Abstract

This research described basically and found out concept of public relation management in order to determine how the public relation management in developing organizational behavior. This research was located in State Islamic Senior High Schools in Jambi Province consisting of MAN 1 Jambi, MAN 1 Batanghari, and MAN 1 Tebo. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were using observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used combined Miles Huberman and John Creswell model. Data validity technique used data triangulation. Results of the research show that public relation management can be seen from implementation of small group communication planning, execution of special events of public relations, media use, and evaluation on Islamic school program. Organizational behavior can be seen from mutual communication with the society, adjustment on public needs, support by the society and clear targets. Conclusion of this research shows that the public relation management can develop organizational behavior in State Islamic Senior High Schools in Jambi Province. Implication of this research shows that the public relation management can develop the organizational behavior.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education teachers are expected to be able to teach, guide, and provide good examples to students on how to behave properly. The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers has a central position in shaping student behavior in schools, if teachers are able to direct students to behave Islamically, it is not impossible in the school to create a culture of Islamic behavior. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data obtained are in the form of primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing as the final result of this research. The research results obtained are as follows: First, namely the Role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Improving Students' Islamic Behavior at SD Negeri 01 Indralaya including: a. using the lecture method and the habituation method, b. maximize religious facilities in schools, c. Cultivate 5S, d. always try to set a good example or role model for students. Second, the supporting factors of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the Islamic behavior of students at SD Negeri 01 Indralaya are: a. there is cooperation between teachers; b. the participation of parents of students; c. sanctions for students who violate. While the inhibiting factors are: a. the absence of a prayer room so that the process of forming Islamic behavior is hampered; b. lack of books on Islamic studies

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to determine the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance and the supporting and inhibiting factors of principals in improving teacher performance in educational institutions. Background Problems: indicators of problems in academic institutions such as the rare collection of lesson plans (RPP) in carrying out the teaching and learning process and teachers who lack discipline in punctuality in arriving and opening lessons and ending lessons. Novelty: Principal strategy concept in improving teacher performance in educational institutions. Research Methods: The type of field research means that the researchers used a qualitative method in which the data were in the form of words (not numbers) derived from data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Finding/Results: The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Conclusion: The results of the research on the principal's strategy to improve teacher performance by 1) fostering teacher performance in seminars and training, 2) supervision or supervision of performance in the form of class visits every week and once a month, 3) fostering discipline of education staff by supervising the presence of teachers directly, 4 ) provide motivation 5) award. Supporting factors for principals to improve teacher performance are 1) completeness of facilities and infrastructure and 2) teacher enthusiasm to improve teaching performance. While the inhibiting factors are: 1) the lack of discipline of the teacher, 2) the mastery of the material and references, causing the teacher to be less mature in teaching preparation.

Abstract

Kurikulum memegang kedudukan kunci dalam pendidikan, sebab berkaitan dengan penentuan arah, isi dan proses pendidikan. Kurikulum menyangkut rencana dan pelaksanaan pendidikan baik dalam lingkup kelas, sekolah, daerah, wilayah maupun nasional.Prinsip-prinsip yang akan digunakan dalam kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum pada dasarnya merupakan kaidah-kaidah atau hukum yang akan menjiwai suatu kurikulum. Pengembangan kurikulum dapat menggunakan prinsip-prinsip yang telah berkembang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari atau justru menciptakan sendiri prinsip-prinsip baru. Oleh karena itu, dalam implementasi kurikulum disuatu lembaga pendidikan sangat mungkin terjadi penggunaan prinsip-prinsip yang berbeda dengan kurikulum yang digunakan di lembaga pendidikan lainnya, sehingga akan ditemukan banyak sekali prinsip-prinsip yang digunakan dalam pengembangan kurikulum.Macam-macam prinsip ini bisa dibedakan dalam dua kategori yaitu prinsip umum dan prinsip khusus.Prinsip-prinsip dasar tersebut mempunyai tujuan agar kurikulum yang didesain atau yang dihasilkan diharapkan memang betul-betul sesuai dengan kebutuhan (the need) semua pihak, yakni anak didik, orang tua, masyarakat umum, pemakai lulusan, bangsa dan Negara.

