Abstract

This research is a literature review aimed at describing the impact of the transformation from traditional marketing to E-Marketing, with a focus on the use of digital technology on business marketing competitiveness. Through the method of literature review, this research collected and analyzed various sources of literature from scientific journals, books, articles, and research reports related to the topic. The results of the literature review show that digital technology has influenced the way businesses interact with consumers and how companies manage marketing information. The use of social media, websites, and mobile applications has enabled companies to reach consumers more efficiently and effectively. Analytical technology and big data have also provided valuable insights into consumer behavior, allowing companies to develop targeted and personalized marketing strategies. However, this research also reveals that the transformation to E-Marketing also brings challenges. Competition in the digital world is increasingly fierce, forcing companies to innovate continuously to differentiate themselves from competitors and attract consumer interest. Additionally, privacy and data security issues have become critical, and companies must take proactive steps to protect consumer data and build strong trust.

Abstract

Abstract: The troubled financing is financing which does not smoothly provided to members who do not meet the requirements or the obligation to pay back the funds that had loaned earlier upon due date. The handling of the troubled financing can be done in a way that is effective, as do the legal effort for the sake of saving funds that have been given to the customer. This research aims to know the risk management implementation of Sharia in financing at the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing. This type of research is research using a qualitative descriptive method. From the results of research that has been done indicates that the BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing has been very good in anticipation of emerging risks. BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing in applying some of the ways on the risk assessment process with initial steps being undertaken is identifying risks, emotional approach than risk measurement, monitoring and controlling risk, risk, as well as perform analysis with principle 5c that is, character, capacity, collateral, condition, capital. BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing in saving troubled financing only use rescheduling (scheduling) in accordance with the agreements that have been made Abstrak: Pembiayaan bermasalah merupakan pembiayaan yang tidak lancar yang diberikan kepada anggota yang tidak dapat memenuhi persyaratan atau kewajiban untuk melunasi kembali dana yang telah dipinjamkan sebelumnya pada saat tanggal jatuh tempo. Penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah bisa dilakukan dengan cara yang efektif, seperti melakukan upaya hukum demi menyelamatkan dana yang telah diberikan kepada nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen resiko syariah pada pembiayaan di BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara kepada bagian remedial, marketing, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing sudah sangat baik dalam mengantisipasi resiko yang muncul. BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing dalam menerapkan beberapa cara pada proses penilaian resiko dengan langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi resiko, melakukan pendekatan emosional kemudian pengukuran resiko, pemantauan resiko, dan pengendalian resiko, serta melakukan analisis dengan prinsip 5C yaitu, character, capacity, collateral, condition, capital. BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing dalam menyelamatkan pembiayaan bermasalah hanya menggunakan cara reschedullling (penjadwalan kembali) sesuai dengan kesepakatan yang telah dibuat. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the entrepreneurship education program on the interest of YPM Tuban Vocational High School students in starting a business. This study used linear regression analysis on 90 students of YPM Tuban Vocational High School whose data were taken using a questionnaire and purposive sampling technique. The results of this study revealed that the entrepreneurship education program had a positive and significant effect on the interest of the YPM Tuban Vocational School students in entrepreneurship. The application of entrepreneurship program practices is considered to be more effective in developing student interest compared to delivering entrepreneurship in the classroom. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh program pendidikan kewirausahaan pada minat siswa SMK YPM Tuban dalam memulai sebuah usaha. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis regresi linier pada 90 siswa SMK YPM Tuban yang pengambilan datanya diambil dengan kuesioner dan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa program pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada minat siswa SMK YPM Tuban dalam berwirausaha. Penerapan praktik program kewirausahaan dianggap lebih efektif mengembangkan minat siswa dibandingkan dengan penyampaian materi kewirausahaan di dalam kelas.

Abstract

Abstract: Business ethics in Islam is something important and needs to be considered in all business or business, because it will be a strength in the company which will eventually become a stimulus and have an impact on consumer loyalty to the company it self. This study aims to determine whether BMT Bina Insan Mandiri (BIM) Tuban has implemented Islamic business ethics in accordance with Islamic law. The results showed that BMT Bina Insan Mandiri (BIM) Tuban, has instilled religious values ​​in their daily lives, behaves and speaks politely to each of its members, in its marketing there is no element of lying and is very transparent, and maintains good relations with its members. This shows that the BMT Bina Insan Mandiri (BIM) Tuban has implemented Islamic business ethics. Abstrak: Etika bisnis dalam Islam merupakan sesuatu yang penting dan perlu diperhatikan dalam semua bisnis atau bisnis, karena akan menjadi kekuatan dalam perusahaan yang pada akhirnya akan menjadi stimulus dan berdampak pada loyalitas konsumen terhadap perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah BMT Bina Insan Mandiri (BIM) Tuban telah menerapkan etika bisnis syariah sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Bina Insan Mandiri (BIM) Tuban telah menerapkan etika bisnis yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis syariah.

