Abstract

ABSTRACTMasyithoh Muslimat NU Clinic is one of the health clinics located in the Jepara area, precisely on Jalan Pemuda Number 51 Potroyudan Jepara Village. In carrying out its activities in addition to being supervised by the Jepara Regional Klink Association, it is also by the Nahdlatul Ulama Board of Jepara Regency, Central Java. The quality management of public health services at the clinic needs to be improved, considering that health services are very important and play a role as the foundation of the nation's welfare. Priority issues agreed with partners focus on management and promotion aspects. Target outputs and achievements of this service -Increased quality management of the Masyithoh Muslimat NU Jepara Clinic management reached 100%. Increased partner human resources in managing communication and public service reached 100%. Administrative services are more varied and available online services increased by 90%. Improved online-based partner promotional media increased by 90%. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini di era globalisasi selalu berkembang semakin maju, manusia berlomba-lomba menciptakan teknologi terbaru. Seperti saat ini. Internet of things (IoT) merupakan tren dunia masa depan yang perlu dikembangkan teknologinya, segala sesuatunya dibuat mudah dan ekonomis dengan menggunakan internet. Terwujudnya konsep rumah pintar tentu membutuhkan koneksi antar perangkat agar dapat mengontrol dari jauh. Yang di maksud koneksi dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat device smartphone yang di dalamnya terdapat IM (Internet Messaging). Alat ini dirancang dengan menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266 untuk mengatur kerja sistem, sebagai alat penghubung internet ke smartphone, Relay sebagai alat penghantar arus listrik yang dihubungkan ke lampu, dan aplikasi Telegram chatbot yang sudah di-instal pada smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempermudah dalam mengontrol lampu yang ada di rumah dengan pengontrolan yang terpusat pada aplikasi Telegram tanpa menggunakan sakelar. Hasil penelitian pengontrolan lampu rumah dengan NodeMCU melalui aplikasi Telegram chatbot, jarak tidak berpengaruh pada sistem kinerja alat, yang membuat respons delay berbeda-beda dalam setiap jarak yang berbeda adalah perbedaan antar koneksi jaringan dan juga kualitas jaringan dari setiap lokasi yang berbeda. Abstract

Prayer is the main act of worship in Islam after the shahada. The procedures for carrying out this act of worship must be orderly and in accordance with the procedures that have been determined. Most learning currently still uses books so it is less effective and informative. Learning can run effectively if all influential components support each other to achieve learning goals. To facilitate learning activities, especially in Prayer Learning, teachers should prepare teaching materials to help make it easier for students to understand the learning material. Therefore, appropriate learning media is needed, one of which is Augmented Reality-based media. The application was created using Unity and Blender and used the Black box testing method by testing the application, lighting and paper type. This application is intended to make students more interested in teaching and learning activities and makes it easier for students to learn so that maximum results are achieved.

Abstract

Skin cancer is a major global health problem with incidence rates increasing every year. Melanoma, the most aggressive form of skin cancer, requires accurate early detection to reduce mortality risk. Conventional diagnostic methods such as visual examination and biopsy still face limitations in precision and consistency, highlighting the need for more objective and efficient technological approaches. This study proposes a classification method for melanoma using an ensemble of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest (RF), supported by feature extraction through the Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) and dimensionality reduction using Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA). The research stages include image preprocessing using grayscale conversion to reduce data complexity, followed by GLCM-based texture feature extraction, and LDA transformation to enhance class separability. The classification model is developed using an ensemble voting mechanism that combines predictions from SVM and RF to produce a more stable and robust decision. Experimental results with a 60:40 train–test ratio show that the proposed method achieves an accuracy of 88.75%, outperforming each individual model tested. These findings indicate that the integration of GLCM–LDA features with the SVM-RF ensemble effectively improves melanoma detection performance. Overall, this study provides a significant contribution to the development of early detection systems in health informatics, offering potential improvements in patient safety and survival rates for individuals affected by skin cancer.
