Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Laksana mempunyai banyak potensi, tetapi optimalisasi dan pelaksanaan dari tujuan penetapan sebagai destinasi Desa Wisata masih mengalami banyak hambatan dari sisi bagaimana pengelolaan dan konsep dari desa wisata yang ingin dilaksanakan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu Desa laksana dalam mempromosikan potensi wisata serta mengoptimalkan wisata alam yang ada menggunakan solusi teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan pembuatan blue print paket wisata melalui pembuatan website dan pembuatan konsep wisata budaya dengan menggunakan Animasi Proyektor dan Laser Uap sebagai nilai tambah desa wisata. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah sebuah paket wisata Desa Kamojang dengan konsep pertunjukan geothermal berbasi teknologi dengan tetap menonjolkan seni dan budaya masyarakat sekitar. Sebanyak 99% masyarakat yang disurvei sangat antusias dengan kegiatan yang terlaksana, dan berharap agar program ini memberikan inovasi secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi warga sekitar.Abstract: Laksana Village has a lot of potential, but the optimization and implementation of the goal of setting as a tourist village destination still has many obstacles in terms of how the management and concept of the tourist village to be implemented. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement villages in promoting tourism potential and optimizing existing natural tourism using technological solutions. The method that used is assistance in making blue prints of tour packages through website creation and making cultural tourism concepts using Projector Animation and Steam Lasers as added value for tourist villages. The result of this activity is a Kamojang Village tour package with the concept of technology-based geothermal performances while still highlighting the arts and culture of the surrounding community. As many as 95% of the people surveyed are very enthusiastic about the activities implemented, and hope that this program provides continuous innovation to improve the economy of the surrounding residents.

Abstract

Signal complexity in lung sounds is assumed to be able to differentiate and classify characteristic lung sound between normal and abnormal in most cases. Previous research has employed a variety of modification approaches to obtain lung sound features. In contrast to earlier research, time-domain features were used to extract features in lung sound classification. Electromyogram (EMG) signal analysis frequently employs this time-domain characteristic. Time-domain features are MAV, SSI, Var, RMS, LOG, WL, AAC, DASDV, and AFB. The benefit of this method is that it allows for direct feature extraction without the requirement for transformation. Several classifiers were used to examine five different types of lung sound data. The highest accuracy was 93.9 percent, obtained Using the decision tree with 9 types of time-domain features. The proposed method could extract features from lung sounds as an alternative.

Abstract

Indonesia has a percentage of an elderly population of as much as 9.03%, so it can be stated that Indonesia is a country with an old structure. This makes Indonesia pay attention to the health, activity, and productivity of the elderly. Changes in physical condition can affect the activities of the elderly significantly and increase the risk of falling. Therefore, a monitoring tool for elderly activities and location points for elderly falls was developed called e-care for the elderly. E-care Elderly is designed to be able to monitor the position of the elderly via GPS and detect if the elderly have fallen. This tool is connected to the application installed on the smartphone. In addition, this elderly E-care is equipped with a camera that can monitor the situation around the elderly. This service will be given to 10 elderly in Cikutra Village, Cibeunying Kidul District, Bandung City. There will be several preparations, implementation, and assistance activities for E-care for the Elderly. According to a survey of respondents who took part in this community service, more than 80% felt the tool had a performance that followed the needs, and 100% thought it was appropriate and very suitable for this activity with the goals and conditions of the community and it was hoped that the continuity of this activity. The survey results illustrate that the community understands all community service activities and how to use and benefit from E-Care tools.  ---  Indonesia memiliki persentase penduduk lansia sebanyak 9,03%, sehingga dapat dinyatakan indonesia merupakan negara berstruktur tua. Hal tersebut membuat Indonesia harus memperhatikan  kesehatan, keaktifan, dan produktivitas dari lansia. Perubahan kondisi fisik dapat mempengaruhi aktivitas lansia terutama dan menambah resiko jatuh. Oleh karena itu dikembakan alat pemantau aktivitas lansia dan titik lokasi jatuh lansia yang dimamakan e-care lansia. E-care Lansia dirancang agar dapat memantau posisi lansia melalui GPS dan mendeteksi jika lansia terjatuh. Alat ini terhubung ke aplikasi yang terpasang pada telepon pintar. Selain itu, E-care lansia ini dilengkapi dengan kamera yang dapat memantau keadaan di sekitar lansia. Pada abdimas ini akan diberikan kepada 10 lansia di Kelurahan Cikutra, Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul, Kota Bandung.  Akan ada beberapa kegiatan persiapan, pengimplementasian dan pendampingan penggunaan E-care Lansia. Menurut survei responden yang mengikuti kegiatan abdimas lebih dari 80 % merasa alat memiliki kinerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan 100 % merasa sesuai dan sangat sesuai kegiatan ini dengan tujuan dan kebutuhan masyarakat dan diharapkan keberlangsungan kegiatan ini. Dari hasil survei tersebut juga bisa menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat sasar paham tentang seluruh kegiatan abdimas dan paham cara penggunaan dan manfaat dari alat E-Care.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dengan pesatnya kemajuan di bidang teknologi, dunia pendidikan turut berkembang dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) yang mendorong siswa berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan setiap masalah. Untuk dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran STEM, para guru dituntut untuk dapat memahami konsep STEM dan mengaplikasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran. Guru-guru IPA SMP di Kabupaten Bandung Barat mengalami kesulitan mempelajari teknologi robotika, IoT (Internet of Things), dan sistem tertanam. Kegiatan workshop dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman para guru terhadap konsep STEM dan mengaplikasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan workshop diselenggarakan selama satu hari penuh bagi 20 guru IPA dengan metode presentasi, demo dan pelatihan untuk menggunakan perangkat robotika dan IoT menggunakan Arduino. Workshop meliputi pengenalan konsep mikrokontroler, sensor dan aktuator, serta pemrograman Arduino. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan workshop, 80 % peserta memahami penggunaan perangkat Arduino untuk mendukung pembelajaran STEM.Abstract: With the rapid advances in technology, the world of education is evolving by implementing information technology to serve more creative and innovative learning. One of the learning models implemented is STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) which encourages students to think creatively in problem solving. To be able to apply STEM learning model, teachers are required to understand the concept of STEM and implement technology to the learning process. The middle school science teacher in Kabupaten Bandung Barat experience difficulties in learning technology such as robotics, IoT (Internet of Things), and embedded system. The workshop aims to increase the teachers’ understanding of STEM concept and to apply technology to the learning process.The workshop is held for one full day for 20 science teachers which includes presentation, demo and training to use the robotic device and IoT using Arduino. The workshop includes introduction of microcontroller, sensors and actuators, and Arduino programming. After workshop, 80 % of participants understand the use of Arduino for learning STEM.

