<![CDATA[The Investment plays a central role in increasing employment opportunities and economic growth as well as an impact on changes in the economic structure. This study aimed to analyze the effect of investment growth and employment growth to economic growth and changes in the economic structure of the province of Bali from 1985 until 2012. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali and other related agencies. The analysis technique used is path analysis and descriptive analysis . This study concluded that from 1985 to 2012 investment growth and a significant positive effect on employment growth and economic growth. Employment growth and a significant positive effect on economic growth. Growth of investment and employment growth does not significantly influence changes in the economic structure. Economic growth is positive and significant effect on the changes in the economic structure. Growth investing significant effect on economic growth through employment growth in the province of Bali. Investment growth significantly influence the economy through changes in the structure of economic growth in the province of Bali. Employment growth significantly influence the economy through changes in the structure of economic growth in the province of Bali . There is significant growth in investment , employment growth and economic growth to changes in the economic structure directly or indirectly indicate that necessary to study the pattern of investment to spur employment growth and economic growth in accordance with the economic structure to be implemented in Bali province , so that changes in the structure of the economy can be controlled.]]>

<![CDATA[Otonomi daerah mendorong kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali memaksimalkan potensi daerahnya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Transmigrasi dan Kependudukan Provinsi Bali, selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, analisis jalur dan uji sobel. Berdasarkan analisis data, disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja pembangunan daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2011. Berdasarkan analisis jalur dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kinerja pembangunan daerah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2001-2011.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of social capital on income, analyze the factors of production to income, analyze the influence of social capital to the welfare of fishermen, analyze the influence of production factors to fisherman's welfare in Jembrana regency, and analyze the influence of social capital and production factors through income mediator to fisherman's welfare in Jembrana District. In this research use survey method by taking sample 98 responden from population of 4,876 people, with technique of descriptive statistical data analysis and analysis of SEM PLS. The results of testing in the study showed: 1) Social capital positively affects the income of fishermen; Factor of Production have positive effect to fisherman's income; 2) Social capital has a positive effect on fishermen's welfare in Jembrana Regency; Factor of Production have positive effect to fisherman's prosperity in Jembrana Regency; 3) Revenues mediate the influence of social capital and production factors on fishermen's welfare in Jembrana District.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem faced by IKM business operators including business productivity issues and welfare tended to decrease in Klungkung regency. This study have purpose to: 1) analyze the development of weaving industrial enterprises, 2) to analyze the effect of industry capacity and empowerment on the productivity, 3) to analyze the effect of industry capacity, empowerment and productivity of the welfare, 4) analyzing technology's role in moderating the effect of industrial capacity and empowerment on the productivity, 5) Analyze the role of productivity in mediating the effect of industry capacity and empowerment of the welfare. This research was conducted at weaving industrial sites Klungkung regency. The number of samples taken as many as 50 businesses weaving using saturation sampling. Data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are 1) The development of the weaving industry in the Klungkung regency decreased in 2010 until 2016. 2) There is positive and significant effect industrial capacity and empowerment to productivity 3) There is a positive and significant effect industrial capacity, empowerment and productivity of the welfare, 4) Technology does not moderate the effect of the relationship industrial capacity and empowerment to productivity, 5) Productivity mediates the effect of industry capacity and empowerment in the welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia’s sustainable national development is a series of sustainable efforts that covering all public life aspect, nation and Indonesia state. As a state which have many kind of biological, agriculture sector is dominant factor in sustaiable national development. This study aims to analyze of status of land support in Gianyar regency and to find out the effect of land support toward sector PDRB and contribution of PDRB agriculture sector in Gianyar regency in 2008 until 2012. The research type is quantitative descriptive by compare land availability with land need. Data has been used that is secondary data which obtained from statistic office in Gianyar regency. The data has been applied was agriculture commodity, PDRB percapita, PDRB agriculture sector in each subdistrict from year of 2008 until 2012. Then data processed by using calculation of land support and simple regression analysis to analyze land support toward agriculture production value total in Gianyar regency. The result showed that status of land support in Gianyar regency is deficit, it was caused by decrease of agriculture land that cause decrease of agriculture production. From analysis of simple regression obtained that land support have positive and significant effect toward PDRB agriculture sector and contribution of PDRB agriculture sector in Gianyar regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Environmental damage and the conversion of agricultural land have become problems that will affect human life. Industrial development and the construction of tourist accommodation such as hotels and restaurants have caused various impacts. The environmental impact of tourism activities also occurs in Gianyar Regency, the indicator is the conversion of agricultural land functions. For this reason, it is necessary to know the value of willingness to accept (WTA) to compensate for the conversion of agricultural land in Gianyar Regency by taking and cultural factors that explain the value of this WTA. The average value of WTA for compensation for the conversion of community land in Kliki Village is Rp.217,500.- per month. A cultural factor is formed that is used to explain the value of WTA. These cultural factors are formed by 4 variables and have one variable with the highest loading factor which is the average time of customary activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty can not be separated from national strategies for achieving development. The vision and mission of livestock development in Jembrana is the realization of advanced breeding, efficient, tough and independent towards a prosperous Jembrana through Movement Building Livestock Production Oriented Sustainability (euphoria). This study aims to analyze; 1) influence management organization to the empowerment of livestock groups, 2) effect of management organization and empowerment of livestock on the performance program euphoria, 3) monitoring and evaluation moderating influence management organization and empowerment of livestock on the performance program euphoria, 4) whether the empowerment of livestock group mediating the influence of the organization program management on the performance of euphoria in the district of Jembrana. The research data sources used, there are two primary data obtained from interviews to goat and secondary data obtained from the Animal Husbandry in Jembrana. The research data collection methods used were in-depth interviews and questionnaires, with a number of respondents as many as 80 people. The analysis tool used is Test Validity and Reliability Instruments and structural equation analysis (SEM) with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS-based component SEM).]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of empowering MSME onMSME performance, analyze the influence of empowerment and performance of MSMEs in the welfare of SMEs in SikkaRegency-East Nusa Tenggara, and analyze the indirect effect of empowerment onwelfare through the performance of MSME in Sikka Regency- East Nusa Tenggara. Data source of this research was primary data obtained from the direct interviews using questionnaires to 105 MSME and secondary data were obtained from the Office of Cooperative in Sikka Regency - East Nusa Tenggara. Sample collectionused nonpropability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique of this research was descriptive analysis and PLS. The resultof statistical analysis showed the average of empowerment variables were variables with the highest loading value i.e.0.901, in the performance variable,the highest loading value was capital variables i.e. 0,856 and welfare variable,the highest loading value was the education variable, 0.819. While the resultof PLS analysis concluded that the MSME empowerment had a significant and positive effect on the performance of MSME and empowerment and performance of MSME hada significant and positive effect on the welfare of MSME, and performance significantly had a role to mediate the effect of empowerment on the welfare of MSME in Sikka Regency- East Nusa Tenggara. Therefore there should be an increase in empowerment and performance of MSME in order to increase the degree of welfare of MSME. ]]>

