Abstract

Abstract - The disturbance resulted from the image taken in the water are lighting and signal distortion.  This research describes the level of difficulty and noise that interfere with the processing of digital images taken on the sea surface.  The method used in the research is thresholding otsu-gaussian method with gray level that will be tested differently, where previous research had been investigated by using vehicle plate number object [2]. The result of the research are [1] the smaller the gray level specified at the histogram density will affect the segmentation result with the reduced noise generated by the image without vibration noise or noise with vibration. [2] with no image vibration noise segmentation results greatly affect the noise such as (a) with no image vibration noise, the segmentation results strongly affect the noise such as (a) reflected light (b) other reflected shadow of water so that it becomes background on objects in the  water.  [3] the vibrated image will actually eliminate the minimal background noise generated from the reflection of water. the vibrated image will also affect the change of the original shape of the object due to factors influenced by the vibration bias that occurs in the waterAbstrak- Gangguan yang dihasilkan dari gambar yang diambil dari dalam air yaitu, pencahayaan, distorsi signal [1]. Sedangkan pada makalah penelitian ini akan memaparkan tingkat kesulitan beserta noise yang menggangu pada pengolahan citra digital yang diambil diatas permukaan air. Metode yang akan diusulkan pada makalah penelitian ini adalah metode thresholding Otsu-Gaussian dengan tingkat level keabuan yang akan di ujicoba berbeda-beda, dimana pada penelitian sebelumnya telah diteliti menggunakan objek plat nomor kendaraan [2]. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat (1) Semakin kecil level keabuan yang ditetapkan pada kerapatan histogram akan memperngaruhi hasil segmentasi dengan berkurangnya noise yang dihasilkan oleh gambar tanpa noise getaran mupun noise dengan getaran. (2) Dengan citra yang tidak ada noise getaran hasil segmentasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap noise seperti: (a) Cahaya yang dipantulkan air (b) Bayangan lain yang dipantulkan air sehingga menjadikan background pada objek yang ada didalam air. (3) Untuk citra yang diberi getaran justru akan menghilangkan sedikitnya noise backgroung yang dihasilkan dari pantulan air. (4) Citra yang diberi getaran juga akan memperngaruhi perubahan dari bentuk asli objek karena faktor yang dipengaruhi oleh bias hasil getaran yang terjadi pada air.Kata Kunci : Otsu-Gaussian, Air, Noise

Abstract

Health is one of the essential human requirements in addition to food, housing and education, because only in a healthy state humans can live, grow and work better. Numerous people who are less concerned about health, especially on oral and dental health because of dental and oral diseases can strike anyone and anytime. Certainty factor is a method to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain in the form of metrics that are usually used in expert systems. This method is just righ for expert systems that diagnose something uncertain. Dempster-Shafer is a mathematical theory for evidence based on belief functions and plausible reasoning, used to mingle separate pieces of information (evidence) to estimate the probability of an  event. Thus, appear a problem on how to make expert system with  two comparison of certainty factor and dempster-shafer methods on the expert system diagnosing dental and dental diseases. The objective of the research was to contribute a solution by building an application that can determine the dental and mouth disease fast and efficient. It is hoped that this application can be developed into another cases so that it extend the insight of smarthphone based java program.

Abstract

In the data processing of examination/test system for new students' entrance in Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu had been using computer facility for method of input the result of test when the test implementation still using paper sheets (conventional).In the process of writing thesis, the author discusses about how to create items that will be done by testee are not same as the others, its mean the number of that test items will be random so the testee are more coducive in implementation of test.Online examination/test system is designed by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). It hoped can be used to overcome the problems in the selection test of new students' entrance and can be fully utilized and feasible to be used in order to achieve system that is accurate, fast, precise and more effective. Linear Congruent Method (LCM) is a method that generates random numbers are widely used in computer programs. In this method, repetition in spesific time period or after a few times of generation.This is one of main characteristic from this method. Determination of the constants in LCM very determine whether good or not the random numbers obtained. In the sense of obtaining random numbers as if there will be no repetition. Using of LCM method in this case is simply to randomization number of items in order to every students who did a test selection run with effective.

Abstract

Giving citizens access to information from government and non-government institutions is one form of public information disclosure. Openness of public information that has been considered difficult to reach by the public is expected to help build openness between the community and government and non-government institutions in the future. In practice, obtaining the latest, accurate and complete data requires public information disclosure. In planning and development, up-to-date data is needed, especially building and land data that can support its implementation. Therefore the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Bengkulu Tengah Regency responsible for building management needs to conduct building data collection activities so that the availability of information regarding building data can be met. So in terms of spatial planning and building layout so that it is faster and more effective in identifying specific problems concerning the relationship of data between one and the other that are built connected by describing the characteristics of spatial planning openly, it requires an application of Spatial Management and Building Management Information Systems or abbreviated as SIMTRABA

Abstract

Internship is a process that is an obligation to be carried out in the academic process at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto, however with various media sources used in finding internships, students have problems in finding suitable internships. This study aims to apply Agile Scrum and Simple Additive Weighting in making applications to find a suitable internship place. Agile Scrum is used as a method of continuous application development, Simple Additive Weighting is used as a method in determining recommendations based on existing input. Application testing is carried out using Black Box Testing which tests the success of the function in carrying out its scenario and User Acceptance Test which is used as a benchmark in the suitability of the application with user needs. The results of this study are an android application in the form of an apk that was tested using Black Box Testing and got valid results in all scenarios and had a score of 87% on the User Acceptance Test
