World Food Security Summit held in November 2009 produced a commitment to increase investment in agriculture and eliminating hunger sooner than originally targeted, as well as to reduce poverty and food security for the community. Consistent with the policy of autonomy, in order to develop the agricultural sector investments, then each area is expected to attract as many investors are willing to invest for the development of their respective regions.

Box-Jenkins Models in the Framework to Forecast Bali Province Gross Domestic Product. Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) is the most widely used indikator of development. In order to make development plan of an area with effective and responsible principal, it required a valid estimate of GDP. The presence of relatifly large gap between targets and achievements of the Bali Provincial economic growth during 2008-2012, and given the importance of GDP as an indikator of regional economic performance, it is necessary to do research on the application of Box-Jenkins models in order to forecast Bali Province GDP. This study aims to create a model of the Bali Provincial GDP estimates using data from the first quarter of GDP in 2000 to fourth quarter of GDP in 2012 with constant prices of 2000, which is sourced from BPS of Bali Province. The analysis technique is applied to the Box- Jenkins models or Autoregresive Integreted Moving Average (ARIMA).The results showed that by using the data of Bali Provincial GDP first quarter of 2000 to the fourth quarter of 2012, concluded that the best model to use as a forecast model is ARIMA (2,1,0). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial terhadap pendapatan, menganalisis faktor produksi terhadap pendapatan, menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan, menganalisis pengaruh faktor produksi terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Kabupaten Jembrana, dan menganalisis pengaruh modal sosial dan faktor produksi melalui mediator pendapatan terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Kabupaten Jembrana. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan mengambil sampel 98 responden dari populasi sejumlah 4.876 orang, dengan teknik analisis data statistik deskriptif dan analisis Jalur SEM PLS. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian menunjukan: 1) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan; Faktor Produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan; 2) Modal sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Kabupaten Jembrana; Faktor Produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Kabupaten Jembrana; 3) Pendapatan memediasi pengaruh modal sosial dan faktor produksi terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan di Kabupaten Jembrana. Kata Kunci :Kesejahteraan, Pendapatan, Modal sosial, Faktor Produksi, dan Nelayan.

Economic growth is an indicator of country’s economic development so that the country should notice its economic growth rate. Klungkung Regency’s economic growth rate is below Bali Province’s economic growth rate during 2008 to 2012. Determination and shift share of the leading sectors in Klungkung can be seen from the contribution of each economic sector to the GDP. There are two purpose of this study is to determine the economic leading sector and shift share of economic sectors in Klungkung. It can be seen from the GDP contribution of each sector during 2008 to 2012. This study using secondary data from BPS Klungkung and BPS Bali. There are two analysis used in this study, those are Location Quotient (LQ) analysis and Shift Share analysis. The result of Location Quotient (LQ) analysis is there are four leading sector of Klungkung which are agriculture sector, mining and quarrying sector, construction sector, and service sector. According to the Shift Share analysis, total (Gij) of service sector has the biggest positive value followed by the industry sector. While agriculture sector has negative value. So it can be said that Klungkung shifting economic structure from agriculture sector to service sector.

The impact of development of a region, such as the changes in what sectors increases or decreases, the knowledge of which is important in the development of a region. High structural change and sectoral levels, are related to the process of economic growth. This study aims to analyze the economic structure and economic growth in Buleleng. The analytical tool used is LQ along with the shift share, and DLQ. This study used secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Results of LQ are four sectors that constitute the base sectors namely, agriculture, mining and quarrying, manufacturing, and services. Shift share analysis results of employment shows that the services sector absorbs the most labor followed by the construction sector, PHR sector, while the agricultural sector showed a decrease in employment. Shift share analysis results for the GDP contribution of the sector number shift share analysis PHR gives the largest contribution in Buleleng followed by the services sector, followed by agriculture sector.

