Abstract

Dunia dihebohkan dengan munculnya virus jenis baru, sebuah virus yang dikenal dengan sebutan virus corona. Corona viruses (CoV) merupakan bagian dari keluarga virus yang menyebabkan penyakit mulai dari flu hingga penyakit yang lebih berat seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERSCoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). Penyakit yang disebabkan virus corona, atau dikenal dengan COVID-19, adalah jenis baru yang ditemukan pada tahun 2019 dan belum pernah diidentifikasi menyerang manusia sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada masyarakat di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Naga Kesiangan Kabupaten serdang Bedagai Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 319 orang. Sampel sebanyak 42 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data pengetahuan dan perilaku responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden tentang pencegahan COVID-19 sebagian besar dalam kategori kurang baik yaitu sebanyak 26 responden (61,9%). Perilaku responden dalam pencegahan COVID-19 sebagian besar dalam kategori Tidak baik yaitu sebanyak 21 responden (50,0%). Uji spearman terhadap pengetahuan dan perilaku responden menunjukkan nilai p value = 0,067 (p0,05). Dari hasil tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan responden dengan perilaku pencegahan covid-19 di masyarakat. Abstract

Program Inisiasi Menyusui Dini (IMD) mempunyai manfaat yang sangat besar untuk bayi maupun ibu yang baru melahirkan. Tetapi dalam penerapan inisiasi menyusu dini itu sendiri belum tersosialisasikan di beberapa rumah sakit, maupun di klinik praktek bidan, sehingga penerapannya masih perlu di kembangkan. Maka dilakukan penelitian tentang gambaran pengetahuan dan sikap Petugas Ruang Bedah dalam pemberian IMD di Rumah Sakit Ibu Kartini Kisaran Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada September - Oktober 2020 dengan populasi 10 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik total sampling yaitu seluruh responden dijadikan sampel . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mayoritas mempunyai pengetahuan cukup yaitu sebanyak 4 orang (40 %) sedangkan minoritas mempunyai pengetahuan baik yaitu sebanyak 3 orang (30 %) dan pengetahuan kurang yaitu sebanyak 3 orang (30 %). Mayoritas mempunyai sikap setuju yaitu sebanyak 7 orang (70 %) sedangkan minoritas sikap tidak setuju yaitu sebanyak 3 orang (30 %). Diharapkan Pimpinan di Rumah Sakit Ibu Kartini Kisaran, baik level direktur maupun kepala ruangan dapat melakukan pengawasan dalam pelaksanaan standard operasional prosedur pemberian Inisiasi Menyusu Dini pada pasien pasca melahirkan secara khusus  post operasi sectio caesaria. Jika diperlukan ditunjuk petugas khusus yang bertanggungjawab langsung terhadap terlaksananya pemberian IMD pada bayi baru lahir. Diharapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar baik diruang kelas maupun dilaboratorium pemberian IMD ini dapat dikuasai oleh setiap mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai evidence based dalam melakukan penelitian dengan variable yang sama atau dengan beberapa variable yang berhubungan dengan pemberian IMD

Abstract

The goal of development in the health sector towards a healthy Indonesia in 2015 is to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live a healthy life for everyone so that the highest level of public health can be realized, so that it is an investment in improving the quality of human resources. Health development that has been carried out continuously in the last three decades has succeeded in significantly improving the health status of the community. Based on WHO research in Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate is 330/100,000 live births. This shows that the ability of obstetric services has not yet touched the community. Maternal mortality is estimated at around 16,500-17,500 per year (Manuaba, 2008). The study on the case of the third stage of labor in Mrs. W aged 29 years with retained placenta obtained subjective data with the main complaint that the mother was worried because the placenta had not yet been born, the mother felt tired and weak and the mother said that in the first delivery the placenta had been manual. While the objective data obtained data on general condition is weak, composmentis consciousness, TTV: BP: 110/70 mmHg, P: 78x/i, T: 36 0C, RR: 24x/i, umbilical cord does not extend at the vulva, bleeding ± 150 cc, unborn placenta after 30 min, weak contractions, TFU: at center level. Based on this, there is no gap between theory and practice

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu premenopause usia 40-50 tahun terhadap perubahan masa menopause di Hataran Jawa I Nagori Marubun Jaya Kecamatan Tanah Jawa Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2021 menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September-Oktober 2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan ibu premenopause usia 4-50 tahun sebanyak 85 responden. Dan keseluruhan sampel merupakan keseluruhan populasi yaitu sebanyak 85 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Uji analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik 74 responden (87,1%) dan sikap positif 81 responden (95,3%), serta ibu yang berpengetahuan kurang 11 responden (12,9%) dan sikap negatif 4 responden (4,7%). Berdasarkan uji statistik Chi-square didapatkan hasil ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu premenopause usia 40-50 tahun terhadap perubahan masa menopause di Hataran jawa I Nagori Marubun jaya Kecamatan Tanah jawa Kabupaten Simalungun dengan (p Value : 0,00 %) Ha (hipotesis alternatif) diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu premenopause usia 40-50 tahun terhadap perubahan masa menopause dengan indikator pengetahuan baik (87,1%) dan indikator sikap positif (95,3%).

