<![CDATA[The effectiveness of animal physiology practical book based on guided inquiry model is the essential factor to achievement student understanding a about animal physiology concepts. The purpose of this study was to observe the effectiveness of animal physiology practical book based on guided inquiry model in Padang State University. The variables measured were affective, cognitive, psychomotor, and students’ activities. The data of this pre-experimental research were analyzed using averaged, percentage and standardized with Institutional assessment criteria. The results showed that the mean values were: 90.56 for affective competency (Criteria A), 82 for knowledge (Criteria A), and 89.66 for skills (Criteria A). Meanwhile, the percentage of student activities was 90.74% with very active category. It can be concluded that the effectiveness of practical book based on guided inquiry model was very effective to optimized student competences.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengembangan penuntun praktikum melalui pendekatan Inkuiri Terbimbing merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas, menemukan sendiri pengetahuan mahasiswa melalui kegiatan praktikum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksaaan kegiatan penggunaan penuntun praktikum dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing pada tahap diseminate di Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan pada tahap disseminate dengan menggunakan model 4D. Data diolah dengan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan keterlaksanaan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing selama praktikum memperoleh nilai 93,34% yang berada pada kategori sangat terlaksana. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan praktikum dengan menggunakan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing sangat terlaksana. ]]>

<![CDATA[Guidance on guided animal inquiry based practicology has been developed with valid, practical and effective results. The guide developed is guided inquiry-oriented which can help students find their own knowledge when practicum activities are carried out. Guides developed are also in accordance with the correct guiding component. The purpose of this study is to see the results of student motivation in using guided inquiry-based physiology practicum guides. This research is a development study using the 4D model, the data is processed using a percentage formula. The results of data processing show that the motivation of students who use practicum guides get a percentage of 80.2% (highly motivated) and those who do not use practicum guides is 84.14% (highly motivated) It can be concluded that students are highly motivated towards the use of practicum guided animal physiology guides]]>

<![CDATA[One of the materials that is difficult for students to understand is the material on the structure and function of animal tissues. The learning resources used by the teacher are in the form of student books and LKPD which are designed by themselves. The number of student books provided by the school is still lacking and limited, the limited number of student books is not sufficient for the number of students. So that not all students get textbooks. The purpose of this study is to produce a valid e-handout. This development research uses the Four D model. This research was carried out until the development stage, namely the validity test. The validity test was assessed by a validator consisting of three lecturers and one teacher. The validity test conducted by the material validator, media validator and learning strategy validator on the e-handout developed was very valid (97.3%). From the results of the validity test, it was concluded that the android-based e-handout on the structure and function of animal tissue for class XI SMA students is very valid so that the e-handout can already be used in learning. Research advice, this research is only up to the stage of develop (development). Therefore, it is recommended for further researchers to proceed to the effectiveness stage to test the effectiveness of this Android-based e-handout in the learning process. And then proceed to the dissemination stage (dissiminate). Therefore, it is recommended for further researchers to proceed to the effectiveness stage to test the effectiveness of this Android-based e-handout in the learning process. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by students' low conceptual understanding of the structure and function of animal tissues. Understanding of this concept can be seen from students' test scores on the structure and function of animal tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine students' conceptual understanding of the structure and function of animal tissues. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The instrument used in this study was a reasoned multiple choice test with item analysis using the simple PAS application. Based on data analysis, it was possible to obtain students' conceptual understanding of the material structure and function of moderate animal tissue (66.6%) with categories of understanding 3.7%, 62.5% wrong concepts, and 33.7% not understanding.]]>

<![CDATA[Penyakit reproduksi saat ini telah menjadi penyakit yang mematikan nomor satu di Indonesia. Terutama kanker serviks yang menempati angka tertinggi didunia. Tingginya angka penderita kanker serviks disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran para wanita dalam menjaga kebersihan alat reproduksinya. Karena alat reproduksi wanita merupakan wilayah yang sangat rentan dan mudah terkena serangan berbagai penyakit terutama kanker serviks. Panti asuhan merupakan wadah yang menampung anak-anak yang kurang beruntung seperti tidak adanya orang tua dan perhatihan dari lingkungan. Yang menyebabkan anak-anak tersebut kurang mendapatkan informasi mengenai pentimgnya menjaga kesehatan reproduksi. Sehingga hal ini akan menyebabkan kemungkinan anak-anak dipanti asuhan akan mudah terpapar penyakit reproduksi ini..Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan edukasi tentang pengenalan dan pencegahan penyakit reproduksi bagi anak- anak di panti asuhan tersebut sehingga pencegahan penyakit reproduksi terutama pada anak-anak panti dapat dicegah.]]>

<![CDATA[Previously, the literacy skill of students class XI at SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat Regency was still low. The students only memorized concepts and theories so that they were not able to implement the concepts in their life. The research aimed at investigating the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning on students' literacy skill. This research have been used Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design. The sample of this research was high school students in class XI taken using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed with Mann Whitney test. The result shows the increase of the students’ average literacy skill after being taught with Problem Based Learning in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning Model is effective on the students’ scientific literacy skill in class XI of SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang Pasaman Barat.]]>
