Abstract

Such conception of human rights is in line with international human rights law, in particular with adopting a comprehensive women's rights instrument, namely the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms Discrimination Against Women, hereinafter referred to as the CEDAW Convention, which was ratified by the State of Indonesia with Law No. 7 of 1984 on Ratification of the CEDAW Convention. Women, especially in Indonesia are still left behind both in public life and politics. This raises the issue of gender equality, which means a condition of "inequality" experienced by women. The current trend in society is that women tend to participate in the national level such as general elections or participation in the DPR or MPR. Currently, there is yet any law that comprehensively regulates the protection of women's rights. Indonesia still rely on legal instruments regarding gender equality with various conventions such as the CEDAW Convention, the ICESCR Convention, and the ICCPR Convention. Women face discrimination, not only in the domestic sector but also in the public sector. Therefore, it is important to learn and develop the multifunctional dynamic character of women. This development has appeared in various Constitutional Court's decisions on judicial review of laws.Keywords: genderequality;judicial reviews;general election

Abstract

Pembelajaran IPA yang efektif dirancang dan dilaksanakan dengan berorientasi pada siswa serta menekankan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menerapkan model pendekatan STEAM pada siswa SD Negeri 18 Indralaya Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain Kemmis & Taggart yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel di mana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan observasi pemantauan aktivitas guru dan siswa, serta pengamatan dan tes berpikir kritis. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 4 SD Negeri 18 Indralaya Utara Negeri 18 Indralaya Utara yang berjumlah 24 siswa semester genap Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian dilakukan selama dua siklus pembelajaran. Hasil belajar siswa pada Pra Siklus hasil belajar 5 siswa dari 23 siswa mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan 19 siswa dari 23 siswa mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang lebih signifikan semua siswa mendapatkan nilai di atas KKM. Dari hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa model pendekatan STEAM efektif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, sehingga penelitian ini mampu berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran sains yang aktif, inovatif, dan efektif.

Abstract

A medical record is a file that contains document records regarding the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services that have been provided to the patient. Pratama Clinic as a health service provider must have a competitive advantage and be competitive in terms of the quality of the health services provided. Pratama Halyna Clinic is located in Gajahan, Kebongembong, Kec. Pagerruyung, Kendal Regency, Central Java. In this clinic, there are several polyclinics, namely, general, Kia / birth control, elderly, childbirth, and circumcision. To carry out data recapitulation to find out the number of patients who visited and the polyclinics that were frequently visited, the operator carried out manual calculations, namely by opening the data in the form of paper regarding patient recaps for that month which was then carried out by manual counting. Based on these observations and observations, we, the staff, propose creating a patient data recording system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Organizational Theory at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the context of organizational communication, organizational culture and employee performance. PT Kereta Api Indonesia as a state-owned company engaged in the transportation sector has unique challenges and opportunities in managing its human resources and operations. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data from interviews with managers and employees, as well as analysis of internal company documents. The results of this study indicate that effective communication and a strong organizational culture contribute significantly to improving employee performance. In addition, the implementation of clear organizational values ​​and ongoing training are key factors in creating a productive work environment. This study is expected to provide insight for PT Kereta Api Indonesia management in optimizing organizational strategies to achieve better company goals.

