Abstract

Kewirausahaan adalah ilmu yang mempelajari tentang nilai, perilaku dan kemampuan seseorang dalam menghadapi persoalan kebutuhan hidupnya dengan menggunakan semua peluang dengan meminimalkan resiko yang akan dihadapinya. Salah satu bagian dari kewirausahaan adalah kegiatan UMKM. Kegiatan UMKM diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran. Salah satu kelompok UMKM yakni UMKM di kelurahan yang telah memulai usahanya namun sampai saat ini kegiatan ini belum mampu mendorong peningkatan ekonomi. Ditinjau dari potensi sumber bahan baku dan kebutuhan pasar sangat menunjang UMKM akan mencapai hasil yang diharapkan namun karena kurangnya SDM, inovasi dan strategi marketing yang baik maka kegiatan UMKM pertanian di kelurahan Pasang belum berkembang dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, lifestyle, and trust on online purchasing decisions through shopee on students of the Faculty of Economics, UKI Toraja Management Study Program. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was no influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions. There is no influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions. There is an influence of trust on online purchasing decisions. Electronic Word of Mouth, lifestyle, and trust have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application through shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics, UKI Toraja Management Study Program.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide assistance to the children of the Tangmentoe Orphanage regarding the preparation of production costs in the child creativity business at the Tangmentoe Christian Orphanage where all this time the orphanage children have participated in many skills training to improve creativity, but in determining the selling price following the selling price in the market. In terms of determining the selling price, the production price of each production from the creativity of the orphanage children is needed. By using participatory methods carried out in assisting the preparation of production costs in this activity, the orphanage children have knowledge about the preparation of production costs on all the results of the orphanage children's creativity. And through this activity, orphanage children also have strong motivation in planning to start and manage a business.

Abstract

Digital marketing in the current era has become very important in marketing its products, no exception to tourism. Social Media allows everyone to create and spread their own content on various social networking platforms. But in the promotion of tourism, there needs to be a briefing on the strategy of using and preparing content, including social media ethics for managers and other stakeholders. Based on this, the PKM team conducted digital marketing introduction and training activities to be able to promote Pinus Buntu datu Forest Tourism and what potential it has and can be introduced to tourists. This training is aimed at tourism managers of Pinus Buntu datu Forest and the interest of the participants is quite high and they also feel the benefits of this digital marketing introduction training can be applied in digital marketing on social media. Further training is still needed on how to create messages in multimedia (photos and videos) that are attractive to potential tourists.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy on the financial management of MSMEs in North Toraja. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive type of research. Sampling was carried out using the Pursosive Sampling method, with a total population of 147 with a total of 60 respondents studied. The data collection technique in this study is the distribution of questionnaires by collecting answers from respondents through statements or questions. The data analysis techniques used in this study are simple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test. The results showed that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial management of MSMEs in North Toraja.

Abstract

The Packaging Partnership Program is an initiative that aims to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through improving the quality of product packaging. Attractive and functional packaging is the key to attracting consumer interest and increasing market share. This program is carried out through a series of activities, including education, training, design assistance, introduction of environmentally friendly packaging materials, testing, evaluation, implementation and product promotion. Through this program, MSMEs can increase their competitiveness in the market, increase sales, increase environmental awareness, and gain new knowledge and skills in designing product packaging. Collaboration between government, non-profit institutions and the private sector is the key to success in supporting MSMEs and encouraging inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

This activity is motivated by the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) as one of the drivers of the Indonesian economy to overcome unemployment and create employment opportunities. Empowering SMEs is very important to build an inclusive economy, where many parties play an active role in the wheels of the economy and can survive in the midst of global challenges. In addition, efforts are made to increase the capabilities, competitiveness and welfare of SMEs, so that they can contribute more optimally to the economy. The problems faced by SMEs are marketing difficulties, limited innovation and technology, especially limitations in preparing simple bookkeeping. In this activity, training will be provided for the Buntu Burake Tourism Kasper Group, Buntu Burake Village, Makale District, Tana Toraja Regency. Online marketing training regarding marketing strategies that utilize the internet and digital platforms to promote products or services to a wider audience. With business management and simple bookkeeping training, it contributes to business ethics and recording expenses, recording income, making cash books, making stock books, inventory books and profit and loss books.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy on the use of digital payment shopee paylaters among Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics students. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The population in this study were all students of the Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics. With a total sample of 33 respondents who were selected using the Random Sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that financial literacy has a positive effect on the use of digital payment shopee paylater among Uki Toraja Faculty of Economics students with an influence level of 26.6%, while the remaining 73.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Lembang Financial Performance Analysis is a form of accountability and a manifestation of financial decentralization and authority from the center to lembang. A lembang that is able to manage its finances effectively and efficiently is certainly expected to be able to stimulate the economy through absorption of the budget in productive and potential sectors so that overall it will be able to increase efficiency. In this study, efficiency ratio analysis is used to see how far the Lembang Burasia Government is in managing its regional finances. The results of the calculation of regional financial efficiency ratios average 120%.

Abstract

This study aims to design marketing strategies to increase the sales volume of Mamasa traditional woven fabrics in the Kreatif Pambe Weaving Group, Mamasa Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. SWOT analysis is used to identify the group's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings indicate that the main strengths lie in product quality and unique weaving motifs, while the weaknesses include limited digital marketing and market access. Opportunities arise from the growing public interest in culturally based products, whereas threats come from competition with modern textile products. The recommended marketing strategy focuses on developing the marketing mix (7P), emphasizing product diversification, competitive pricing, digital marketing optimization, and marketing training for artisans. Implementing this strategy is expected to enhance competitiveness and expand the market for Mamasa woven fabrics. Keywords: Marketing strategy, Woven fabric, SWOT analysis, Marketing mix
