Abstract

Online and realtime monitoring system for water quality that uses a computer mainboard as data logger requires software applications that serve to control the sensor work in order to measure the water quality data and sends it to the data center. Some of the requirements such as data measurement, storage and delivery of data and early warning system are required by the data logger in order to have the features as desired by the majority of users of this system. To facilitate the making of the program code, sensor with serial communication ports (RS232C) will be used. Program control data logger that meets these requirements is developed using Water Flow Software Development Life Cycle method and using GNU C++ the free open source software (FOSS) as the development tools. Program control data logger that has been developed will be installed to the data logger hardware and operated using FreeBSD as the Operating system. Abstract

Bursts of mud in Sidoarjo has caused changes in environmental quality around the bursts area. Observation in that area indicate there have been changes in air quality and odor caused by mud spurt. In addition, changes in the geological structure of land in the area around the mud spurt, has resulted some water spurt phenomenon that came from the well pump belong to some residensts in that area. This water spurt phenomenon is followed by the change of water quality which was to be used for the needs of daily living, now in some villages in the area around the mud bursts can no longer be used. To find out some parameters of water quality that arises from the some well pumps that produce big water spurt, we need to performed water quality monitoring using multiprobe digital sensors that are able to measure several parameters at once.This paper presents the measurement data of water quality in some well pumps that produce big water spurts with the YSI600R digital sensor. Keywords : Perubahan kualitas lingkungan, semburan lumpur Sidoarjo, pemantuan kualitas air, sumber bubble, sumur pompa, sumur bor, separasi air dan gas, multi probe digital sensor

Abstract

Since the Internet was introduced virtual network, the globalization of information gradually changes. One positive result of the globalization of this information is the geographical boundaries are not visible in the face of the earth. Information wide open to anyone who would like to access and contribute in it. To protect the rights and obligations of both the information providers and the users from the cyber crime, the government has prepared several law and legislation. On this paper, the regulation of public information opennes (Law Number 14/2008) will be discussed, which protect the rights of people to access information held by public agencies and institutions. Abstract

One of the activities undertaken within the framework of environmental sanitation management by the government is to publish a variety of regulations governing the wastewater disposal problem. Sources of pollution of the most dominant in urban areas are domestic wastewater. Government institutions through BPLHD have conducted regular monitoring of river water quality in Jakarta. Management of water quality data from domestic waste sources is needed to control river water pollution. This requires data management system of urban domestic waste water quality. Abstract

The need for clean water in big cities is very dependent on water supply by water companies (PDAM). The increasing demand for clean water in big cities is proportional to the increasing of number population and industry, but not comparable to the clean water supply and quality of raw water available. PDAM has made various efforts to improve the quality of clean water services to the community. One of the effort is to improve the performance of water treatment plant (WTP). To support the improvement of the performance of WTP, required water quality monitoring at the intake location in use. This paper discusses the online and realtime water quality monitoring at the water intake location using a multi-probe digital sensor and GSM technology. Abstract

Kapuas River is the largest river on the Borneo island and become the source of water for the people of this island. In Pontianak City, Kapuas River is become the source of raw water for the local water company (PDAM). To maintain product quality, PDAM Pontianak always monitor this river water quality. During the dry season or during high water, raw water quality Kapuas river becomes salty. Meanwhile, during the rainy season brings torrential river water from upstream mud and water turned into peat. To monitor water quality changes in the Kapuas river in the intake location, PDAM Pontianak has installed an online and real time water quality monitoring system using GSM technology. This paper discusses the installation process online water quality monitoring system starting from the preparation, determination of the location until the process of testing the system. Abstract

Ciliwung and Cisadane are two main river from one of the priorities water shed set by the Indonesian government. This determination is based on one of which was the need for water resource management in Ciliwung-Casadane is already getting damaged. Ministry of Environment and Forests (KLHK) makes Ciliwung-Cisadane one of the targets of pollution control through the application of online monitoring technology for quality water. This online monitoring technology is required to obtain a continuous monitoring data to prove the pollution by industries in this watershed area. The system applied is an online and realtime water quality monitoring system based on GSM technology. Abstract

