Abstract

Time signal violation material is a basic material that must be mastered by a basketball referee. This research includes the type of research and development. The results of this research and development is a learning tool basketball refereeing time signal violation tool packed in a dvd video. Results of small group testing of the product obtained a feasibility percentage of 83.33%. While the results of large group trials obtained a percentage of eligibility of 88.97%.

Abstract

In general, education functions to develop abilities and shape the character of a dignified national civilization in order to make the nation's life more intelligent, aimed at developing the potential of students to become human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty, have noble character, are healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative. , be independent, and become democratic and responsible citizens. One of these subjects is physical education, sports and health. In learning activities, interaction between students and educators is needed so that learning is more active. So that learning can run actively and not be boring, it is necessary to implement new innovations provided by teachers so that students can increase their learning motivation to take part in physical education, sports and health lessons. One of them is by implementing modifications to the softball game that are adapted to the curriculum in the educational unit. The aim of this research is. Knowing the effect of softball game modifications on the learning motivation of inclusive students in PJOK learning in class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Karangpucung, Cilacap Regency. This research method uses a quasi-experimental research type, with a quantitative approach, and a one group pre-test post-test design. Data was collected using analysis techniques through motivation questionnaires. The target of this research was class VII inclusion students at SMP Negeri 2 Karangpucung, Cilacap Regency and the number of samples taken was 19 students. Based on the results of research that has been carried out and analyzed using SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) version 25, it proves that the results of the hypothesis have no significant influence with a level of 0.191 > 0.05, strengthened by a Tcount value of 1.359

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the level of basic freestyle swimming techniques of students in the Swimming Subject of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program. This research is a descriptive study which aims to describe how to analyze basic freestyle swimming movement techniques for Swimming Course students. The overall research results of the 30 students of the Swimming Subject, Physical Education, Health and Recreation Study Program, STKIP Darussalam Cilacap who were sampled, showed that the level of mastery of freestyle swimming techniques was 67%. classified as good, with an error rate of 33%.

Abstract

The activity aimed to improve penjasorkes teacher ability in programming sport training. Participants of this program were sport teachers in Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, Senior High School, and Vocational High Schools in Majenang District who were in a total of 30 people. This workshop was held in two steps, the first step was a conference about the training periodization concept and its supporting theories, and the second step was programming sports training for athletes at the student level. This workshop showed that generally this activity was held by the planning. All teachers understood the periodization concept and were able to program the training. Therefore, this activity positively contributed to the sports teacher as one of the potentials to develop sports activity in Majenang District.

Abstract

Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) are KKN whose activity programs focus on certain areas according to social problems and the direction of development policies implemented by certain regional governments. STKIP Darussalam Cilacap organizes a Real Work Lecture program using the thematic method. KKN-T is intended to develop a spirit of empathy and concern for problems that occur in society. This tutoring work program is carried out using the AKSI learning method, namely active, creative, relaxed and innovative. The Tutoring work program for elementary school children in Ciklapa Village, Kedungreja District has been implemented well and smoothly. This tutoring program was carried out in collaboration between the person in charge, KKN students, and the community around the KKN-T STKIP Darussalam Cilacap post. This tutoring program was implemented successfully as seen from the enthusiasm and interest of the elementary school children who took part in this tutoring program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi fisik pemain bolabasket PORPROV Kota Batu dan Kabupaten Malang. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu atlet bolabasket PORPROV Kota Batu dan Kabupaten Malang tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data berupa instrumen tes kebugaran jasmani/versi TKJI. Pelaksanaan tes untuk mengetahui antropometri Body Mass Index (BMI), dan kondisi fisik berupa pengukuran tes push up, tes sit up, tes vertical jump, tes lari 20 meter, tes shuttle run, dan bleep test sesuai jadwal yang telah dibuat peneliti. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif bentuk tendensi sentral. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa antropometri pemain putra PORPROV Kota Batu dan Kabupaten Malang berkategori normal (70,83%) begitupun juga pemain putri (68,18%). Sedangkan untuk kondisi fisik, pemain putra berkategori sedang (37,50%) dan pemain putri berkategori baik (45,45%).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the findings of a lecturer teaching sports courses at the engineering study program of Cipta Wacan Christian University in Malang who reported low student enthusiasm during class learning. This raises the need for innovative methods to increase student learning motivation. This study aims to identify the effect of the application of ice breaking on learning motivation and student activity in learning sports courses in the classroom. The method used is quantitative research with descriptive design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and the internet, with a sample of 45 students consisting of 21 Civil Engineering students and 24 Mechanical Engineering students. The results showed that the application of ice breaking had a significant impact on student learning activities, with the results of data analysis showing an interval score of 63-84, which reflected a very good level of success. Students become more motivated, and learning activities increase. In conclusion, the application of ice breaking in learning sports courses can effectively increase student motivation and learning activities, making it a relevant strategy to be implemented in the Engineering study program

Abstract

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons. Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials. This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of imagery training (group 1), kinesthetic perception training (group 2), and control training (group 3) on improving zero-step lay-ups and free-throws. The method used in this research is an experiment with a quantitative approach with a research design using Match Subject Ordinal Pairing. The design in this study used 24 samples divided into 3 groups given different treatments. this study uses measurements of zero-step lay-up and free-throw. The results of this study indicate that the zero-step lay-up of group 1 has an average pre-test result of 76.75 the post-test results which are with an average result of 110.87, and free-throw group 1 with an average pre-test result of 36.62 for post-test with an average result of 71.25. With the conclusion that the zero-step lay-up increased by 44% and free-throw by 95%, from the pre-test and post-test results. The results of group 2 for zero-step lay-up training are with an average pre-test of 66.75 then for post-test results of 100.12, and for free-throw group 2 with an average of 44.62 then for post-test with an average of 72.5. The results of group 3 for zero-step lay-up training are with an average pre-test of 63.62 then for post-test results of 81.37, and for free-throw group 3 with an average of 38.62 then for post-test with an average of 60.12. With the conclusion that the zero-step lay-up increased by 28% and free-throw increased by 56% from the pre-test and post-test results. The control group did experience an increase because they continued to practice as usual without any treatment like groups 1 and 2, but the increase was still below that of the treatment group. Thus it can be concluded that imagery training and kinesthetic perception training can be used to improve the ability of zero-step lay-up and free-throw.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and examine related issues in physical education. The issue or problem raised in this article is about physical fitness in school students. The 2022 Sport Development Index (SDI) shows the condition of physical strength/physical fitness of the Indonesian people: 0.07% is in the superior category; 1.6% excellent; 3.5% good; 9.7% moderate; 23.9% less; and 60.1% very little. Based on the low level of physical fitness of students in Indonesia, there must be a solution to this problem. Through physical education given to students at school, so far it has not had an effect on increasing students' physical fitness. Therefore, improvements are needed in the management of physical education learning in schools. With good learning management, it will be possible to improve students' physical fitness, and be in line with the goals of physical education.