Poverty is one of the fundamental problems in any country. Poverty is not only experienced by the developing countries, but also for developed countries including Indonesia, especially in the Region of Sarbagita in the Province of Bali. The decline in the poverty rate could be seen through from Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP). GDRP dependent on the realization of investments Investment, Government Expenditure and Labor. The high Investment and Government Expenditure on Region of Sarbagita will increase Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) and influenced to the public welfare and will further reduce the level of poverty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara serempak dan parsial jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, pajak hiburan dan PHR terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kabupaten Gianyar, dan mengetahui pengaruh dominan dari ke tiga variabel bebas terhadap PAD Kabupaten Gianyar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, pajak hiburan, pajak hotel dan restoran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Gianyar Tahun Anggaran 1991 -2010. Dari nilai koefisien regresi terstandar menunjukkan nilai variable PHR tertinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan PHR memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Gianyar. Pemerintah daerah disarankan agar memperbaiki mekanisme pemungutan PHR dan melakukan pendataan ulang terhadap jumlah hotel dan restoran. This research was conducted at BPMPD Denpasar. The goal is to determine the performance of Denpasar BPMPD village aid management has been effective and efficient so that what is programmed is reached, which will be measured from the perspective empar the financial perspective, the perspective of service users, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective either partially as well as a whole by using the Balanced Scorecard approach. Results of the analysis showed BPMPD performance in the management of village assistance in terms of financial perspective shows the performance of the categories with a value of 74.42 percent. Performance from the perspective of service users showed good performance category with a value of 77.08 percent. Performance of the internal process perspective shows excellent performance with 99.50 percent while the value for the learning and growth perspective also shows very good performance with a value of 97.14 percent. BPMPD overall performance in terms of four perspectives with the calculation of the composite index is at a good qualifying performance with value 85.91 percent. In order to improve the performance of the management of village assistance are advised to maximize the planning, implementation and realization of the budget, increasing the dissemination and coordination with the village in order to expedite the disbursement of aid wards.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of village funds on the level of poverty and the welfare of the community in the regency / city of the Province of Bali. Village fund data was obtained from the Bali Province Community and Village Empowerment Service, while the poverty rate and Human Development Index were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali Province in 2015-2017. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that village funds have a negative and significant effect on poverty levels. This means that the higher the village fund, the lower the poverty rate. Village funds have a positive and significant effect on people's welfare. This means that the higher the village funds, the higher the welfare of the community in the area. The poverty level has a negative and significant effect on people's welfare, meaning that the higher the poverty level, the lower the welfare of the community

ABSTRACT Scavangers are often categorized as non-elite and marginal occupation in society. However, it’s still chosen by people as their main job. This phenomenon start to increases every year not only in the big city but also in second-largest city especially Denpasar. This research has several purpose, as following: identify scavenger’s walfare rate, get differencies between male and female scavenger, analyse socio-demography and activity impact on its walfare, and analyse indirect effects of socio-demography on it’s walfare especially in Denpasar City. The primary data were obtained by doing direct interviews and giving questioners to 100 scavangers in Denpasar City. The secondary data were obtained from Department of Public Works Bali and Department of Cleanliness and Landscaping Denpasar. The sampling technique that is used in this research is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling. The data were analysed using descriptive and PLS analysis. The results show that scavengers are dominated by male whose age between 30-49 years old. Most of them are married (21-30 years of marriage) and have two childs. Furthermore, most of them also are migrant who live in Denpasar less than 5 years and have unfinished primary school background. Scavangers mostly use less than Rp 500.000,- to travel between 61 – 175 metres in 41-60 hours. By receiving an income less than Rp 1.000.000,- , they assume that they can cover their family living cost. Moreover, this research reveals that there is a difference between male and female in case of the income. It also finds that socio-demography and economy activities have positive significant impacts on scavenger life. In addition, economy activities have a significant impact on connecting the socio-demography to scavenger welfare in Denpasar. Therefore, some health socialisation and creativity workshops are worth to be done to increase the scavenger’s welfare rate.
