Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of participation and willingness to pay the community in rural infrastructure development. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis in analyzing the participation rate and the Contingent Valuation Method in analyzing the willingness to pay the community. The Data used are primary and secondary data. Primary Data sourced from questionnaire result 92 respondents. Secondary Data is sourced from Pidodo Wetan Village Office. The results Showed that the level of community participation in the construction of infrastructure Pidodo Wetan village is in the high category. Form of participation is most Widely given the power and material / food. Furthermore, the average value of willingness to pay the community of Rp.10,500 with the total value of willingness to pay of Rp.13,728,000. Family income affects the value of the willingness to pay of the community, whereas gender, age, and education have no effect on the bid willingness to pay of the community.

Abstract

AbstrakKota Semarang sebagai ibukota Provinsi Jawa Tengah memiliki tingkat kepadatan penduduk sebesar 4.269 jiwa/km2 pada tahun 2015. Dengan tingkat kepadatan yang cukup tinggi, mobilitas yang terjadi akan terus meningkat. Pemerintah mengatur kebijakan Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009  pasal 158 ayat 1, pemerintah kota Semarang menyediakan kebutuhan angkutan massal di kawasan perkotaan berupa Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dari segi harga, kenyamanan, keandalan, aksesibilitas, dan keamanan terhadap kemungkinan pemilihan moda BRT dan moda transportasi Non-BRT. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 responden dengan purposive sampling. Model Binary Logistic Regression digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pemilihan moda BRT dan Non-BRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan moda BRT dan Non-BRT di Kota Semarang didominasi oleh pengguna 82 responden untuk BRT dan 18 responden untuk Non-BRT. Pemilihan moda BRT dan Non-BRT dipengaruhi oleh harga, faktor kenyamanan, keandalan, aksesibilitas dan keamanan.Kata Kunci: Pemilihan Moda, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Semarang, Binary Logistic Regression. AbstractSemarang as the capital city of Central Java Province has a population density of 4.269 per square kilometer in 2015. Due to high population density, communities’ mobility will also be increasing. Government arranged the policy related to traffic and public transportation in the Law Number 22 Year 2009 article 158 paragraph 1, the government of Semarang City has guaranteed the availability of road-based transportation in Urban Areas by providing public transportation namely Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Semarang. This research aims to analyze communities’ preference in terms of price, convenience, reliability, accessibility, and safety toward the possibility of BRT and Non BRT transportation modes selection. This research uses 100 respondents by Purposive Sampling. Binary Logistic Regression model is applied to determine the effect of independent variable towards dependent variable of BRT and Non BRT transportation modes selection. The result of this research indicated that BRT and Non BRT transportation modes selection in Semarang City are dominated by 82 respondents of BRT users and 18 respondents of Non BRT users. BRT and Non BRT transportation modes selection are affected by the factor of price, convenience, reliability, accessibility, and safety.Keywords: Modes selection, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Trans Semarang, Principal Component Analysis, Binary Logistic Regression.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism development Jatibarang reservoirs and Goa cave has changed the socio-economic conditions surrounding communities, people who formerly worked as farmers and farm workers are now turning the profession as a result of the development of the tourist sites, local communities lost land of their rice fields because of the construction of reservoirs Jatibarang, impact effect on employment and earned income communities. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the different levels of income received by the local community before and after the development of tourism objects Kreo cave and Jatibarang reserviors, what causes the difference in the level of income received by the community and the impact on the economy, and how the impact of developing a tourist location Kreo cave and the Jatibarang reservoir against non-economic conditions. This research method using a mix method by using descriptive qualitative and different test. The results of this study, namely, the income received by people around the tourist area of Goa and dams Jatibarang Kreo increase along with the expansion of the travel, increasing employment opportunity and  the economic value of land.  Beside that development of tour sites,  Jatibarang resevoir and Goa Kreo also affec tpt the social conditions, culture and environment conditions surrounding communities in non-economic aspect.  Keywords: Tourism Economics, Goa Kreo, Jatibarang Reservoir, Community-based Tourism. ABSTRAKSI Pengembangan pariwisata Waduk Jatibarang dan Goa Kreo telah mengubah kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar, masyarakat yang dahulu bekerja sebagai petani dan buruh tani kini beralih profesi sebagai dampak dari pengembangan lokasi wisata tersebut, masyarakat  sekitar kehilangan lahan persawahan mereka karena adanya pembangunan Waduk Jatibarang, Dampaknya berpengaruh terhadap pekerjaan dan pendapatan yang diterima masyarakat sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisa bagaimana tingkat perbedaan pendapatan yang diterima oleh masyarakat sekitar sebelum dan sesudah adanya pengembangan objek pariwisata Goa Kreo dan Waduk Jatibarang, apa yang menyebabkan perbedaan tingkat pendapatan yang diterima masyarakat dan dampaknya terhadap perekonomian, dan bagaimana dampak pengembagan lokasi wisata Goa Kreo dan Waduk Jatibarang tersebut terhadap kondisi non-ekonomi. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan mix method dengan mengunakan diskriptif kualitatif dan uji beda. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, pendapatan yang diterima oleh masyarakat sekitar kawasan wisata Goa Kreo dan Waduk Jatibarang meningkat seiring dengan adanya pengembangan wisata, meningkatnya kesempatan kerja dan nilai ekonomis tanah. Sedangkan  pengembangan lokasi wisata Goa Kreo dan Waduk Jatibarang juga akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat, kondisi kebudayaan dan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar pada aspek non-ekonomi. Kata kunci : Ekonomi Pariwisata, Goa Kreo, Waduk Jatibarang, Pariwisata berbasis Masyarakat.

