Abstract

The government is taking steps to reduce the spread of the covid 19 virus. One of the efforts is to limit social activities through a lock down policy. The closure of schools and gyms as well as the cancellation of sporting events were also carried out, so that learning was carried out online. This will certainly change the physical activity that is usually active to be more passive at home. The purpose of this activity is to educate all school residents about regulating rest patterns as one of the steps to minimize the spread of covid 19. Example of an abstract text. The method used is field observation, drafting needs and licensing plans, implementing activities, and evaluating. The results of this activity were obtained that all school residents had an understanding of covid 19. All school residents were asked to apply adequate and regular rest patterns and pay attention to cleanliness both body and home environment.

Abstract

Training is something that athletes need to improve their physical performance. This study aims to examine the differences in the effects of HIIT training with different work and rest ratios on the physical condition of male badminton athletes at university level. The method applied in this study is an experimental method with a matching only design. The sample of this study was 30 male badminton players at university level. The number of samples used was the total number of athletes at the university. The results obtained were that training with a work and rest ratio of 1:1 can have a significant effect on physical condition. In addition, the ratio of 1:2 and 1:3 also has a significant effect on the physical condition of athletes. The conclusion in this study is that there is a difference in the effect between training with a ratio of 1:1, 1:2 and a ratio of 1:3 in improving physical condition, where the ratio of 1:1 has a better effect as one of the options as a training model in preparation before the match

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a handball development program for children in creating a healthy and accomplished generation. In addition, the program also teaches the value of sportsmanship and cooperation. Method: Although there are challenges in the implementation of the program, such as lack of facilities and parental support, collaboration between schools and communities can increase the success of the handball development program among children. Results: The participation of the government and schools in this program is necessary, in addition to improving cardiovascular ability, strength and coordination, the students will have good sportsmanship values, discipline and confidence. Novelty: This finding confirms the importance of sports development, especially handball, as a strategic step to form a healthier and more accomplished generation.

Abstract

Gamifikasi telah menjadi pendekatan inovatif dalam pendidikan, termasuk dalam pelatihan pelatih olahraga, dengan tujuan meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan calon pelatih olahraga selama proses pembelajaran. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan desain eksperimen semu, melibatkan kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner skala motivasi dan keterlibatan yang telah divalidasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam motivasi dan keterlibatan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan gamifikasi dalam pelatihan pelatih olahraga memiliki dampak positif terhadap partisipasi aktif dan pengalaman belajar peserta. Implikasi dari temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi institusi pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif.