Abstract

Particularly since the COVID-19 outbreak, Indonesia has seen an annual surge in criminal prosecutions. To increase home security, many technological advances have been made. Face recognition served as the main form of security for almost all of them. Face detection, face segmentation, and face recognition are the three steps in the face recognition process. To avoid misclassification and increase system dependability, accurate recognition of faces becomes crucial in security systems. The optimization tool Grid Search CV produces using a number of machine learning methods that are proposed. Each machine learning has been created using its best model and has attained accuracy levels of at least 90%. The most effective strategy is SVM, which has 100% accuracy rates. A technique for choosing the best model is an alternative. The computation time will be compared to that of more complex systems before these results are eventually communicated to the real system

Abstract

Abstrak-Dalam program budi daya ikan lele, kurangnya kesadaran tentang kualitas air pada kolam serta pemberian pakan pada ikan lele menjadi masalah yang kerap dialami oleh pemilik kolam. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pemilik kolam memiliki aktivitas lain di luar pemeliharaan kolam sehingga meninggalkan kolam tanpa adanya pengawasan. Masalah pemantauan dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan teknologi, salah satunya penerapan sensor ke Internet of Things. Penerapan sensor berbasis Internet of Things membantu pemilik kolam dalam memantau kualitas air di dalam kolam sehingga pemantauan dapat dilakukan tanpa harus datang ke kolam. Adapun untuk masalah pemberian pakan dapat diatasi dengan sistem pemberian pakan secara terjadwal sehingga meminimalisir kemungkinan terjadinya kanibalisme antar sesama ikan lele dan hasil pembuangan zat sisa yang dikeluarkan menjadi lebih terkontrol. Pada sistem monitoring, hasil dari pengujian sensor suhu DS18B20 menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 98,92% dengan 1,08% tingkat error serta sensor PH-4502C menghasilkan nilai akurasi 95,43% dengan 4,57% tingkat error. Pengujian delay pada sistem monitoring mendapatkan nilai delay sebesar 30,40375 ms dengan packet loss sebesar 0%. Pada sistem pemberian pakan didapatkan pembacaan sensor load cell dengan akurasi sebesar 98,34% dengan 1,66% tingkat error serta nilai akurasi aktuator sebesar 99,512% dengan 0,488% tingkat error. Abstract

Keadaan cuaca sangat mempengaruhi aktivitasharian manusia Cuaca adalah suatu fenomena alam yang selaluberubah tiap waktu. Peramalan atau prediksi cuaca perludilakukan untuk memperkecil dampak yang terjadi akibatkeadaan cuaca yang tidak menentu. Pada penelitian ini akandirancang sistem pemantauan cuaca berdasarkan kecepatanangin, suhu, dan kelembaban udara. Sistem akan mengukurbesaran parameter tersebut sehingga dapat memprediksi statuscuaca sepert hujan, berawan, cerah berawan dan cerah.Prediksi cuaca menggunakan 2 metode, Fuzzy Logic dan SimpleMoving Average. Hasil prediksi cuaca dari kedua metode inikemudian akan dibandingkan menggunakan analisa ConfusionMatrix untuk menentukan metode mana yang lebih baik dalammeramalkan cuaca. Hasil pengujian sistem pemantauan cuacamenunjukan bahwa akurasi sistem dalam mengukur parametersebesar 90,79% untuk kecepatan angin, 92% untukkelembaban, dan 98,61% untuk suhu. Hasil prediksi cuacamenggunakan metode Fuzzy Logic menunjukan nilai akurasisebesar 66,67%, sedangkan hasil prediksi menggunakan metodeSimple Moving Average menunjukan nilai akurasi sebesar62,22%.Kata kunci— SMA, fuzzy logic, prediksi cuaca, IoT.

