Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the direct effect of compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction, (2) the direct influence between compensation and work motivation and job satisfaction on performance, (3) the indirect effect of work performance and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were all KSP Mekar Surya Karanganyar employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Regression requirements test using classical assumption test while hypothesis testing uses alanalysis path, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that (1) compensation and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of p value of each < 0.05. (2) Compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance with the value of p value of each < 0.05, but motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance because the p value is 0.109 > 0.05. (3) job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the significance between;(1) the competence, (2) the communication, and (3) the emotional intelligence to the performance of lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta. The sample is taken by census. The technique of collecting the data is using questioner through validity and reliability test. The analysis technique uses double regression with classical assumption. The analysis results which could be reported are; from the validity test, the variable instruments are valid. The reliability test is reliable. From the classical assumption, multicollinearity test is no multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity test is no heteroskedasticity, autocorrelation test is no autocorrelation, and normality test is normal. The analysis result shows that: there is a significant effect of competence to the performance of Lecturer, there is a significant effect of communication to the performance of Lecturer, and there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence to the performance of Lecturer.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on employee performance in BKPPD Ponorogo Regency. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence of leadership style on work motivation in BKPPD Ponorogo Regency. 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of work motivation on employee performance in BKPPD Ponorogo Regency. 4) to analyze work motivation mediating the influence of leadership style on the performance of BKPPD Ponorogo Regency employees. The results of the research instrument show that indicators of leadership style, employee performance and work motivation indicators for validity testing are valid and invalid, for the results of the test of the relativity of leadership style, performance and motivation are reliable. The classical assumption test results show that the data are free of multicollinearity, free of autocorrelation, free of heteroscedasticity and normally distributed data. The sobel test results in this study indicate that motivation does not mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Suggestions in this study employees are expected to increase employee motivation, especially staff, although these variables are not proven capable of mediating the influence of leadership style on performance

Abstract

The marketing mix in tourism marketing includes 8P, which is an extension of the generally accepted traditional 4P. The eight "P" are product, price, place, promotion, packaging, programming, people and partnership. Some of these factors have a significant influence on the desire of tourists to visit the place or tourist destination concerned (Purnamasari, 2011: 15). This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, accessibility, and physical evidence the interest or decision of tourists visiting Mount Beruk Tourism Object Karangpatihan Village Balong District Ponorogo Regency. The data used in this study are primary data with data collection methods using questionnaire techniques. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with data analysis performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research concludes that promotion influences tourist visiting decisions. Accessibility has no effect on tourist visiting decisions and physical evidence has an effect on tourist visiting decisions and all have a positive relationship with tourist visiting decisions. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination, when compared with a predetermined standard, it is in the current position.

Abstract

Abstract Growth of information technology in this case computer technology can support the decision making in conducive modern organizations of work in organization can be finished quickly, accurate, and efficient. Information technology (TI) defined by as technology used to obtain get the, manipulation, presenting data. The All manager is this time claimed by their ability to be able to exploit the information influencing organizations so that can make decision precisely pursuant to the information. At our tataran governance recognize the term e-government which is becoming trend in this time, How exploiting TI in governance which we recognize with the phenomenon " e-government"nya ? The reality exploiting TI in governance do not such as those which we conceive the, congeniality TI in governance still limited to computer for the typing of and support the process of eye administration. Function TI for the process of data processing and transaction which ready complex and also public information a long way off from expectation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jam kerja operasional, jumlah pesanan, biaya produksi, dan biaya promosi terhadap omzet penjualan pada mitra kuliner GoFood di Solo. Jenis penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah seluruh UMKM kuliner di kota Solo yang telah memanfaatkan aplikasi GoFood. Sampel menggunakan 100 orang pengusaha, diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel adalah pengusaha yang memiliki izin usaha dan menempati tempat usaha tetap dan bukan PKL. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang dikumpulkan langsung dari responden melalui jawaban kuesioner. Uji persyaratan regresi dilakukan melalui uji Asumsi Klasik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jam kerja operasional, jumlah pesanan, dan biaya produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap omzet penjualan pada UMKM kuliner mitra GoFood di Solo sedangkan biaya promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap omzet penjualan. Abstract

One of the factors that make loyal customers against brownies Amanda is a quality product. So is the case with product quality, service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction which can support customer loyalty. The population in this research is the customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Sample numbering 100 respondents with the formula Leedy. The technique of sampling was done randomly sampling with a deliberate method of sampling. Test instrument use test validity and reliability tests, methods of data analysis using classical assumptions of the test, a multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination (R2) and the absolute difference test. The results of this study showed that the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction in partial effect significantly to loyalty customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Customer satisfaction the moderating influence of the quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction are partial toward customer loyalty Brownies Amanda Surakarta. Results the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) of 0,732, which means that the magnitude of the contribution to the influence of the variable quality of products, quality of service, promotions and customer satisfaction towards loylitas customers Brownies Amanda Surakarta is 73,2%, While the rest of 26,8% is affected by other variables not examined.Keywords: product quality, service quality, promotion. customer loyalty, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the significance of the effect of good corporate governance on firm value with return on assets as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies in the industrial sub sectors in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2015 - 2017. The population in this study are all companies manufacturing industrial sub sectors that have been listed or listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in a period 2015 - 2017 of 44 companies. The numbers of samples used was 12 companies, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used are classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis,t test, f test, coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results of study show that good corporate governance has a significant effect on the companies value of manufacturing sub industry companies. Return on assets does not have a significant effects on the companies value of manufacturing industry sub sector. Return on assets moderates the effects of good corporate governance on the companies value of manufacturing in the industrial sub sector.

Abstract

  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know significant effect of the variable location of the market, value-added products to increase market share and revenue market traders Ngarsopuro Solo, after structuring the market. Market research sites in the sample Ngarsopuro Solo with 50 respondents, the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis of the data using linear regression, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination Test. These results indicate there is significant market location variables, value-added products, and the market share of the revenue increase market traders Ngarsopuro Solo. Among the three variables most dominant market share is variable. Keywords: Location market, value added products, market share, revenue trader.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to analyze the influence of consumer perceptions, price perception and perceived risk to private label brands in the retail company Carrefour in Solo. After a review of the previous literature and research, hypothesis are made that consumer perception, price perception and perceived risk influence to private label product brands significantly, and price perception variable is a dominant variable affecting of private label brands product. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, and performed analyzes with SPSS. Analysis multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient determination, with the result: Consumer Perceptions (X1), Price Perception (X2), and the Perceived Risk (X3) significantly influencing to private label brands, and price perception variable is a dominant variable on the success of private label brands. It means the data obtained supports the hypothesis. Research found that the quality of the product is perceived by consumers, they believe that private label brands with low prices image have quality that is comparable to the national brands, consumers are not ashamed and do not have to bear the risk of purchasing the products. These all are the factors that are proven to be the perception in purchasing private label products brands. Keywords: Consumer Perceptions, Price Perception, Perceived Risk, and Private Label Brand.
