Abstract

This study aims to Visits of tour on revenue (PAD) in Surabaya City, analyze the effect of Micro Small Medium Enterprises to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya City, analiyze Restaurant on revenue in Surabaya City, analiyze Hotel on revenue in Surabaya City. This analyze used quantitative approach. The population in this study were tourist visits, Micro Small Medium Enterprises , hotels, restaurants and local original income (PAD) in the city of Surabaya. The sample for this study has a period of 30 years in 1989-2018. The analytical method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that most tourist visits, umkm, restaurants, and hotels have a significant effect on PAD. Tourist visits, umkm, official restaurants are not significant on PAD. Whereas the hotel is significant to PAD in Surabaya City.

Abstract

The purpose of this written research is to examine the impact of economic expansion, unemployment rates, and income inequality on the unemployment rate in Indonesia between 2015 and 2022. Secondary data used comes from various sources, including the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data used in this written research covers the years 2015–2022, with most of the data coming from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and related books and journals. Regions or places with the highest percentage values of unemployment variables in Indonesia were selected using purposive sampling techniques, documentation techniques, and library research methods. The dependent variable in this written research is unemployment, while the independent variables are economic growth, poverty, and income inequality. The panel data used in this written research is a combination of cross-sectional and time series data. The observation size of this study is 72 and covers nine provinces with high unemployment rates over a period of eight years, namely 2015 to 2022. The provinces with the highest unemployment rates are Aceh, Riau Islands, West Sumatra, Banten, DKI Jakarta, West Java, North Sulawesi, Maluku, and West Papua. In written research, the research hypothesis is tested using the panel data regression analysis method. The Cammon Effect Model is proven to be the most effective model for written research, according to the results of the analysis. From 2015 to 2022, income inequality has a positive but insignificant effect on unemployment, poverty has a positive but insignificant effect, and economic growth has a negative and significant effect on unemployment in Indonesia.

Abstract

One of the criteria used to see the quality of human life is the Human Development Index (HDI), which is measured by the quality of education, health, and economy (earning power). This study aims to determine how the influence of economic growth, education, health on human development in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of economic growth, education, health on human development in Indonesia for the period 2016-2023. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. Panel data is combined data between cross section data (across places) and time series (time series). The results of this study concluded that economic growth, education and health have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the Human Development Index. GRDP variables, average years of schooling, life expectancy partially and simultaneously affect the human development index in Indonesia.