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen the managerial capacity of batik SMEs in Pematang Siantar City through training and mentoring in digital marketing and business financial management. The main problems faced by partners include marketing that is still predominantly offline, inconsistent promotional content, suboptimal use of marketplaces and social media, and disorganized financial records, making it difficult to calculate cost of goods, profit, and cash flow. The intervention was carried out through needs assessment, structured training, hands-on practice (including the creation of business accounts, product catalogs, promotional content, and simple bookkeeping), as well as pre–post evaluation and follow-up actions. The outputs of this program include training modules, simple SOPs for digital marketing, bookkeeping templates (cash, sales, expenses, inventory), and a 30-day action plan for each SME. This program is expected to improve digital literacy, enhance the consistency of financial record-keeping, and strengthen business decision-making capacity, thereby increasing the competitiveness of local batik SMEs.

Abstract

This community service activity (PkM) aims to develop and strengthen the Quality Assurance System for primary and secondary education services through the implementation of internal audits and staff training (teachers and education personnel). The partners’ challenges generally include poorly organized quality documents, non-standardized service SOPs, program implementation that is not consistently aligned with plans, a lack of routine data-based monitoring, and undocumented follow-up actions on findings. The interventions are carried out through mapping educational service processes, developing standards/SOPs and audit instruments, training internal auditors and service staff (academic administration, student services, and parent services), conducting internal audits in priority areas, and assisting in the preparation of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. The main outputs include a concise quality manual, a package of SOPs, audit instruments, audit reports and follow-up action plans, as well as a PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle mechanism ready for sustainable implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation on the financial performance and reputation of industrial companies in Indonesia in the 2020–2025 period, and to identify the role of digital transformation in strengthening the effectiveness of ESG implementation. ESG is positioned as a strategic factor assessed by investors, consumers, regulators, and the public, as the need for sustainable business practices and transparency increases. The study uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. ESG scores are measured compositely and per dimension (Environmental/E, Social/S, and Governance/G), with financial performance represented by Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). Control variables include company size, leverage, and growth, while digital transformation is used as a variable that strengthens ESG implementation through data collection and reporting support. The results show that ESG implementation has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, particularly on increasing ROE and ROA. Furthermore, ESG practices also improve company reputation through transparency and accountability, strengthening brand value, and mitigating reputational risk. Research also confirms that digital transformation supports more efficient and verifiable ESG implementation and reporting processes. A case study of PT Visi Prima Artha, which implemented a solar power plant, reinforces the finding that sustainability initiatives can have a dual impact, improving both financial performance and reputation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of fair work practices and work-life balance among employees in high-intensity industries in Indonesia, and their effects on organizational outcomes, including job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance. Fair work practices are measured across four organizational justice dimensions: distributive, procedural, interactional, and informational justice. Work-life balance is assessed through time balance, involvement balance, and satisfaction balance, guided by boundary management theory. Using a quantitative correlational design, the study collected data from 300 professional employees working in technology, finance, consulting, and startup companies across Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali. Data were gathered via online questionnaires and enriched through semi-structured interviews, HR manager focus group discussions, and document analysis. Data analysis involved CFA, reliability testing, Pearson correlation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), including mediation tests using bootstrapping. The results indicate that fair work practices have a positive and significant effect on work-life balance (β = 0.48; p < 0.001). Additionally, both fair work practices and work-life balance positively and significantly influence job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and performance. Work-life balance also significantly mediates the relationship between fair work practices and all organizational outcomes, with significant indirect effects. Overall, the findings highlight the importance of fair workplace policies to enhance employee well-being while supporting organizational performance in high-intensity work environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the adoption of eco-friendly products among urban millennials in Indonesia and to develop a predictive model and effective intervention strategies to reduce the green attitude–behavior gap. The research employed a mixed-methods design using a sequential explanatory approach: a quantitative phase through surveys to test relationships among variables and hypotheses, followed by a qualitative phase using in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, expert interviews, and observations in retail outlets. The population consisted of urban millennials aged 25–40 living in metropolitan cities with at least one million residents. The quantitative sample included 600 respondents, while the qualitative phase involved 40 participants plus experts and retail observations. The findings indicate that eco-friendly product adoption is significantly shaped by internal factors (environmental values and knowledge), external factors (social influence and economic conditions), and product characteristics (quality and innovativeness). Environmental values positively affect environmental concern (β = 0.52; p < 0.001), while price sensitivity negatively affects purchase intention (β = −0.32; p < 0.001). Product availability also enhances perceived behavioral control (β = 0.40; p < 0.001). The study further confirms moderating effects of green self-identity, income level, urban infrastructure, and product innovativeness. Four main adoption segments were identified (Green Champions, Selective Adopters, Price-sensitive Considerers, and Skeptical Non-adopters). The study proposes the Urban Millennial Green Adoption Model (UMGAM), integrating input factors (individual, social, contextual), processing mechanisms (cognitive, affective, behavioral), and adoption and impact outcomes. The results are expected to guide producers, retailers, and policymakers in designing more targeted strategies to promote sustainable consumption.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to improve the quality of MSME customer service through the application of the service quality concept and the preparation and implementation of operational service SOPs. Partner issues include inconsistent service between officers/shifts, unclear customer response standards, unstructured complaint handling, and the absence of service indicators. The program is carried out through service quality assessments (observations and short surveys), service quality dimension training, service SOP development workshops (offline/online), service and complaint simulations, and assistance with implementation trials. The main outputs are a customer service SOP package, service communication standards, monitoring forms, and simple service KPIs. Targeted outcomes include increased service consistency, reduced repeat complaints, and increased customer satisfaction.