Abstract

The growth of sharia fintech is not proportional to the majority of the Muslim population. There are only a few studies that discuss the behavioral intentions of consumers who use sharia fintech. This study aims to identify the factors influencing Muslim's behavioral intentions in using sharia fintech. This study conducted 400 respondents in four types of sharia fintech (digital payment, lending, crowdfunding, and risk and management). This study uses a structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Variable Planned behavior (PB), Acceptance Model (AM), Use of Technology (UT), Digital Literacy (DL), and Sharia Financial Literacy (SFL) have significant positive effects on Behavior Intention (BI). Abstract

Community welfare is an indicator of the success of development. And in its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems related to the welfare of society. One of the complex and chronic problems related to the welfare of the community is poverty. The high of poverty rate will have an impact on the emergence of other negative social problems. It is difficult to find out what the exact cause is and how the solution is really effective in reducing the poverty. In this regard, the problem of poverty in Central Java is related to its slow pace of poverty reduction and the high level of poverty in Central Java which is always above the national level. The aim of this research is to see how the factors that cause poverty and how to eradicate it based on theories and related previous research. Unemployment, dependency ratio, and productivity variables were analyzed as factors causing poverty. while agrishare, industrialshare, and village funds were analyzed as factors that were considered capable of eradicating poverty. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with panel data and estimated using the fixed effect model approach with pooled generalized least square estimate with cross section weight. The results showed that the variables of agrishare, industrialshare, labor productivity, and village funds had a significant effect on poverty. While the unemployment variable and dependency ratio do not have a significant effect on poverty.