Abstract

Concept of smart madrasah is created as a response on complexity of challenges in education world. This research aims to determine the model of smart madrasah in Malang city. The development model is determined by measuring madrasah readiness level for information and communication technology. This research is mix method using consequential explanatory strategy through quantitative stage in data collection technique and then the data analysis is followed by qualitative in interpretation stages of overall analysis. Research location is Al Izzah senior high school Batu having high potential in implementing Smart Madrasah. Results of the research show that the madrasah has e-readiness on ICT by 94.1 %, e-literacy level on ICT by 99.4 %.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesiapan dan pemahaman lembaga pendidikan terhadap teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam rangka menuju smart madrasah. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 25 % dari populasi yang ada (104) yakni berjumlah 24 orang dengan kompetensi yang berbeda. Dan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan statistik, yaitu mean, standar deviasi, TSR dan persentase. Berdasarkan analisis hasil data penelitian di SMA AL Izzah Batu memiliki tingkat kesiapan (e-readiness) terhadap TIK pada tingkat di atas rata-rata yakni 94.1%, dan SMA Al Izzah Batu memiliki tingkat pemahaman (e-literacy) terhadap TIK sangat tinggi yakni 99.4 % untuk menjadikan sekolahnya menuju smart madrasah.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era integrates digital technology with human values to create a human-centered society that addresses social issues, enhances quality of life, and promotes sustainability. Digital literacy and multidimensional skills are crucial in education to prepare students for global challenges. Strengthening literacy in reading, numeracy, science, finance, digital competence, and citizenship is key to adaptation and progress. However, literacy levels in Indonesia, including at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Prabumulih, require improvement to foster critical thinking and knowledge application. Based on multiliteracy and multidimensional theories, literacy development extends beyond text comprehension to include interactions with cultural, social, and technological contexts for meaningful learning. This qualitative study with a phenomenological approach explores students' literacy levels, relevant literacy concepts for Society 5.0, the integration of Islamic Education (PAI) values with literacy, and how PAI supports literacy enhancement at MTs Negeri 1 Kota Prabumulih. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that students' literacy levels remain moderate, requiring enhancement. Literacy integration with PAI is evident in thematic approaches, linking zakat to financial literacy and Qur'anic verses to science. However, optimizing facilities, teacher training, and project-based learning is necessary for stronger literacy development.

Abstract

The importance of pesantren growth has not been matched by improvements in the quality of pesantren education services. One of the policies focuses produces a transformation of the pesantren curriculum. This study will examine at how tradition and modernity interact in the pesantren curriculum management system. The study was conducted in two pesantren in Aceh Tengggara, Darul Amin and Darul Azhar. The research methodology was qualitative, with a descriptive survey technique. Data were gathered from seven informants, including the leader, curriculum deputy, and several pesantren teachers. The research data was analyzed using a data comparative model. The findings demonstrated the efficacy of combining traditional management with contemporary management, with a focus on improving the core of pesantren education services, specifically the pesantren curriculum. The identification of Buya Pesantren's leadership style results in transformative and charismatic leadership styles. The process of curriculum transformation culminates in an integrative pattern between the dayah-salafy-KMI curriculum. The curriculum transformation policy is also implemented through extracurricular activities aimed at improving Santri's soft and hard skills. While learning is conducted instructionally and in accordance with technological advancements, the selection of learning materials is broad in scope. The findings have implications for santri skills and competitiveness in society, particularly in the workplace.

Abstract

Natural resources are something that can be used for various interests and needs of human life in order to live a more prosperous life around our natural environment. Utilization of a resource is determined based on the use of these resources for humans themselves. Therefore, the more useful a natural resource is, the more valuable it will be. Utilizing existing natural resources is a form of empowerment based on local potentials that strongly supports community development. Good natural resources management can improve the welfare of local communities. The implementation of community service activities (PKM) was carried out by using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and the approach method with related parties, especially the Pagar Alam City Tourism Office. In addition, the collection of data on the potentials and natural resources in Pagar Alam is also carried out through a database search at the Tourism Office. From the results of the data collection obtained, it can be concluded that the empowerment of natural resources in Pagar Alam City can help the community's economic growth. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Pagar Alam City, Pagar Alam City's economic growth in 2021 grew by 4.39%. The highest growth was achieved by the accommodation and food and drink provision sectors at 8.83%. This is an indication of the empowerment of existing natural resources. Pagar Alam with its potentials can be further developed into an international standard tourist village by implementing the empowerments given.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the IT Tower Fitrah Kindergarten in an effort to support the development of aspects of early childhood development. The Merdeka Curriculum, which is designed to provide flexibility to educators in designing learning based on children's potential, needs and interests, has been implemented at the Tower Fitrah IT Kindergarten since the 2024 school year. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained through interviews with teachers, observation of learning activities, and curriculum program documentation.The research results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the Tower Fitrah IT Kindergarten has been implemented through various strategies, such as integrating project-based learning, using innovative learning media, and strengthening parental involvement in the learning process. Apart from that, a personal approach to each child can increase children's learning motivation, creativity and social skills. However, several challenges were also identified, including a lack of in-depth teacher training regarding the Independent Curriculum and limited learning support facilities.This research concludes that the Merdeka Curriculum has had a positive impact on the development of early childhood at the IT Tower Fitrah Kindergarten, however, it is necessary to strengthen the aspects of teacher training and provide supporting facilities to optimize implementation. The recommendation of this research is to increase collaboration between schools, parents and the government to support the continued implementation of the Independent Curriculum.