Abstract

The challenges in family financial management, such as expenditures exceeding income, lack of savings, and reliance on consumer debt, have become major issues for the community of Desa Temaji, Jenu District. This community service program aims to enhance the understanding and skills of families, especially mothers, in financial management to achieve economic stability. The methods used include an initial study, interactive training, and pre- and post-training knowledge evaluation. The results of the training show a significant improvement in participants' ability to create budgets, manage debt, and prioritize needs. The implementation of the financial strategies taught has enabled families to manage their income more wisely, build emergency funds, and reduce dependence on debt. The success of this program demonstrates that a systematic approach focused on local needs can be an effective solution in improving family economic stability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on teacher performance at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan, both partially and simultaneously. The background of this research is based on the crucial role of teachers in improving the quality of education, as well as the observed variations in teacher performance that are presumed to be influenced by school leadership, individual motivation, and the working environment. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all 40 teachers at SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan, and the sampling technique used is total sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that: (1) leadership style have a significant effect on teacher performance when tested partially; (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (3) the work environment does not significantly affect teacher performance; and (4) simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation, and work environment significantly influence teacher performance. The findings imply that increasing work motivation is a key factor in enhancing teacher performance, while leadership style and work environment require further optimization to comprehensively support performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity at PT. Nihon Seiki Indonesia. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining employee productivity as shown by the non-achievement of work targets in recent months. This problem indicates the possibility of a decline in internal quality that needs to be evaluated, such as low motivation, less supportive work environment conditions, and less than optimal job satisfaction. This decline can also have an impact on the company's overall performance, including in terms of efficiency, production quality, and customer satisfaction that are declining over time. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verifiable approach. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 90 employees as a sample of the total population of 115 employees working in the company. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and determination coefficient (R²) test, with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Productivity, both partially and simultaneously. These findings confirm that the increase in employee work productivity is not only dependent on external factors such as technology and management systems, but is also highly determined by internal factors that are directly related to individual comfort and satisfaction at work. Therefore, company management needs to focus more on efforts to create a conducive work environment, build strong motivation, and increase employee job satisfaction as a strategy to optimize productivity. In addition, continuous training and effective communication between teams also need to be improved to maintain morale, collaboration, and the achievement of overall organizational targets.

Abstract

Effective sales transaction management is very important for retail businesses. This research aims to develop a comprehensive sales invoice information system at the Sari Agung Semarang store to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales process. The system is designed to simplify invoicing, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide complete sales reporting capabilities. This research involved analysis of current sales processes, system design with a user-friendly interface, and integration with existing accounting and inventory management software. Implementation of this system is expected to increase customer satisfaction, reduce the risk of errors, and provide valuable insights to support better decision making.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the extent to which the marketing communication mix influences the purchasing decisions of Batu Tela products in building material MSMEs operating in Jayapura Regency. The marketing communication mix examined in this study includes five main elements, namely advertising, sales promotion, publicity, personal selling, and direct marketing. These five elements are considered important factors that can influence how consumers recognize, evaluate, and ultimately make decisions to purchase the products offered. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique. The research respondents were 60 consumers selected with the criteria of having purchased Batu Tela products at least once in the last six months. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the relationship and influence of each marketing communication element on purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that all five marketing communication elements have been proven to have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. This confirms that the marketing communication strategy designed and implemented by MSMEs plays an important role in building positive consumer perceptions and encouraging purchase transactions. Of all the variables studied, sales promotion emerged as the dominant factor that most strongly influenced consumer decisions. Incentives in the form of price cuts, discounts, and special offers are considered more effective in attracting consumer attention and interest than other elements. This finding provides practical implications: MSMEs need to design more integrated marketing communications strategies, emphasizing creative and sustainable sales promotion programs. Furthermore, this research opens up opportunities for further research by expanding the variables, particularly internal consumer factors that can influence decision-making.

Abstract

Pemantauan suhu dan kelembaban secara real-time merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam berbagai bidang, seperti kesehatan, pertanian, industri, dan pengelolaan lingkungan, guna menjaga stabilitas kondisi ruangan dan mencegah kerusakan pada peralatan elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembaban berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32 dengan sensor DHT22. Sistem dirancang untuk menampilkan data secara langsung melalui layar OLED dan aplikasi Blynk sehingga memungkinkan pemantauan jarak jauh secara real-time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pengujian pada dua skenario, yaitu ruang tertutup dan area terbuka, dengan titik kendali kelembaban relatif (RH) sebesar 65%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja secara efektif dalam kondisi ruang tertutup, di mana kelembaban meningkat dari 54,5% menjadi 65% RH dalam waktu 10 menit dan kemudian dapat dipertahankan stabil melalui mekanisme kendali otomatis. Namun, pada area terbuka, sistem tidak menunjukkan peningkatan kelembaban yang signifikan karena adanya sirkulasi udara bebas yang mempercepat dispersi uap air. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem monitoring berbasis ESP32 ini efektif digunakan pada ruang dengan kondisi lingkungan yang terkontrol, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut pada aplikasi rumah pintar (smart home) dan sistem industri berbasis Internet of Things (IoT).