Abstract

Environmental degradation occurs is influenced by economic growth and the means of transportation that support it, besides that, the population size also affects the occurrence of environmental degradation. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, population growth and total of transportation on environmental degradation in short and long term. This research uses dynamic time series autoregressive distribution lag method. The results showed that the gross domestic product (GDP) variable had a significant positive effect in increasing CO2 gas emissions both in the short and long term. The variable amount of transportation has a positive and insignificant effect on the increase in CO2 gas emissions in the short term and has a negative effect in the long term. Meanwhile, population growth variable has a positive and significant effect in the short term and negative and significant in the long term.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri halal dinilai memiliki peluang menjanjikan seiring meningkatnya gaya hidup halal dikalangan masyarakat. Dimana saat ini industri halal telah mencakup semua perspektif diberbagai bidang kebutuhan individu. Pemanfaatan barang halal sudah meluas baik bagi muslim maupun non-muslim yang peduli akan gaya hidup sehat, karena halal telah mencakup unsur kebersihan, keselamatan, dan keamanan. Hal ini berdampak pada tingginya minat konsumen terhadap produk halal baik itu barang ataupun jasa, sekaligus dapat menjadi peluang bisnis bagi produsen untuk mulai berkonsentrasi pada pembuatan produk halal guna memenuhi permintaan pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengusaha dalam memilih bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Expert Choice 11. Pemilihan metode analisis ini untuk mengetahui faktor terkuat yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengusaha berbisnis fashion muslim di Kota Semarang. Data yang bersifat kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner yang diajukan kepada 5 pengusaha fashion muslim di Kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan berbisnis fashion muslim setelah diurutkan yaitu Religiusitas (51,4%), Efikasi Diri (22,0%), Halal Lifestyle (15,5%), Motif Ekonomi (11,1%).Kata Kunci: Keputusan, Bisnis, Pengusaha Muslim, Fashion Muslim. ABSTRACTThe halal industry is considered have promising opportunities as the halal lifestyle increases among the community. Where now the halal industry has covered all perspectives in various fields of individual needs. The use of halal goods has expanded both for Muslims and non-Muslims who care about a healthy lifestyle, because halal includes elements of cleanliness, safety, and security. This has impact on high consumer interest in halal products, both goods and services, as well as a business opportunity for producers to start concentrating on making halal products to meet market demand. The purpose of this study to find out what factors influence the decision of entrepreneurs in choosing business. The research method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Expert Choice 11 analysis tool. The selection of this analysis method is to determine the strongest factors that influence the decisions of Muslim fashion business entrepreneurs in Semarang City. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews with the help of questionnaires submitted to 5 Muslim fashion entrepreneurs in the city of Semarang. Abstract

This research aims to see the role of the Technology Acceptance Model theory that can influence the millennial generation in using e-money and its relationship with hifz mal. The basic variables are ease and usefulness, and also three other variables, namely security, trust and experience. The research model was empirically tested using a data collection method through questionnaires for millennial generation of e-money users, namely students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 22 application. The results showed that usefulness and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on the use of e-money. Meanwhile, convenience, security and experience do not play a role in influencing the millennial generation in using e-money. The connection with hifz mal is that the use of e-money provides convenience and benefits for its users while providing security guarantees, so that Muslim users of electronic money avoid things that are not in accordance with the Islamic economic system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) yang dipengaruhi oleh pembangunan infrastruktur pelayanan dasar, jalan provinsi, air bersih, serta hotel, penginapan dan restoran pada 35 kabupaten dan kota di Povinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2011-2017. Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) merupakan variabel dependen, sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah jumlah infrastruktur pendidikan, jumlah infrastruktur kesehatan, panjang jalan raya provinsi, jumlah infrastruktur air bersih, dan jumlah hotel, penginapan dan restoran menggunakan pendekatan Random Effect Model (REM) karena terpilih sebagai model regresi data panel yang paling tepat. Hasil regresi secara parsial menyatakan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dipengaruhi masing-masing secara signifikan dengan arah positif oleh jumlah infrastruktur pendidikan, jumlah infrastruktur kesehatan, panjang jalan raya provinsi, jumlah infrastruktur air bersih, dan jumlah hotel, penginapan dan restoran. This study aims to analyze the effect of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) which is influenced by the construction of basic service infrastructure, provincial roads, clean water, and hotels, lodging and restaurants in 35 districts and cities in Central Java Province in 2011-2017. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is the dependent variable, while the independent variable used is the amount of education infrastructure, the amount of health infrastructure, the length of the provincial highway, the amount of clean water infrastructure, and the number of hotels, lodging and restaurants using the Random Effect Model (REM) approach because selected as the most appropriate panel data regression model. The regression results partially state that the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is significantly affected each with a positive direction by the amount of education infrastructure, the amount of health infrastructure, the length of the provincial highway, the amount of clean water infrastructure, and the number of hotels, lodging and restaurants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between economic growth regency in Subosukawonosraten Region with leading sector approach.  The linkage of leading sectors towards economic growth of other regions in the Subosukawonosraten Region determined by Multiple Linear Regression analysis.  The results of the Multiple Linear Regression analysis is the most sector that has a significant influence on the other regional economic growth is sectors industry. In addition, sectors that have a significant influence on regional economic growth are real estate, agriculture, construction, information and communication, accommodation provision, trade, government and water supply, respectively.