The study of assessment and implementation of Online Water Quality Monitoring System that has been done by Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology, results a recommendation to develop a water sample system  for a certain river conditions. The function of the water sample system is to pump the water from the river to a sensor tank, so that the sensor does not have to be immersed directly into the river. The purpose of this sampling system is to reduce the risks that be  faced by the sensor if it is immersed directly into the river. In this research, the water sample system made as a water pumping system.The water pumping system was made from materials that already existed in Indonesian market. The main components of this water pumping system are: centrifugal pump, sensor tank, water tank for the pump, and solenoid valve. The control system for the water pumping system is made from a conventional control consisting of relays and timers and is triggering by the output contact of the data logger. The water pumping systems that have been made in this research is running properly and they have  a high reliability. Cleaning a strainers is the only maintenance that is needed for this systems and the frequencies of the maintenance are depend on the water river condition . Keywords: pumping system, conventional control, pump, samples, sampel pumping period

Abstract

Pemantauan kualitas air dan udara merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengendalian lingkungan. Air Quality Monitoring System (AQMS) dan Water Quality Monitoring System (WQMS) merupakan salah satu teknologi pelaporan kualitas udara dan air secara kontinu tanpa pengambilan sampel secara manual. Kebutuhan monitoring kualitas air dan udara di Indonesia di berbagai daerah maka diperlukan suatu inovasi dengan dibuatnya integrasi pemantauan kualitas air dan udara untuk pelaporan kualitas lingkungan. Integrasi dilakukan dengan meletakkan alat pemantauan kualitas air (Onlimo) dan alat pemantauan kualitas udara (Sipaku) secara berdekatan di dalam 1 stasiun yang sudah diterapkan di Pos Pemantauan Sungai Cisadane Tangerang. Adanya integrasi ini diharapkan dapat menghemat biaya maintenance alat Onlimo dan Sipaku dan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pembuatan Onlimo dan Sipaku untuk pemantauan kualitas lingkungan secara realtime. Sistem integrasi Onlimo dan Sipaku dimulai dengan perancangan dan perakitan Sistem Onlimo dan Sipaku, uji coba peralatan Sistem Onlimo dan Sipaku, pemasangan Sistem Onlimo dan Sipaku di Pos Pemantauan Sungai Cisadane Tangerang dan evaluasi pengukuran kualitias air dan udara yang diukur oleh Alat Onlimo dan Sipaku. Sistem integrasi pemantauan kualitas air dan udara di Sungai Cisadane dapat diterapkan dengan baik tetapi perlu adanya peningkatan keandalan dan kestabilan alat Onlimo dan Sipaku.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pemantauan kualitas lingkungan adalah salah satu bentuk inovasi untuk mengontrol laju pencemaran lingkungan. Pusat Teknologi Lingkungan memiliki tiga sistem informasi pemantauan kualitas lingkungan, yaitu Onlimo untuk pemantauan air sungai, Sipaku untuk pemantauan udara ambien, dan Sipegaruk untuk pemantauan gas rumah kaca. Jumlah data yang cukup banyak sekaligus pengaksesan data yang cukup rumit menjadi salah satu alasan perlunya dibuat suatu sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, sehingga data-data dari ketiga sistem informasi dapat ditampilkan dengan cepat dan tepat. Integrasi ini memerlukanperancangan dari berbagai sisi, dari sisi arsitektur sistem hingga sistem database. Perancangan yang diusulkan adalah dengan mengimplementasikan REST API pada masing-masing sistem informasi serta pembuatan web servis untuk pengambilan data dari REST API. Hasil perancangan kemudian diimplementasikan dan dilakukan pengujian. Hasil menunjukkan sistem berjalan dengan stabil dan menampilkan data-data terintegrasi dengan tepat.
