” telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 01 November 2018 sampai tanggal 15 Pebruari 2019, bertempat di Dusun Tegalrejo, Desa Kuto, Kecamatn Kerjo, Kabuaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji macam bibit dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam terhadap kerusakan umbi hama boleng (Cylas formicarius) pada tanaman ubi jalar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) terdiri dari 2 faktor : Faktor pertama adalah macam bibit (B), terdiri dari 2 macam, yaitu ; B1 : Bibit bagian pucuk, B2 : Bibit bagian batang. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam (K),  terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu : K0 : 0,0  gram/tanaman, K1 : 176 gram/tanaman, K2 : 208 gram/tanaman, K3 : 240 gram/tanaman, K4 : 272 gram/tanaman Dari kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 10 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing-masing diulang 3 kali sehingga keseluruhan diperoleh 30 kombinasi perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, dilanjutkan dengan Uji beda Nyata Jujur pada taraf nyata 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat disusun kesimpulan yaitu penggunaan bibit bagian batang tidak berpengaruh nyata dalam meningkatkan kerusakan pada umbi yang disebabkan hama boleng karena bibit bagian batang mempunyai struktur yang keras berbeda dengan bibit bagian pucuk yang mempunyai struktur lunak, rata-rata hasil parameter-parameter berikut menunjukkan bahwa intensitas serangan hama terendah terdapat pada perlakuan bibit bagian batang yaitu 22,37 %, jumlah ubi boleng terendah 0,58 ubi pertanaman, berat ubi boleng terendah terdapat pada perlakuan bibit bagian pucuk yaitu 71,64gram, berat ubi sehat tertinggi terdapat pada bagian batang yaitu 608,33 gram ,jumlah ubi sehat terendah 4,75 ubi pertanaman

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research about the effect of application time of purple nutsedge and spiny amaranth extracts on the growth and yield of tomato was conducted at Mojosongo Surakarta from March until June 2008.Research aimed was to know that the spiny amaranth (Amaranthus spinosus) had the effect as the purple nutsedge (Cyperus rotundus) and are there different of alellophatic activity on either weeds .Polybag experiment conducted in the plastic house,arranged in randomized complete block design [RCBD] with two factors and replicated three times.The first factor was special of weed,consisted of two levels; spiny amaranth and purple nutsedge.the second factor was time application of weed extract, consisted of three lefels; 2,4 and 6 weeks after planting. Result of the analysis showed that spiny amaranth had effect and alellopathic potential as the purple nutsedge. Extract of weed kind and application time of weeds extract did not affected on the growth of tomato. Application time of extract affected on yield of tomato. There were interaction between application time of extract  and kind of weeds. Key words : application time, weed extract , yield of tomato

PENGGUNAAN BEBERAPA TAKARAN DAN JENIS MULSA GULMA SERTA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP EFISIENSI PENGENDALIAN GULMA DAN HASIL KEDELAI THE USING OF SOME DOSAGES AND KINDS OF WEED MULCH AND IT’S EFFECTS ON WEED CONTROL EFFICIENCY AND SOYBEAN YIELD   Kharis Triyono   Abstract A research has been conducted in Tegal Gedhe village, Karanganyar Regency Central Java started June 2010 until September 2010. The object of the research is to observe the using of some dosages and kinds of weed mulch on weed control efficiency and soybean yield. Randomized Completely Block Design was used by factorial with three replication . Dosages factors were : 7 , 14, and 21 ton ha-1. While kinds of weed mulch were : cogon grass, water hyacinth and in situ. The result showed that dosages and kinds of weed mulch individually , effect weed control efficiency at 21 and 42 DAP, number pod per plant, number seed per plant and seed dry yield. There were interaction between dosage and kinds of weed mulch on number seed per plant and seed dry yield. Dosages of weed mulch of cogon grass at 21 ton ha-1 could increase seed dry yield to 56 percent. Keywords : Weed mulch, cogon grass, water hyacinth, soybean

Abstract

ABSTRACT The experiment was conducted the study the effect of plant spacing and weed control methods on the growth and yield of soybean. The experiment was done from April to July 2009 in Jumantono Karanganyar Central Java. RCBD was used experiment with three replication. The plant spacing were 40 x 15 cm (J1) and 30 x 20 cm (J2). The four treatment of weed control methods were without weeding control (G0), twice weeding (G1), application of fomesafen herbicide (G2) and rice straw mulch (G3). The result showed that application of fomesafen herbicide decreased weed growyh and its dry weight ; and increased soybean yield. It was higher than another weed control The plant spacing effect leaves area at 6 week and soybean yield per plot. Key word : plant spacing, weed control method, soybean yield

