Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has triggered a drastic transformation in the world of education, especially at the higher education level. Significant increases in the use of online learning media occur in response to the need for adaptation to changing situations. Although the critical times of the pandemic have passed, the practice of online learning continues to grow rapidly. Online learning in the Professional Ethics course has become one of the alternatives in some colleges, but the effectiveness of such learning methods still needs to be studied more deeply from the point of view of the lecturers. An instrument to measure the effectiveness of online learning is developed and tested for its validity and reliability. The instrument has four dimensions: level of effort, student contribution, faculty skills, and learning outcomes. The study uses research and development methods involving 30 respondents, lecturers at Bestari University. The validity analysis results show that the entire online learning effectiveness instrument item is valid and acceptable. Nevertheless, the reliability of the Student Contributions dimension showed less satisfactory results. Furthermore, in this study, validity and reliability tests were carried out on the ethics instruments of the profession. The results of the research concluded that the research instruments are valid and reliable in measuring the ethical variables of the occupation. With adequate validity and reliability, this research provides a solid basis for moving on to future trials, such as the Classical Assumption Test and the Regression Test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah dalam meningkatkan Kesetaraan Pendidikan Tinggi di Universitas Salakanagara. Program KIP Kuliah merupakan program beasiswa yang ditujukan untuk mahasiswa dari keluarga kurang mampu secara ekonomi. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk memahami manfaat program ini dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa serta pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi belajar mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara dengan mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP Kuliah di Universitas Salakanagara. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang peran program ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program KIP Kuliah memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kesetaraan mahasiswa lingkungan Universitas Salakanagara. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa penerima beasiswa dapat mengembangkan kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, dan kemandirian. Program ini juga memberikan motivasi tambahan bagi mahasiswa untuk meraih prestasi yang lebih baik dalam bidang akademik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Program KIP Kuliah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Dengan bantuan finansial yang diberikan, mahasiswa dapat fokus pada studi mereka tanpa harus terbebani oleh masalah keuangan.Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi program ini, seperti seleksi yang ketat, pemantauan yang efektif, dan pengelolaan dana yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi peningkatan sosialisasi program kepada mahasiswa dan pihak terkait, dukungan pendampingan yang lebih baik, serta evaluasi yang berkala untuk memastikan efektivitas dalam program ini.

Abstract

Based on the results obtained from the first cycle to the second cycle, it can be concluded that the use of image media can improve the learning outcomes of IPS students in grade III A MIN 4 Serang, the district of Pamarayan district, attack. Images of media used in this study are images of natural and artificial environments. In the learning process the image media is used in the initial activities, core activities and final activities in the first cycle, the use of picture media in social studies can improve student learning outcomes from the class average value of 65.76 to 71.92 and if using the KKM achievement value this has reached KKM. Then in the second cycle, the average value of students increased again to 76.90. This value has reached KKM and has reached a target where more than 75% of students get scores of more than 70.00. Observation results of student tolerance, from cycle I to cycle II improve gravity. This is evidenced by the increased activity of students. From this description, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes and activeness of class III MIN 4 attacks increased by using media images on social studies subjects. With media images students are increasingly eager to learn greetings in class. Keywords: The Use of Media Images, Result Learning Social Science Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bagi siswa di kelas III A MIN 4 Serang, kabupaten Pamarayan, serangan. Gambar media adalah gambar lingkungan alami dan buatan. Dalam proses pembelajaran, media gambar dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa. Hasil belajar siswa dari nilai rata-rata kelas 65,76 hingga 71,92 dan jika menggunakan nilai prestasi KKM telah mencapai KKM. Kemudian pada siklus kedua, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat lagi menjadi 76,90. Nilai ini telah mencapai KKM dan telah mencapai target di mana lebih dari 75% siswa mendapat skor lebih dari 70,00. Hasil pengamatan toleransi siswa, dari siklus I ke siklus II meningkatkan gravitasi. Ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya aktivitas siswa. Dari uraian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dan kegiatan pembelajaran telah ditingkatkan oleh gambar media pada mata pelajaran IPS. Dengan gambar media, siswa semakin bersemangat untuk belajar salam di kelas. Kata kunci: Penggunaan Media Gambar, Hasil Belajar IPS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sistem penjaminan mutu akademik dalam mendukung inovasi dan peningkatan kinerja perguruan tinggi. Penjaminan mutu akademik merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam menciptakan perguruan tinggi yang unggul dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Sistem ini tidak hanya memastikan standar mutu tercapai, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai pendorong inovasi dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk pengembangan kurikulum, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada beberapa perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penjaminan mutu akademik yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan dapat menciptakan budaya mutu yang mendukung terciptanya inovasi di bidang pembelajaran, teknologi, dan manajemen pendidikan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perguruan tinggi melalui evaluasi berkala, penguatan kapasitas dosen, serta optimalisasi sumber daya. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi sistem ini, seperti kurangnya komitmen dari pemangku kepentingan dan keterbatasan sumber daya, perlu diatasi melalui kolaborasi yang lebih baik dan dukungan kebijakan yang kuat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem penjaminan mutu akademik tidak hanya menjadi alat evaluasi, tetapi juga menjadi katalisator bagi inovasi dan peningkatan kinerja yang berkelanjutan di perguruan tinggi