Abstract: Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) as a financial institution in the economic realm This is a breath of fresh air for people who are starting to worry about the many practices of usury in conventional banking, especially in the microeconomic community. Institution. Sharia-based finance can be an alternative for people who avoid financial economy based on usury on conventional financial institutions. BMT is included in cooperative legal entity that is subject to Law no. 25 of 1992 About Cooperatives, PP RI No. 9 of 1995 concerning the Implementation of Savings and Loan Business Activities by cooperatives, Decree of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No 91/Kep/M. KUKM/IX/2004 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Service Cooperative Business Activities Sharia Finance, and Regulation of the State Minister for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises The purpose of this study is to find out about the implementation of financing and use qualitative methods knowing the solution path taken if BMT members do a problem The approach method used in this research is qualitative approach that conducts primary data research in the field. The juridical approach to researching regulations regarding the implementation of waqf and empirical not only as a set of rules, but as behavior in society The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of financing murabaha, BMT must be flexible with caution with 5C ratings on members who propose financing, preventive and preventive actions as well as kinship is prioritized in overcoming defaults committed by BMT customers. The judicial route can be one of the alternative solutions for defaults that occur carried out by customers and to protect assets from BMT and provide protection and legal certainty. Abstrak berisi 200-300 kata. Abstrak ditulis dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Pengetikan abstrak dilakukan dengan spasi tunggal dengan margin yang lebih sempit dari margin kanan dan kiri teks utama. Kata kunci perlu dicantumkan untuk menggambarkan ranah masalah yang diteliti dan istilah-istilah pokok yang mendasari pelaksanaan penelitian. Kata-kata kunci dapat berupa kata tunggal atau gabungan kata. Jumlah kata-kata kunci 3-5 kata. Kata-kata kunci ini diperlukan untuk komputerisasi. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and perceptions of Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) customers in Tuban City, East Java. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and secondary data was obtained from journals and other literature reviews relevant to this research. The sample technique in this research is random purposive sampling, namely purposive sampling, namely sampling by determining special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives. The number of samples is 150 respondents. The data obtained were processed with SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that customer religiosity has a positive effect on the decision to choose a sharia bank and customer perceptions also have a positive effect on the decision to choose a sharia bank. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan persepsi para nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) di Kota Tuban, Jawa Timur. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal dan tinjauan pustaka lain yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah random purpossive sampling yaitu Purposive sampling yakni pengambilan sampel dengan cara menetapkan ciri-ciri khusus yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan SPSS menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan religiusitas nasabah berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan memilih bank syariah dan persepsi juga nasabah berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan bank syariah.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction at BSI Tuban City through a quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings reveal that brand image has a significant effect of 30.71% with a probability of 0.003, while service quality has a greater influence of 44.59% with a probability of 0.000. Collectively, brand image and service quality significantly impact customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 46.15% and a probability of 0.000. The research conclusion emphasizes that service quality has a more dominant contribution compared to brand image in influencing customer satisfaction, therefore recommending that BSI should continue to improve service quality and maintain its brand image. Future research is expected to explore additional factors such as cost, location, and promotions that potentially affect customer satisfaction in the context of sharia banking.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan fotografi produk bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Sembungrejo Kecamatan Merakurak guna mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing mereka. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan terstruktur dengan pendekatan teori dan praktik, yang mencakup teknik dasar fotografi, pengaturan pencahayaan, komposisi gambar, serta pengeditan foto. Studi awal dilakukan untuk memahami kebutuhan peserta dan tingkat keterampilan awal, diikuti dengan sesi praktik langsung untuk memperkuat pemahaman teknik yang diajarkan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan peserta, kualitas foto produk, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran digital. Peserta mampu menghasilkan foto produk yang lebih menarik dan profesional, yang meningkatkan daya tarik visual produk mereka di platform digital. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial dan e-commerce yang lebih strategis mendukung perluasan jangkauan pasar dan visibilitas produk. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya pada kemampuan teknis peserta, tetapi juga pada kepercayaan diri mereka dalam mengelola pemasaran digital, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The principles of Amar Maroof Nahi Munkar, which emphasize environmental preservation and minimizing reliance on chemical fertilizers, are put into practice through training in the creation of organic fertilizer. The community, particularly farmers and agribusiness actors, receives direct training, counseling, and other forms of support from this non-profit activity (PkM). The program focuses on producing organic fertilizers from agricultural and domestic waste, which is not only more cost-effective and sustainable but also more environmentally benign. The activity's outcomes demonstrated that the training was effective in raising community awareness of the drawbacks of chemical fertilizers and the advantages of adopting organic fertilizers. Additionally, individuals will acquire abilities to independently create organic fertilizer and begin applying it to their farming operations. Here, initiatives to persuade people to reject environmentally harmful farming methods and transition to more sustainable ones are an example of how Amar Maaroof Nahi Munkar's beliefs are being put into effect. As an environmentally responsible and healthier agricultural alternative, it is intended that this activity will further encourage local populations to use organic fertilizer.

Abstract

This research examines the use of information technology as a strategic tool in shaping the image and branding in Islamic preaching (Dakwah). The study aims to investigate how information technology, including social media, websites, and other digital platforms, has influenced the way Dakwah messages are delivered and received by the public. We also explore the impact of information technology on shaping perceptions and the image of Dakwah organizations, as well as how this contributes to efforts to enhance public appeal and trust. The library research method is employed to gather relevant literature, analyze trends, and formulate arguments in this study. Findings from the literature provide deep insights into how information technology has become a key factor in defining the brand identity of Dakwah, reaching a broader audience, and building stronger relationships between preachers and the community. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the role of information technology in the context of Dakwah and offer guidance to Dakwah organizations and preachers on how to use technology wisely to improve their image and branding. Additionally, this study will also address challenges and obstacles related to the use of information technology in Dakwah and its potential future impacts.