<![CDATA[The economic development of region is series of activities carried out consciously and continuously to realize better and more shared situation. Some of factors that cause decline in poverty levels are government spending, investment, economic growth. By looking at the decline in poverty rates in Bali, the researchers want to conduct research on the effects of government spending and investment on economic growth and poverty levels. Data collection through BPS. Path analysis was used. The results of the analysis show that government spending and investment have a positive and significant direct influence on economic growth. Government expenditures have a negative and significant direct influence on poverty levels. Investment has a positive but not significant direct influence on poverty levels and economic growth has a positive and significant direct influence on poverty levels. Government spending and investment do not have an indirect effect on the level of poverty through economic growth.]]>

<![CDATA[Potential industrial sectors developed in Bali is the wood processing industry and articles of wood. Wood carving handicrafts industry which is in the District of Ubud Gianyar regency especially expected to improve the productivity and welfare of artisans carved wood. Low labor productivity is one of the serious problems in the industrial sector. This study aims to analyze how the influence of socio-demographic factors on the productivity and welfare of wood carving artisans in the district of Ubud Gianyar regency. Source of data used, there are two, namely primary data obtained from interviews directly to artisans carved wood and secondary data obtained from the Office of National Statistics Agency Gianyar Department of Trade and Industry and Gianyar. Methods of data collection is interview, observation and questionnaire. The analytical tool used is the analysis Structural equation (SEM) with Alternative Partial Least Square PLS (Component Based SEM). The number of samples taken were 96 samples, with a probability sampling method, in particular proportionate stratified random sampling. From the analysis of the research that the respondents' education up to junior level, almost all respondents have work experience of 21-30 years age range of 31-40 years and the number of family members covered by the respondents as many as four people. While the results of PLS ??data showed that socio-demographic factors have a significant effect on the productivity and welfare of wood carving artisans in the district of Ubud Gianyar, Productivity affect the well-being and productivity significantly contribute to mediate socio-demographic factors on the welfare in the District of Ubud Gianyar regency.]]>