Abstract

ABSTRACT Research goals: to determine the qualitative and quantitative nature of the Agricultural Soil Landslide Prone on the slopes of the Western Region District Karanganyar Lawu Volcanic following   soil classification and the factors that affect soil formation. This research through a survey with primary data collection techniques in observation (boring and soil profile descriptions) as well as laboratory analysis of soil physical properties in particular.Place of research on landslide prone soils: Kec. Karangpandan / Ds Gerdu, district. Tawangmangu / Ds Plumbon, district.Ngargoyoso / Ds.Nglegok, district. Jatiyoso / Dsn Margorejo, district. Jenawi / Ds Seloromo, district. Kerjo / Ds Plosorejo. The time is August until October2011 In conclusion: 1). Regional District. Karanganyar including landslide-prone areas of the existing 17 districts there are 12 to 15 districts are prone to landslides So every time the rainy season there are certain areas affected by landslides, 2). Lawu as one important source of agricultural production in the district.Karanganyar; 3). Soil properties in the Regional District.Karanganyar quite fertile making it suitable for most agricultural business district areas. Karanganyar have properties and the same relative level of landslides (soil properties, geographic conditions, and weather); 4). The area around the avalanche (avalanche prone) still has good potential for farming as long as accompanied by environmentally sound land conservation efforts; 5). Soil Forming Factors that influence: climate, parent material (G. Lawu), and organisms (organic material and vegetation); 6). The results of soil classification obtained andosol name (PPT Bogor and FAO / UNESCO) or Hapludands (USDA Soil Taxonomy) for Ds.Plumbon Kec.Tawangmangu, and Kambisol (PPT Bogor and FAO / UNESCO) or Eutropepts (USDA Soil Taxonomy) for Ds. Plosorejo Kec.Kerjo, Ds. Nglegok district.Ngargoyoso, Ds Seloromo district. Jenawi, Dsn Margorejo district. Jatiyoso, Ds Gerdu district. Karangapandan., Key words: Assessment, Nature Landslide, Slope Mountain.

Abstract

Kajian macam pupuk kandang pada 3 jenis padi terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae.) telah dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 17 Oktober 2018 sampai 31 Januari 2019 di Dusun Brongsongan, Desa Sidorejo, Kecamatan Bendosari, Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan ketinggian tempat 104 m diatas permukaan laut dan jenis tanah gromosol. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji macam pupuk kandang pada 3 jenis padi terhadap intensitas penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan metode Split Plot / tata letak RPT ( Rancangan Petak Terpisah ) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu penggunaan  macam pupuk kandang sebagai sub plot / anak petak dan jenis padi sebagai main plot / petak utama sehingga diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing diulang 3 kali sehingga di peroleh 36 kombinasi. Adapun kedua faktor tersebut adalah : (1). Jenis Padi (V) sebagai main plot / petak utama yaitu : V1 padi hitam, V2 padi merah, V3 padi putih (2). Macam Pupuk Kandang (P) sebagai sub plot / anak petak yaitu : P0 tanpa pupuk kandang, P1 pupuk kandang sapi, P2 pupuk kandang kambing, P3 pupuk kandang ayam.  Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Ragam, yang dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil pada taraf 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gejala penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae) muncul pertama kali pada umur 30 hari setelah tanam pada jenis padi hitam (V1), sedangkan gejala penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae) merata pada jenis padi hitam (V1) dan putih (V3). Intensitas penyakit bercak daun (Helminthosporium oryzae) terendah pada jenis padi merah sedangkan intensitas penyakit bercak daun tertinggi pada penggunaan pupuk kandang ayam pada jenis padi hitam dan putih Penggunaan pupuk kandang kambing pada jenis padi merah memberikan hasil tertinggi pada berat kering panen yaitu 421,21 gram dan berat kering gilling yaitu 283,70 gram.

Abstract

ABSTRACTS Indonesia become the one of biodiversity center in the world and it is known as the megabiodiversity country. It is as natur wealth which can be useful at recent or in the fiture. The problems of providing food will become the one of main challenge of development, because of population always increase. Actually biodiversity in Indonesia as “Emas hijau” which can be used as alternative to cope the problems of providing food. Althought biodiversity the latest in fact is :1) it is abundant yet we are poor of knowledge 2) it is potensial but it is not discovered and useless 3) it has future chances, yet we abandoned it. Abstract

ABSTRACTField experiment was conducted to know the effect of glyphosate dose and plantspacing on the growth of weeds and to know the effect on the growth and yield of corn(zea mays L.).The factorial experiment conducted in Genengan Jumantono Karanganyar,used randomized completely block design (RCBD) consited of two factors, with threetimes replicated. The first factor was dose of glyphosate which consisted of four level :glyphosate 0 l/ha (G0), glyphosate 4 l/ha (G1), glyphosate 6 l/ha (G2), glyphosate 8 l/ha(G3). The second factor was plant spacing which consisted of three levels : 80 x 20 cm(J1), 80 x 30 cm (J2) , 80 x 40 cm (J3).Result of the experiment showed that application of gkphosate coused shifted inweeds composition, before sprayed Imperata cylindrica was dominated and aftersprayed did not dominate again. Plant spacing did not affect on the weeds and corngrowth, but affected on the yield of corn. Different dose of glyphosate did not affectsignificantly on the yield of corn, but by increasinjg dose of glyphosate was applied moredepressing on weeds, so the yield of corn more increasing.Key words : Glyphosate dose, plant spacing,yield of corn

Abstract

Intisari   Lingkungan hidup adalah sistem yang merupakan kesatuan ruang dengan semua benda, daya, keadaan dan makhluk hidup termasuk manusia dengan pelakunya yang mempengaruhi kelangsungan perikehidupan dan kesejahteraan manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Pembangunan merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup secara bertahap dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang dimiliki negara secara bijaksana sebagai landasan pembangunan tahap berikutnya. Kebijaksanaan pendidikan khususnya di UNISRI memerlukan keterpaduan wawasan yang lebih luas, di samping wawasan kebangsaan, budi pekerti dan atau agama diperlukan wawasan tentang kehidupan, hidup dengan mengetengahkan keterkaitan dan dukungan berbagai faktor untuk memberi makna kehidupan yang lebih baik. Penekanan pada pemahaman tentang kehidupan dan lingkungan hidup memerlukan pendekatan integral yang holistik dengan mengacu pada sistem yang berbeda-beda dari setiap sektor kegiatan manusia.   Kata kunci : Pendidikan lingkungan, mahasiswa dan pelaku pembangunan