Abstract

Manual sorting of catfish is a labour-intensive process in catfish farming, requiring considerable time and effort. Therefore, an effective and user-friendly automated catfish grading system is required. Currently, several automated sorting systems have been developed using load cells, but these methods are inefficient as they require fish to be sorted one at a time. The method used in this system is similar to the concept of a coin sorter, where catfish flow through holes of different diameters according to their head size. In addition, the system uses a water pump to circulate water from the final storage tank back to the holding tank to help guide the fish to the sorting channel. The water flow rate of the pump can be adjusted using a dimmer, which works by limiting the voltage used by the pump. Testing of the grading system was carried out under two conditions, grading fish of the same size range and grading fish of a significantly different size range. The results showed that sorting fish of the same size range had a higher accuracy (86.1%) compared to sorting fish of a different size range (61.9%). An analysis of the effect of the dimmer on the pump was also carried out, showing that the dimmer can effectively control the water flow rate.

Abstract

Many studies use radars for Human Activity Recognition (HAR), and numerous techniques for preprocessing FMCW radar data have been explored to improve HAR performances. Our approach employs 1-D radar to classify four human activities, i.e., walking, standing, crouching, and sitting.  We use Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) with Kaiser window to generate range-time and Doppler-time data from inphase and quadrature radar signal. The choice of windowing parameters, i.e., window size and window shape represented by the beta parameter in Kaiser window, is considered to have significant impacts on the performances of deep learning LSTM models, including the F1-score. However, our study in this paper, including statistical analysis using t-tests, shows otherwise. Our results consistently support the null hypothesis, which mean that variations in window size and window shape do not significantly affect the F1-score. In essence, our findings underscore the robustness of our preprocessing methodology, emphasizing the stability and reliability of the selected configurations. This research provides valuable insights into the preprocessing techniques for radar data in the context of human activity recognition, enhancing the consistency and credibility of deep learning models in this domain.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sekolah Alam mengedepankan alam sebagai aspek utama objek pembelajaran, sehingga kewajiban menjaga alam menjadi hal penting untuk diajarkan ke peserta didik. Salah satu upaya untuk menjaga alam adalah dengan menggunakan energi baru dan terbarukan sebagai alternatif energi bersih. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi misi yang sedang digiatkan di Sekolah Alam Gaharu. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, tim berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah alam yaitu penerapan EBT berupa panel surya sebagai media pembelajaran dan energi listrik tambahan untuk kegiatan outdoor di sekolah alam tersebut. EBT yang diterapkan adalah panel surya yang kiranya mudah dirancang menyesuaikan kebutuhan Sekolah Alam Gaharu. Panel surya yang menghasilkan listrik DC diintegrasikan dengan sistem lain seperti Aki dan inventer DC ke AC agar catu daya bisa langsung digunakan perangkat elektronik di Sekolah Alam Gaharu. Diharapkan kegiatan masyarakat ini menjadi media pembelajaran EBT di Sekolah Alam Gaharu. Diakhir kegiatan akan ada survei kepada 15 guru di Sekolah Alam Gaharu untuk melihat keefektifan penerapan panel surya sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah alam. Dari hasil survei yang dilakukan tersebut disimpulkan 100% kegiatan memenuhi kebutuhan dari Sekolah Alam Gaharu.Abstract: The Nature School prioritizes nature as the main aspect of learning objects, so the obligation to protect nature is an important thing to teach to students. One effort to protect nature is to use new and renewable energy as a clean energy alternative. So this has become a mission that is being carried out at the Gaharu Nature School. In carrying out this community service activity, the team tried to meet the needs of the natural school, namely the application of new renewable energy in the form of solar panels as a learning medium and additional electrical energy for outdoor activities at the natural school. The new renewable energy implemented is solar panels which can be easily designed to suit the needs of the Gaharu Nature School. Solar panels that produce DC electricity are integrated with other systems such as batteries and DC to AC inverters so that the power supply can be directly used by electronic devices at Alam Gaharu School. It is hoped that this community activity will become a medium for new renewable energy learning at Gaharu Nature School. At the end of the activity there will be a survey of 15 teachers at Gaharu Nature School to see the effectiveness of implementing solar panels as a learning medium in natural schools. From the results of the survey conducted, it was concluded that 100% of the activities met the needs of the Gaharu Nature School.
