Abstract

Ledakan penduduk dapat terus meningkat akibat penambahan angka kehamilan. Bahkan beberapa keluarga mengalami kesulitan dalam mengontrol kelahiran. Keluarga berencana merupakan suatu cara yang memungkinkan seseorang untuk mencapai jumlah anak yang diinginkan dan menentukan jarak kehamilan, dimana hal ini dapat dicapai melalui penggunaan metode kontrasepsi. Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) adalah pasangan yang berada dalam rentang usia dimana wanita mampu untuk hamil dan melahirkan, umumnya antara 15 hingga 49 tahun. Sedangkan program keluarga berencana (KB) adalah suatu upaya untuk membantu pasangan dalam menentukan jumlah anak yang diinginkan dari jarak kelahiran. Pada umumnya PUS  harus mengikuti program KB karena sebagian besar aktivitasnya dilakukan di rumah. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  untuk menghindari kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan dan mengatur jarak kehamilan sehingga dapat mengurangi ledakan penduduk akibat penambahan angka kehamilan. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan para peserta mengenai cara penggunaan kontrasepsi yang baik dan benar. Selain itu, peserta diharapkan memiliki kemampuan untuk memilih metode kontrasepsi yang cocok dan sesuai dengan kondisi mereka. Pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu metode partisipatif dengan melakukan pendekatan terhadap tokoh masyarakat untuk mendapat perizinan dan dukungan dalam memberikan edukasi kepada sasaran kegiatan yaitu Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS).  Kegiatan ini juga meliputi pemberian edukasi berupa penyuluhan yang menggunakan media seperti video edukasi dan poster. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan antusiasme yang tinggi terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership in employee career development at PT. Pegadaian Pematangsiantar Branch, the type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Pegadaian, Pematangsiantar branch and the number of samples in this study was 30 respondents (covering the entire population of the data source in this study using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the processed data was tested using SPSS Version 25. The validity test for transformational leadership can be seen from having the lowest r count value of 0.376 while the r table is 0.349, so 0.376> 0.34 and it can be stated that all are valid. Meanwhile, the validity test for career development can be seen from all statements having the lowest r count value of 0.365 while the r table is 0.349, so 0. 365> 0.349 and it can be stated that all statements are valid. Based on the calculation results, the Cronbach's Alpha value for transformational leadership is 0.842, which indicates that this questionnaire is reliable (consistent) because the Cronbach's Alpha value is> 0.7, while from the results of the reliability test, the value Cronbach's Alpha for the career development variable is 0.839, which means it is greater than the threshold value of 0.7. This shows that all questionnaire instruments have good internal consistency, so they are reliable for use in research. For the t-test, the transformational leadership variable has a sig. value of 2.04841 and the tcount result> ttable, (10.9215> 2.04841), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that the price coefficient partially has a significant effect on employee career development at PT. Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior in Indonesia is currently still low, this is related to various health problems or the spread of environmental-based diseases which are epidemiologically high in Indonesia. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with clean and healthy living behavior of typical Batak restaurant owners in Tigaraja Market, Tigaraja Village, Girsang Sipangan Bolon District, Simalungun Regency in 2022. This type of research is descriptive with a population of all typical Batak restaurant owners in Pasar Tiga. King with a sample of 30 total sampling technique. The results of this study obtained that the majority of respondents were aged 41 — 60 years, namely 18 people (60%) while the minority had ages > 60 years, namely 5 people (16%). The majority of the respondent's last education was high school, namely 11 people (36.7%) while the minority with the last education was elementary school, namely 5 people (16.7%) and tertiary education, namely 5 people (16.7%). The majority have good knowledge, namely as many as 15 people (50%) while the minority have less knowledge, namely as many as 5 people (16.7 % ). The majority had an attitude of agreeing as many as 16 people (53.3%) while the minority had an attitude that did not agree as many as 14 people (46.7%). The majority had good behavior as many as 17 people (56.7 % ) while the minority had bad behavior as many as 13 people (43.3%). The results of the chi-sguare test variable knowledge p value 0.009, attitude variable p value 0.031, it can be concluded that knowledge and attitudes have a relationship with clean and healthy living behavior of typical Batak restaurant owners in the Tiga Raja market, Tiga Raja Village, Girsang Sipangan Bolon District, Simalungun Regency 2022.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Assets, Return On Equity dan Net Profit Margin and dividend policy diproksikan dengan Dividen Payout Ratio and Dividen Per Share firm value pada perusahaan sektor kesehatan listed Stock Exchange Indonesia . Efek yang ingin kita ketahui adalah efek langsung atau tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Studi ini menggunakan cukup banyak dari 10 perusahaan. Sampling menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Perangkat lunak Smart Pls 3.0 yang paling banyak digunakan adalah perangkat lunak Smart Pls 3.0. Dari hasil pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Profitabilitas dan Kebijakan Dividen memiliki pengaruh Nilai Firm dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Hasil pengujian tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Profitabilitas pada Nilai Perusahaan.
