Abstract

Studies related to Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) have produced a lot of literature discussing the role of BUMDes in advancing the rural economy and improving the welfare of village residents. However, studies regarding the digitalization of BUMDes are still relatively limited. BUMDes digitalization refers to the use of digital information technology in carrying out various business activities carried out by BUMDes. The focus is to evaluate the feasibility of the Android-based BUMDes SAKU (Business Feasibility Analysis System) prototype. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative research with an expert testing method. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Research respondents were divided into two groups, namely the first group consisted of experts who acted as validators, including business feasibility analysis experts, BUMDes experts, and system development experts, while the second group was the prototype users, represented by the BUMDes director who also serves as chairman of the BUMDes Forum at the Semarang Regency level. Validation results show that this prototype can present the data needed by BUMDes to assist in compiling a business feasibility analysis, with a success rate of 75 percent. As many as 70 percent of users stated that this prototype provided benefits in developing BUMDes businesses. The implementation of SAKU is a concrete step in encouraging the digitalization of BUMDes in their business activities and supporting the achievement of equitable economic growth at the village level.

Abstract

In the world of education, educators have an obligation to create an educational atmosphere that is meaningful, fun, creative/innovative, dynamic and has two-way communication, has a professional commitment to improve the quality of education and provides a role model by maintaining the reputation of the institution, profession and position in accordance with the beliefs given to the educators. This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and its Implications for Turnover Intention. The sample in this study were teachers and educational staff at SMK PGRI 2, Salatiga. The analysis tool is path analysis / Path Analysis. This study shows the results that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Generation Z is a new worker demographic beginning to dominate the workplace. This study aims to investigate and explain the impact of workplace ostracism and job stress on innovative work behavior among Generation Z employees in Salatiga, using grit as a moderating variable. Companies are also anticipated to become aware of the influence of workplace ostracism and job stress on Gen Z employees’ grit and innovative work behavior, allowing them to develop HR management methods to foster innovative work behavior from Gen Z employees. The study was conducted in Salatiga, with 366 samples from Generation Zrespondents. The analysis technique employed was Moderating Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS. The fndings of this study indicate that grit can be a variable that reduces the negative impact of workplace ostracism and job stress on the innovative work behavior of Gen Z employees, implying that to foster innovative workplace behavior, companies must also be able to encourage high grit in their employees, particularly Gen Z employees. Managers must be able to educate employees on the value of grit in establishing long-term success and innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemasan dan branding produk UMKM olahan ketela di Argomulyo, Kota Salatiga. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan metode participatory action research melalui serangkaian workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan intensif selama enam bulan. Hasil program menunjukkan transformasi signifikan dimana 89% UMKM berhasil mengembangkan kemasan baru yang memenuhi standar regulasi, 84% memiliki identitas brand yang konsisten, dan terjadi peningkatan penjualan rata-rata sebesar 157%. Program ini juga menghasilkan pembentukan Komunitas UMKM Olahan Ketela Argomulyo dan terjalinnya kerjasama dengan lima distributor besar. Keberlanjutan program dijamin melalui sistem pendampingan sebaya dan modul pengembangan yang dapat direplikasi. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan program selanjutnya mencakup pengembangan skema pendanaan alternatif, penguatan digital branding, dan peningkatan koordinasi antar stakeholder.

Abstract

This studyis to examine and clarify the impact of psychological capital and job demands on psychological resilience using perceived organizational support as a mediator. The participants are Gen Z employees who work within the business sectors in Salatiga and the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 245 respondents. The statistical tool used in this research is path analysis with Partial Least Square. This study concludes that psychological capital and job demands have a significant effect on the Gen Z employees’ psychological resilience in Salatiga and perceived organizational support is a full mediating variable. Through perceived organizational support Gen Z employees who feel supported by their organization are more likely to leverage their psychological resources effectively, leading to greater resilience in the face of challenges, and organizations can help Gen Z employees navigate job demands more effectively and foster greater psychological resilience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji Peran Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi yang dipengaruhi oleh Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Smartphone Xiaomi Studi Kasus pada Karang Taruna di Desa Doplang Kecamatan Bawen Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi didalam penelitian yang akan dilakukan kepada Karang Taruna “Bina Muda” Desa Doplang Kecamatan Bawen Kabupaten Semarang. Sampel responden didalam penelitian ini adalah Karang Taruna “Bina Muda” dengan jumlah 67 responden. Teknik mengambil sampelnya ialah dengan sampel jenuh. Jenis data yang dipakai yakni primer serta sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data ialah kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian adalah Kepuasan Pelanggan dapat menjadi mediasi baik antara Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merek Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Pemerintah meyakini program pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi antara masyarakat pedesaan dengan perkotaan di Indonesia. Pentingnya pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dana desa, setiap aparatur negara atau pemerintah desa harus diatur secara bijak supaya anggaran menjadi efektif dan efisien. Jika anggaran dana dikelola dengan cara yang baik maka hasil kegiatan otonomi desa akan baik juga pemberdayaan masyarakat akan terlihat jelas dan sebaliknya jika anggaran tidak dikelola dengan baik maka tidak akan jelas kegiatan dan hasilnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Partisipasi Masyarakat dan kebijakan desa terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat Desa Bener Kecamatan Tengaran Kabupaten Semarang yang dihitung dengan rumus slovin sejumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai dalam riset ini ialah analisis kuantitatif. Dalam riset ini, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan rencana statistical package for social science (SPSS) for windows. Dalam pengujian hipotesis alat ukur analisis data yang digunakanadalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat, sedangkan transparansi dan kebijakan desa secara statistic tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat.

Abstract

The emergence of the internet has made the development of digital technology skyrocket, allowing anyone to connect quickly throughout the world. Businesses such a MSMEs can take advantage of this technology to make better decisions, improve operational efficiency, and reach customers effectively. MSME Karak Eco Bu Sum located on Jl. Perengsari RT 8 RW 2, Kutowinangun Lor, Salatiga. is an MSME that produced karak crackers, along the way there are problems regarding business strategies such as promotion, sales and bookkeeping. The implementation of students in their community service through Community Empowerment Practice Lectures (KPPM) aims to develop MSMEs through learning, mediation and optimization of digital marketing. In an effort to increase sales reach, students accompany MSMEs interactively to create digital marketig accounts as a medium for promotion and sales, it’s a solution and innovation in business strategy in keeping up with developments in the digital world. The results of this activity show a significant increase in aspects of branding, operational efficiency, and broader marketing strategies.
