Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, bagaimana Resiliensi pelaku wisata masyarakat desa Ngadas dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19, bagaimana pelaku wisata melakukan adaptasi pariwisata dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenonolgi. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku wisata di TNBTS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa resiliensi pelaku wisata masyarakat Desa Ngadas dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 dalam melakukan resiliensi kembali pada pekerjaan utama sebelum menjalankan wisata yaitu sektor pertanian seperti sayur dalam menjalankan kegiatan ekonomi dan memenuhi kebutuan keluarga selama pandemi COVID-19.

Abstract

Abstract: Edutourism is not just presenting an entertainment but must be inserted of educational values ​​for visitors. Edutourism aims to improve the intelligence and creativity of visitors. Kampung Susu Dinasty is one of the new developed educational attractions in the area of ​​Sidem Village, Gondang Sub-District, Tulungagung District. The tourism object emphasizes the education aspect in the field of animal husbandry, especially cattle, goats and horses. The tourist attraction of the Kampung Susu Dinasty has an influence to people's lives, the which one is increasing livelihoods which has an impact on increasing income. To find out the form of community participation in the development of edutourism objects, the Kampung Susu Dinasty is needed for a study. Initial identification is done by field survey. Furthermore, data collection is done by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Then the data were be analyzed to descriptively qualitatively. This was done to find out the form of community participation in the development of the Kampung Susu Dinasty Farm. The results of the study show geographically that Gondang Subdistrict is a suitable area to be developed for chicken farms, not cattle, goats, or horses. The form of community participation in the development of edutourism in the Kampung Susu Dinasty Ranch is participation in management. In addition, the community has a role in developing the tourist attraction. This is indicated by the existence of changes in livelihoods from the former who worked as brick craftsmen to become tourist managers, souvenir artisans, and open parking lots. The development of edutourism in the Kampung Susu Dinasty Livestock is supported by a public attitude that is open to tourism development.

Abstract

Service industry has an important role in the economical aspects of every country. In the most competitive era like today, the key to survival and success is providing a quality service. The strict competitiveness causes many companies to focus on their customer satisfaction. The major factor which determines customer satisfaction in service industry is employees' behaviour which relates directly to the customers. Taking this as their consideration, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) put giving the best service as their principal. Many organization leader believe that customer satisfaction is based on satisfied employees' service.This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organisation culture to employees'performance and its impact on employees'satisfaction. The research data indicated that: (1) leadership style gives significant influence to employee job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture gives significant influence to employees job satisfaction, (3) leadership style gives indirect influence to employee job satisfaction through employee performance, (4) organizational culture influence to employee job satisfaction indirectly through employee performance, (5) leadership style and organizational culture give influence to employee job satisfaction through employee performance.