Abstract

Digital transformation in the world of education has changed the way students interact with academic information systems. Universitas Salakanagara Banten has implemented a digital academic information system to improve the efficiency of educational services. This change has an impact on student behavior in accessing and using the system, especially in the aspects of digital literacy, ease of use, and personal data security. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on student behavior in using academic information systems. This study highlights the factors that affect the level of system adoption, student satisfaction, and obstacles faced in the use of digital-based academic systems. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires to students of Salakanagara University Banten. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was used to identify the pattern of relationship between digital literacy, ease of use, and data security factors on the intensity of use of academic information systems. The results of the study show that students with a higher level of digital literacy tend to be more active in using academic information systems. The ease of use factor contributes significantly to user satisfaction, while concerns related to data security are one of the main barriers to system adoption. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital transformation in the academic environment requires a more inclusive strategy, especially in improving students' digital literacy and ensuring the security of information systems. Recommendations are given to improve the accessibility of the system and provide more comprehensive training for students in the use of digital academic technology

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of various education policies that have been implemented in various regions in Indonesia. Through the literature review method, this study identifies reviews and evaluates various studies that have been published on the impact and effectiveness of education policies. The main focus of this review is to understand how such policies contribute to improving education quality, educational accessibility, and educational equity across various socio-economic contexts. The analysis was conducted on literature covering a wide range of educational reforms, from implementing new curricula and using technology in education to inclusive education policies and policies promoting gender and social equality. This article combines findings from various studies to present a broad picture of challenges, successes, and failures in education policy implementation. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and researchers in designing future more effective and inclusive education strategies

Abstract

This article presents a systematic review of the integration of mathematics and coding in the integrated STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) curriculum. The background of this research is based on the need to improve students' 21st century skills, especially in problem solving, computational thinking, and creativity. The main objective of this study is to identify basic mathematical concepts relevant to coding, the basic principles of coding in STEM contexts, as well as the role of mathematics in designing and analyzing STEM algorithms. The method used includes a systematic literature search through various databases such as JSTOR, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, using relevant keywords such as "mathematics", "coding", "STEM", "integrated curriculum", and "computational thinking". Inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to screen for relevant literature, and qualitative data analysis was conducted to synthesize findings from selected studies. Key findings from this study include the identification of key mathematical concepts underlying coding (logic, algebra, calculus), the basic principles of coding in STEM contexts, and case studies of the implementation of integrated mathematics-coding curriculum at various levels of education. The results of the study show that the integration of mathematics and coding can improve students' skills in problem solving, computational thinking, and creativity. In addition, it was found that the role of teachers and lecturers is very important in the successful implementation of this integrated curriculum, which is supported by the use of technology and learning tools. The conclusion of this study is that the integration of mathematics and coding in the STEM curriculum is an effective approach to prepare students for future challenges, as well as provide practical implications for teachers, lecturers, and education students in designing and implementing relevant and engaging learning

Abstract

Responding to the implications of the challenges of the world of education, the duties and functions of lecturers in the future will be more complex so that it requires continuous coaching and adjustment of competencies. Peer teaching is one of the most effective learning methods. This research aims to describe the Role of Peer Teaching Methods in the Development of Student Abilities in Teaching Competency Development Courses. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study showed that by using a peer-teaching model, lecturers could choose a suitable strategy, based on the material to be discussed. Especially in terms of developing students' abilities in teaching competency coaching courses
